We loved this hotel, it was a convenient stopover on the way back to Calais. It is located across from a huge Carrefour and near other restaurants too, and the motorway. It has a lovely clean pool, great food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and the rooms were clean and perfect especially with 3 separate beds for myself and 2 teen daughters! They are landscaping the outside areas behind the pool and am sure it will be a lovely added feature. I wish we had spent more time here to enjoy it.

We use this hotel regularly when driving back to the UK. Conveniently located five minutes drive from motorway. Motel style parking near rooms. Large garden handy for walking the dogs. Somewhat dated building but neat and tidy. Comfortable memory foam bed. Small bathroom. Aircon barely copes on a hot day and only one window opens a few inches. This is the second year that we have stayed at the Novotel hotel in Tinqueux for a family reunion. The service is excellent, and the facilities are especially convenient for children, with a pool, playground and expansive grounds for running around and playing games. Das Zimmer hat 150€ gekostet für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind, war nicht sonderlich einladend, denn die Tappetten waren dreckig von Kaffee spritzer an 2 von 3 Wänden, Staubig war es obendrein. Für den Preis hatten wir bereits wesentlich schönere Hotelzimmer... ein Plus war die E-Ladesäule Typ 2 welche kostenlos war.

Great location for stopover, friendly staff, never any issues. Clean rooms but as they're no doubt very busy some more work needed in bathroom where sealant around mirror was lacking and provided a gap which was not cleaned. Shower was nice but again base while clean looked old and tired. Other areas seemed to be in the process of redecoration. Have stayed there most years and will no doubt again.

Very easy to find and a very warm welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We used this hotel twice as a stop point while traveling through to Spain. A good selection served at breakfast with a hugh variety for all the family.

Stayed overnight on our way to le Shuttle. Had a good dinner in restaurant and breakfast folllowing morning. Easy parking and access to motorways. Rooms a little tired but clean. Comfortable bed.

Arrived late (2am) and left relatively early (9am) Smooth check in, clean and quiet room with easy access to parking. Downsides, kids beds were not out and ready (no issue as only a 30 second job), no cups/mugs in room (only tiny paper cups - neither eco friendly or great for hot tea) and no water in room fridge. Upsides, really easy for motorway stop, convenient supermarket, petrol station across road, hotel beds comfy, room quiet and plentiful breakfast. Will be back next week!

Ideaal hotel voor onderweg. Zwembad,restaurant met lekker menu voor een mooie prijs. Service was top, een geoliede machine staat dag en nacht klaar. Toen mijn man hevige tandpijn had hebben ze ons goed ondersteund en polikliniek gecontacteerd waar we de dag zelf goed geholpen waren.

Bon au check in Mauvais au check out J’avais pourtant pris la peine de demander à l’hôtesse de vérifier mon règlement avant de partir . Pour elle tout été réglé . Sauf que l’hôtel c’est permis de faire un prélèvement de 215 euros sur ma carte bleue une fois que j’étais parti alors c’est une chambre réservée et réglée à l’avance sur hôtel.com comme chacun le sait !!!! Heureusement je me suis rendu compte du prélèvement automatiquement grâce au système anti fraude de ma banque. J’ai appelé l’hôtel immédiatement, qui avec une sorte de nonchalance m’a répondu que j’allais normalement être remboursé dans les prochains jours !!! Aunune excuse, aucune empathie , aucun sens client.. De nos jours les hôtels modernes prennent des garanties de manière digitale par emprunte et restitution automatique. Sauf qu’au Novotel de Tinqueux c’est encore un processus où l’hôtesse exige de prendre votre carte bleue pour copier manuellement les chiffres et le cryptogramme . Ce qui en général fini souvent par des litiges . Et on ne vous laisse pas le choix . Et ce manque de professionnalisme m’oblige à laisser un avis négatif .

The location is not the most prettiest at the edge of the city and near busy roads, but the hotel has a very large nice garden so you don’t really notice once you get there. Also it is convenient to be able to get into Reims easily and drive out into the champagne area if you turn the other way. Very friendly staff!

Very convenient for Gueux and Champagne trail. This was a first night stop on the way to The Jura. Shame that Novotel has resorted to paper cups in the room - not good for tea drinkers! We enjoyed the restaurant.
