Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant location. The shuttle service to Disney was spot-on—timely and convenient. However, the return journey wasn’t quite as smooth, especially on Sunday when the fireworks end at 22:20 and the last shuttle departs at 22:45. We nearly missed it due to the usual post-show crowds and delays leaving the park. I’m not sure how much control the hotel has over the shuttle schedule, but that was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Heel goeie ligging. Op 3 minuutjes wandelen van het station en vlak voor de ingang van het shoppingcentrum. Er was ook een gratis shuttlebus naar Disneyland. Kamer was zeer ruim en netjes. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zouden zeker terugkomen. Alleen het restaurant viel enorm tegen, zowel wat eten als bediening betreft. Dit was toch een domper op ons verblijf.

What a great hotel with lovely comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. Ideally situated with a huge shopping centre directly opposite and the train station a 2 minute walk away. Great temperature control in the rooms, a cooling box filled with free water upon arrival, a free safe and great free wifi. The breakfast buffet option there was good but the evening meal option there was excellent and the hotel bar was friendly and welcoming. Ideally situated to get to Disneyland in 5 mins on the free shuttle bus with the city of Paris just 50 mins away on the train available just around the corner. Would recommend highly

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean, and the hotel quiet. The staff were very helpful. The free shuttle to Disneyland was ok - there is a large portion of the day (approximately 11 am until 6 pm) where it doesn't run which isn't convenient.

Es un hotel práctico si vas a hacer shopping ya que se encuentra a unos pasos del centro comercial y/o outlet o si vas a Disneyland ya que solo cruzas la calle y pasa el camión cada 20 minutos aprox. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Lo que no me gustó fue el olor en el pasillo de las habitaciones ya que olía a suciedad.

Great hotel for Disneyland Paris, with reasonable sized rooms and a free shuttle. Also really close to Val d’Europe and La Valleé Village for shopping, and the RER station for travel to Paris. We walked to DLP and it took around 20 minutes - definitely recommend if its nice weather. The rooms were well sound proofed and air conditioned. We liked the Rituals toiletries and free bottled water in the room, as well as the free water stations around the hotel. Breakfast was nice and convenient but a bit expensive.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It's in a great location being directly opposite the shopping center and across from the metro station. Lots of places to eat close by. My only downside was that there were limited English channels on the TV and it was not possible to log into any streaming channels such as Netflix/Disney. After a long few days at Disneyland all we wanted to do was watch a movie in room but this wasn't possible.

We had an ok stay - the quadruple room was very cramped though with little space for bags or doing anything other than sleeping. Be aware that there are no bar fridges in the rooms (only a “cooler” set to 16 degrees C) so you can’t really store any food. Disneyland shuttle was great but limited returns after dinner time meant we had to catch an Uber. Breakfast was average at best - rubbery eggs, tinned baked beans and slimy fruit floating in bowls of water. No oats or seeds - cereals were all sugary. Fresh OJ was nice but we couldn’t get excited about breakfast after the first day! The hotel is in a great location though and easy to get to Paris on the train as well as Disneyland.

I’ll start my review with the positives. The hotel is extremely close to Disney, and the free bus service from directly outside the hotel is a nice touch. The hotel is also conveniently located to the train station and other amenities like the shopping mall and restaurants.Now for the negatives, I 100% would not recommend this hotel or stay here again based on negative experiences that outweighed the positives. On returning to my room after an enjoyable day at Disney, I got to my room to find a note from the hotel’s general manager accusing me of smoking in the room and being charged $150! The notestated that the cleaner could smell smoke in my room. I have never smoked in my entire life, and I certainly did not smoke in my room. I was disgusted to find such a note under my door, making an unfounded allegation. When I called reception to speak to a manager, I was given all kinds of excuses about how they apologised and they will speak to housekeeping. I asked for the general manager to contact me - they never did! Added to this, because I’m always conscious of my valuables, I always keep a do not disturb sign on my door, just to avoid doubt around security. I came back to find the cleaners had ignored this and been into my room, they didn’t clean anything or make up the beds - so I’m very suspicious as to why they felt the need to enter a room with do not disturb sign on it.On arrival, one of the lifts was out of order; this lift remained out of order for the entire stay.

Comfortable stay in general, however had an unpleasant incident. Hotel has Superhero reward program - when you stay more than 1 night you can hang signboard on the door with request for cleaners don't come. When my family of 4 were sleeping cleaner entered the room to reward me with 5 EUR token that can be used in the bar. Management, you need to find less invasive way of giving reward.

Everything was great with the service at recep and walking distance to shopping mall as well as the outlet mall. The only pain point is that we have to call housekeeping to ask for another set of towels each day. Our reservation is made for 3 pax so not sure why not recorded.

It's a fantastic hotel with wonderful personnel! We stayed for a week to enjoy Disneyland, and everything from location to all the small services this hotel had to provide (free shuttle to and from Disneyland, clean water to refill your bottles free of charge, maps, and help with bookings) made our stay very pleasant! If you want to take a walk in Paris - the subway is just two minutes away. The area has plenty of restaurants, but you can stay at the hotel and enjoy the nice food there.

We stayed at this hotel after our original one refused to provide a mattress for our baby, and we couldn’t have been happier with the change. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they provided a cot and mattress for our four-month-old, which made our stay so much easier. The location is great too—just near the RER A for easy access into Paris, plus there’s a free shuttle to Disney right across the road. If you prefer to walk, it’s only about 30 minutes to Disney, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and truly couldn’t find a single fault.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our Disney trip! The rooms were lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had—and we’ve stayed in quite a few hotels. The location is perfect, not only for Disneyland (there’s even a shuttle to the park!) but also for shopping, with a big shopping center right in front and a metro station just around the corner. Overall, an amazing experience and unbeatable value for the price. Highly recommend!

Perfect hotel close to Parc Disneyland. Clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful, ample underground parking, nice breakfast buffet. Across the street from a huge mall and outlet mall. Approximately 7 minute drive to Parc Disneyland, so if you don't want to spend the money on an onsite Disney hotel, this is a great option. The hotel also have a complimentary shuttle bus to Disney, if you do not have a car, and is very close to the train station.

We extended our stay in Paris to visit Disneyland, but wanted a hotel that was closer and this was the right choice! Great location - only 1 stop away on the RER or the hotel has a free shuttle that takes 5-10 minutes to the parks. Rooms are very nice and spacious. A variety of restaurants are close by, and there is large mall across the street. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient location to Disney without staying at Disney and paying Disney prices.

Oppussing på hotellet. Vi ble ikke påvirket da vi var ute på dagtid og stod tidlig opp. Veldig begrenset frokost. En gjennomsnittlig norsk hotellfrokost har mye bedre utvalg. Derfor meget dyr frokost. Hadde forventet mer til denne prisen.

Overall a really good hotel, pleasant staff and always helpful, a few trainees who were also helpful however their English was limited. We did have an issue at one dinner service where we got served raw chicken however the waiter Hugo was very apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. So that was the only down side the raw chicken however everything else was spot on.

Great check-in experience, friendly staff and able to get in to our room early which was a bonus. Room was a bit dusty above the beds but otherwise clean and very comfortable. If you don’t want your room serviced by housekeeping in the mornings you hang a tag outside your room, this earns you a 5 euro chip to spend in the bar. We thought this was a great idea! Small cooler in the room to keep water in which was handy. Some hooks for jackets and somewhere to hand wet towels after a shower would be a handy addition. The continental breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Coffee machines located around the restaurant. The cooked buffet was unfortunately luke warm every morning so we avoided. The vegetarian meatballs in tomato sauce were off the dinner menu, quite dry and lukewarm - not really a breakfast item! Dirty dishes etc are only taken away once you leave the table, so dishes can pile up which makes it a bit tricky. Maybe having an area guests could lay dirty plates etc would be a good idea. Overall a very good stay, great location. Fantastic shopping centre over the road. Shuttle bus was quick and easy for Disneyland. Close to the train station. We would stay again.
