Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenceur Je n'ai effectivement pas vérifié car je pensais que, de nos jours, tous les hotels en était équipés. Nous avons 77 ans et sur les 4 personnes , 2 étaient sérieusement handicapées suite à un accident.

Hôtel vieillissant et pas du tout isolé thermiquement et phoniquement. Chambre très froide malgré le chauffage mis à fond, avec 1cm de jours sous la porte c’est normal.

Convenient parking just outside of door. Lovely large bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent for those with access needs. Quiet nights sleep considering location. We were very happy to stop here as part of our journey.

The receptionist on arrival was indifferent and not very helpful or welcoming. He didn't even know where the room was - He told us it was on the first floor, but it was actually on the ground floor. The room was described as "New Generation" - it was very poor. The motel style room was shabby and tired inside and outside, stained and marked carpets, chipped paintwork, black mould in the corner, dust and fluff on walls and not well cleaned. The bathroom and bedding was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and the receptionist on duty for the departure was much more friendly welcoming and efficient. I have stayed in several Campaniles and been satisfied, but this is the worst one I have experienced.

La porte d’entrée ne fermez pas à clé. Il y a eu un coup de vent. Elle s’est ouverte heureusement qu’on était à l’intérieur. Pour le petit déjeuner il n’y avait plus grand-chose dans la salle de bain il faisait froid. La porte de la baignoire ne tient pas donc de l’eau partout. Les chasse d’eau a du mal à évacuer. Nous avons déjà loué une chambre chez vous dans la ville de Lille, et franchement y avait rien à dire. Assez déçu.

Pour habitude depuis des années de m'arrêter ici pour une halte et une bonne nuit , mais qu'elle déception , Entre les araignées écrasées sur les rideaux , de la poussière qui n'est pas là depuis 1 nuit , poubelles non vidées des occupants précédents , évier de salle de bain qui garde l'eau car elle ne s'écoule pas etc... Plusieurs années à m'y arrêter mais c'était la dernière fois , plus jamais.. Seul positivité , le petit-déjeuner mais autrement fuyez..(parole d'habitués depuis des années)

Het zijn kamers van de zogenaamde next generation (dus nieuw) . Het is matig afgewerkt allemaal, op de foto's ziet het er beter uit. Maar het allerergste is de zogenaamde airconditioning. Die blaast een beetje maar is totaal niet krachtig genoeg. Buiten was het 30 graden binnen 29. Erg slecht. En juist op airconditioning dit hotel uitgezocht. Bed sliep wel goed.

Chambre ok extérieur vieillot personnel très bien mais un bruit de moteur persistant toute la nuit sans pouvoir trouver dou cela venait. Pour le petit dejeuner cela correspondait plus au prix de 8 euros que 13.90 . Manquait les plats chauds habituellement dans un campanile

On m'a mise dans une chambre handicapé au rez de jardin sans en avoir besoin ni demandé. Salle de bains sale sans serviette de toilette. Le wc est très inconfortable avec tout à gauche. Lorsqu'on se douche, il faut le faire chaussé de peur d'attraper un champignon. En plus j'ai eu 2 bestioles dans la chambre ce qui ma empêché de dormir. J'avais demandé du sans gluten, mais ils ne le font pas. En plus, le café mis dans un thermos était froid et imbuvable car la machine à café était en panne

It is clear that work is under way to modernise and update the minor flaws. The rooms and communal facilities are modern and very clean. There is more than ample parking. USP sockets in the rooms would be very useful. I will certainly plan to visit this hotel again.

No teabags or milk in room. Ask at reception but they didn’t have any. This Campanile not as good as others we have stayed in especially Campanile in Béthune which is lovely.

The reception and breakfast area is Morden, clean and up-to-date and there is a good variety of food on offer for the breakfast buffet. The bedroom blocks are older and the rooms are rather tired but clean, spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. This hotel is ideal for overnight stops, being close to the A20 motorway and there are numerous restaurants nearby.
