Je connaissais bien l’hôtel, je pense que cet été ils vont rénover l’étage 2, où nous résidions, et que c’est utile autrement le personnel très agréable, comme à son habitude, la piscine également le site des jeux d’enfants, tout y était, je recommande

Very nice hotel and would definitely come back. Has a nice big pool with tiki bar where you can order poolside drinks. The restaurant serves excellent food. Only negative was that wasn’t explained when booking that have to pay a deposit for bar and restaurant credit which was over €200. However it is a good system if you do end up using the bar and restaurant frequently just make sure you bring a credit card.

Escogimos este hotel porque está anunciado que tiene puntos de carga para coche electrico y pedimos confirmacion por mail y contestaron que si. Hay UN solo enchufe doméstico en el parking, que carga a 2 kw, se necesita un dia entero para recargar y no llevan control de quien lo utiliza, por lo que no pudimos cargar ya que había otro coche instalado dia y noche. En recepción no supieron resolverlo.

Très bon accueil. Nous avons fortement apprécié la piscine dès notre arrivée.La chambre familiale était confortable. Les produits mis a disposition dans la salle de bains étaient très agréables. Le petit déjeuner était super. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Guys, the room was infested with bedbugs!! My kids ended in urgency at the hospital because of the HORRIBLE allergic reaction. Plus, a full day lost and hundreds of dollars in medication and treatment. Vacations ruined for this matter.

Loved our stay. Happily surprised by the patio and dining options. The room was comfortable, clean. Little details were taken into consideration. The building outside was not great looking nor the corridors, but the room and amenities along the service were great!

Very friendly staff and overall clean lobby and room although relatively small for a double room. Breakfast is excellent and I particularly appreciate the orange juicer available to customers and the large choice of brioche and croissants. My only real gripe is that A/C was turned off in the entire hotel. Not because it was broken but because it was not the "season". Rooms were pretty hot and we had to open the windows in the morning and evening.

Une ou deux choses cependant : un seul ascenseur en état vieillissant et pas accessible au niveau zéro et une climatisation faible autant en chambre qu’au restaurant (voire pas du tout). Mais un bon point sur l’accès WIFI d’excellente qualité. Et pas eu le temps ou l’opportunité de tester la piscine ce n’était pas au programme.. On comprend, dans le contexte actuel et compte tenu du coût, qu’il soit difficile d’envisager des travaux d’amélioration. Finalement accueil très chaleureux.

Lovely hotel. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Few negatives - shower was a dribble and in our toilet the water kept flowing until you re-pressed the chain but to be fair we didn’t report either issue so the hotel didn’t even have a chance to solve them. We only stayed for 2 nights so got in with it. The hotel arranged our transfer back to the airport which was excellent. (Assume they would have picked us up from the airport if I’d got in touch and asked!). Awesome location very near the airport and 5 minute walk from the tram that went to the centre of Toulouse. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Am staying here while my spouse is in hospital. Wonderful staff and restaurant. Very comfortable room and within walking distance to the hospital. The only thing I would change is to add launderette.

Je me suis rendue à cet hôtel proche de l’hôpital Purpan pour les soins de mon fils et à ma grande surprise, cet hôtel associe un personnel de qualité (mention spéciale à la directrice et Inès) avec des plats savoureux au resto et l’accès à la piscine pour mon fils. Je recommande amplement cet hôtel qui a allégé ma présence à Toulouse. Mille mercis et je reviendrai pour le suivi médical de mon fils.

A brief 1 night stay and while the rooms were a little dated, any shortcomings there were more than compensates for by the fabulous staff you were very welcoming, exceptionally helpful and catered for our every need.

Hotel bien placé pour aller au zenith à pied ou en metro. Le couchage etait confortable le petit dejeuner varié et tres bon avec des options sans gluten et sans lactose, du salé et du sucré. Laccueil etait chaleureux et il y avait meme une bouilloire dans la chambre avec the et cafe a disposition. Une adresse que nous gardons !

Lovely hotel. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Few negatives - shower was a dribble and in our toilet the water kept flowing until you re-pressed the chain but to be fair we didn’t report either issue so the hotel didn’t even have a chance to solve them. We only stayed for 2 nights so got in with it. The hotel arranged our transfer back to the airport which was excellent. (Assume they would have picked us up from the airport if I’d got in touch and asked!). Awesome location very near the airport and 5 minute walk from the tram that went to the centre of Toulouse. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Am staying here while my spouse is in hospital. Wonderful staff and restaurant. Very comfortable room and within walking distance to the hospital. The only thing I would change is to add launderette.

Nous avons dormi une nuit dans une chambre familiale. Le personnel est compétent et adorable. L'hôtel en lui même est très vieillissant et les chambres très simples, il est grand temps de faire quelques chose car clairement les 4 etoiles sont limites comparé à d'autres hôtels du même standing. Le petit déjeuner est excellent très varié et le personnel est au petit soin il ne manque rien!

Loved our stay. Happily surprised by the patio and dining options. The room was comfortable, clean. Little details were taken into consideration. The building outside was not great looking nor the corridors, but the room and amenities along the service were great!

Perfect for our needs with onsite dining. The shuttle wasn't running during the hours we needed, so they arranged a cab for us for a nominal fee.

Very nice hotel and would definitely come back. Has a nice big pool with tiki bar where you can order poolside drinks. The restaurant serves excellent food. Only negative was that wasn’t explained when booking that have to pay a deposit for bar and restaurant credit which was over €200. However it is a good system if you do end up using the bar and restaurant frequently just make sure you bring a credit card.
