La personne qui nous a accueillis était parfaite, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons eu la surprise de pouvoir manger sur place, ce qui nous a facilité le séjour. Deux petits inconvénients, pas d'ascenseur pour deux étages pour des personnes âgées et fatiguées, dommage et un petit déjeuner un peu perturbé, les corbeilles étaient vides, le sucrier presque vide mais après une petite attente, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Kamer groot genoeg, ruime parkeerplaats. Helaas bleek de airco niet te werken, en de volgende morgen werd ook het water afgesloten, vanwege een serieuze lekkage. Overmacht, maar de airco deed het al geruime tijd niet en er was tijdens ons verblijf geen reparatie ingepland, dus had men dit kunnen laten weten. Het hotel heeft nog een andere vestiging in Orleans, wellicht had men dat kunnen aanbieden? Het afsluiten van het water werd ook niet aangekondigd. Misschien omdat er weinig water was, maar in het restaurant was het niet schoon, en dat geeft geen fijn gevoel bij een maaltijd. Bedden OK, kamer ruim en redelijk schoon, niet modern behalve de tv. Op de parkeerplaats lag glas dat van een ingeslagen autoruit leek, wat een verminderd gevoel van veiligheid gaf. We kwamen laat aan, maar dat was geen probleem bij de check-in, die grotendeels vooraf al online kon worden voorbereid. Vriendelijke, behulpzame medewerkers, alleen moet je wel het initiatief nemen om iets te vragen. Onze verwachtingen waren niet speciaal hoog, maar de defecte airconditioning, onaangekondigde waterafsluiting en niet zo hygiënisch ontbijt waren serieuze tegenvallers.

The good bits: The location is perfect if you’re travelling, being just off the autoroute. The reception team were nice and friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok as a buffet breakfast goes. The not so good bits: There’s not been much money spent on the place for a long time, it’s dated and not the thickest of walls, doors or windows!

Bonjour, la chambre était juste très très très sale !!! Cela est juste inadmissible. Nous avons retrouvé des chaussettes sales ! Il y avait des packs de bières ???? En un mot DÉGUEULASSE de crasse !!! HONTEUX !

La réception rien à dire. La réceptionniste ce jour là était très à l'écoute et faisait ce qu'elle pouvait. un grand effort à faire sur la propreté surtout des sanitaires. C'était sale, la porte avait des tâches sales. Le confort était vraiment pas au top : température élevée et la clim HS, très vétuste d'ailleurs. La nuit n'était pas terrible. Niveau insonorisation ce n'est pas le top non plus.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer , aber wegen der groß lager Schimmel im Zimmer und auch im Badzimmer , mussten wir 6 Person im nur 1 Zimmer (3 Betten) schlafen. Ich habe gefragt ob ein Andres Zimmer gibit oder andres Losung , aber leider gab nichts!!

Een vieze kamer, badkamer vies, airco heeft al heel lang geen onderhoud of schoonmaakbeurt gehad. Heel erg gehorig in de kamer. Je hoort iedereen op de gang en de deuren die met een harde klap dicht vallen. Alles is oud en toe aan een flinke opknapbeurt. Hoofdkussen zijn net betonblokken. Alles was echt ver onder de maat.

Mon paiement n'avait pas été enregistré sur ma résa (pourtant débité de mon cpte), la personne de l'accueil a bien géré et très agréable. Gros bémol, l'insonorisation de la chambre. Un ronfleur invétéré s'est invité dans ma chambre tte la nuit ! sinon propre et petit déj très correct.

je suis une habituée de votre site et je ne suis pas une personne critique mais là je ne peux pas ne pas vous avouer que je suis très déçue de cet hôtel. rien à dire sur le personnel de l'accueil, sympathique et agréable. par contre la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur attendue vu son tarif à la nuit. je suis restée 2 nuits. pas déchange de serviettes et ménage alors que l'on me l'a proposé à l'arrivée. Chambre ( 014) horriblement bruyante ( claquement de porte une partie de la nuit coté couloir, très mauvaise insonorisation ; j 'y étais pour travailler auprès du meeting aérien , je n'est pas pu me reposer et dormir paisiblement . pour oublier tous ces désagréments ,je vous demande un geste commercial de votre part sur une prochaine réservation auprès d hotel.com. j'ai confiance en vos services pour satisfaire au mieux vos clients. bien à vous

La chambre était propre, assez petite mais ça va pour une seule nuit. Par contre le chauffage ne marchait pas nous avons eu très froid, c'est pas normal. Ensuite c'est bruyant car tout le monde fait sa vie mais ça c'est pas ma faute de l'hôtel juste du manque de savoir vivre des gens

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber alt. Die Matratze durchgelegen, der lattenrost macht bei jedem Umdrehen laute Geräusche, die Klimaanlage hat kaum gekühlt, der Feuermelder mit Klebeband zugeklebt. Ganz sicher nicht, was man sich unter einem Comfort-Hotel vorstellt....aus meiner Sicht ein Desaster!

Accueil d'enregistrement indigne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie .... indigne d'un hôtel tout court en fait ! Personnel nonchalant, impoli, et absolument pas investi dans leur fonction. Aussi nul à l'arrivé qu'au départ. Pas une réponse à mon bonjour, pas un regard. Bref, mis à part une jeune fille semblant être Ukrainienne au check in le reste du personnel n'a rien à faire dans un accueil en contact avec une clientèle et est à 1000 lieux d'avoir mis ne serais ce qu'un orteil dans une école hôtelière. Pour ce qui est de la chambre et de la literie, c'est acceptable pour une nuit si pas d'autre choix et si l'on ne crain pas le froid car aucun chauffage fonctionnel. The Comfort Hotel was conveniently located for an early morning drive to Paris train station/airport. The room was reasonably comfortable and clean. We did not choose to pay extra for breakfast. Our only problem with the hotel was from the online check-in which changed our paid reservation from 4 to 3 people. We were unable to contact the hotel to figure it out before our stay - phone calls were dropped and there was no response to multiple online chat attempts. When we actually arrived the staff were very accomodating, saying the reservation changed due to the room having an issue and they gave us 2 connecting rooms. So it all worked out, but it was still a bit stressful ahead of time.

The good bits: The location is perfect if you’re travelling, being just off the autoroute. The reception team were nice and friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok as a buffet breakfast goes. The not so good bits: There’s not been much money spent on the place for a long time, it’s dated and not the thickest of walls, doors or windows!

Hôtel choisi pour sa localisation : on sort de l'autoroute, on y est, prêts à repartir le lendemain. Une arrivée décevante : à la réception on répond péniblement a notre bonjour, on voulait nous facturer 4 taxes de séjour au lieu de 2 (les enfants de moins de 18 ans ne payent pas, le réceptionniste ne semblait pas très informé), lorsque je paye on ne me rend pas la monnaie, il a fallu réclamer. Côté chambre, seulement 2 serviettes pour 4 , + 1 serviette sale abandonnée par les précédents occupants et non débarrassée. L'évier est bouché, la clim ne marche pas, il y a des moisissures aux murs, pas de savon dans la baignoire (cassé), une araignée de belle taille. Il s'agissait d'une escale de quelques heures pour dormir avant de repartir, on fera avec, mais c'est assez décevant. The beds here are nice, the rooms are clean. It’s not great but you don’t pay a lot. I have been here a few times and will come here again, as it is in a great location for driving deeper into France. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for longer than a night.

Basically a shipping container with a portals in corner, very shabby, not very clean although bedding was ok, just one blanket no extras offered, no soap, dodgy bedside lights and very difficult lock on door. Appalling area on edge of industrial estate and mainly occupied by road workers!

Kamer groot genoeg, ruime parkeerplaats. Helaas bleek de airco niet te werken, en de volgende morgen werd ook het water afgesloten, vanwege een serieuze lekkage. Overmacht, maar de airco deed het al geruime tijd niet en er was tijdens ons verblijf geen reparatie ingepland, dus had men dit kunnen laten weten. Het hotel heeft nog een andere vestiging in Orleans, wellicht had men dat kunnen aanbieden? Het afsluiten van het water werd ook niet aangekondigd. Misschien omdat er weinig water was, maar in het restaurant was het niet schoon, en dat geeft geen fijn gevoel bij een maaltijd. Bedden OK, kamer ruim en redelijk schoon, niet modern behalve de tv. Op de parkeerplaats lag glas dat van een ingeslagen autoruit leek, wat een verminderd gevoel van veiligheid gaf. We kwamen laat aan, maar dat was geen probleem bij de check-in, die grotendeels vooraf al online kon worden voorbereid. Vriendelijke, behulpzame medewerkers, alleen moet je wel het initiatief nemen om iets te vragen. Onze verwachtingen waren niet speciaal hoog, maar de defecte airconditioning, onaangekondigde waterafsluiting en niet zo hygiënisch ontbijt waren serieuze tegenvallers.

Great value for money stay. When it was pushing 40 degrees outside the air con in the room was very welcome!! Room was clean, comfy beds and decent bathroom tho the shower was a bit difficult to keep on full power ( one of those where you have to pull the lever up to switch from water coming out of the tap to the shower head). Staff were helpful and breakfast was reasonable. Overall a much nicer stay than I had expected for the price.
