We arrived very late due to delays on the Eurotunnel, but it was easy to park when we arrived at 3am. We had a friendly and helpful welcome. Our room was nearest to the reception, perfect to get our bags and dogs in easily. In the morning we grabbed a coffee and continued our journey. Thank you for a short but comfortable stay!

Menu, uninspiring and initial "Amuse bouche " salad was limp and uninspiring Entreco"te steaks were very tough, and served half cold. General air of no interest. We stay overnight on our way to the alps. The IBIS hotel is well situated for splitting the journey and is close to the Carrefour fuel station and supermarket. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The Courtpaille steak house is excellent as is the fine selection of beers, and well priced wines. The staff are friendly and proficient.

Second time here with dog. Rooms for those with pets are good as not carpeted but comfy. Friendly reception. We've stayed numerous times without our dog and always been happy, and are very pleased that we can still staybhere when travelling with our dog. Didnt eat in the restaurant this time as we found the menu very limited last stay. No longer serve duck and the veggie choices were boring.

My only issue was that the window was key locked so, wasn't able to allow fresh air into the room. That said, we had a nice meal at the restaurant which was open till late (11pm) and the room/shower facility was fine.
