Situato alla periferia nord di Tours, vicino a centri commerciali e snodi stradali, conveniente per fare escursioni in zona. Il centro è a cinque km. Parcheggio disponibile all' aperto. Abbiamo potuto ritirare le nostre bici in una stanza all' interno dell' albergo. Albergo funzionale, con dehors e piccola piscina, zona bar e ristorante. Camera ampia, silenziosa e pulita, bagno separato dal WC, come altrove fuori dall'Italia non c'è il bidet. Personale giovane e gentile e preparato professionalmente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. Il y a 4 bornes de recharge pour voitures électriques. La piscine était vraiment sympa pour se rafraîchir pendant l'été. Accepte les animaux avec un supplément.

Stayed here previously and the room service was delicious, restaurant quality. Unfortunately on this occasion it wasn’t the same, our noodles were served on top of a very watery sauce, not as described and not the nicest tasting. Woken up by cleaners having a gossip for around 20 minutes outside of our room at 8am. The rooms are dated, the sink was stained, we were given ripped bed sheets, but otherwise clean. At least the electric charge point worked well.

The reception at the hotel was great. We were given a room that had a strong smell cigarette. We complained and got another room that was equally as bad. There were cigarette holes in the carpet!! The stairwell was full of laundry trolleys and other maintenance items. The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. The staff was great and restaurant food excellent.

Hôtel dont les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de jeune/propre. La moquette dans notre chambre n'était pas très propre, les VMC n'avaient pas l'air de très bien fonctionner et malgré l'aération de notre part en ouvrant la fenêtre, après 3 douches c'était assez humide. Un petit fil rétractable dans la baignoire serait un gros plus car il n'y a absolument rien pour accrocher les maillots de bain après avoir été à la piscine. Autre point à être vigilant : la porte de notre chambre pouvait être ouverte de l'extérieur parfois... Il faut la claquer vraiment très fort pour qu'elle se verrouille, ça nous mettait vraiment mal à l'aise vis à vis de nos voisins. La literie est confortable. Passés les points négatifs de la chambre, parlons de l'accueil. L'accueil y a été excellent, le personnel est charmant et chaleureux. Possibilité de remplir ses gourdes au bar avec de l'eau fraîche, de mettre ses pains de glace au congélateur. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La piscine est un plus pour l'hôtel car elle est plutôt agréable. Bref, dans cet hôtel à moderniser ce qu'il faut retenir ce sont les gens qui y travaillent qui rendent l'expérience somme toute agréable.

Third time staying here as overnight stop driving to or from Spain. Hotel is conveniently located for the Motorway, and is easy to find. This hotel never disappoints! Hotel is spacious, bedroom and bathroom both spacious & spotless, staff friendly, and restaurant really very good. Full Marks!

Use this hotel as another pit-stop on our trip back to the UK. Right next door to the IBIS, but thought we would stay here instead on our last night in France. Excellent value for money and very good restaurant, which we have used a number of times on other trips – but why have they changed the beer from 1664 to Heineken? Great location, excellent breakfast, excellent staff, what more could you want?

I have stayed in a fair few hotels in my time but this has to be the worst experience of them all. I have never met a ruder/useless set of staff. Firstly there was an issue with our booking, they were unable to find both our rooms. We booked a taxi for our friend's wedding the next day and on the day of the wedding, they told us the taxi is not coming. This was told to us when the taxi was already 15mins late! The hotel staff also pushed the taxi card into our hands and said there was nothing they can do to help...not impressed. There are also flies and bees around the whole hotel.

Séjour en famille (parents + bébé d'un an + fille de 4 ans) qui s'est très bien passé. La chambre reste pratiquable avec le lit bébé en extra du canapé lit déjà déplié et nous avions toujours la place d'ouvrir et poser nos valises cabines. Correspond aux attentes d'un Mercure et comme toujours un personnel au top que ce soit la journée ou pendant le petit-déjeuner.

Situato alla periferia nord di Tours, vicino a centri commerciali e snodi stradali, conveniente per fare escursioni in zona. Il centro è a cinque km. Parcheggio disponibile all' aperto. Abbiamo potuto ritirare le nostre bici in una stanza all' interno dell' albergo. Albergo funzionale, con dehors e piccola piscina, zona bar e ristorante. Camera ampia, silenziosa e pulita, bagno separato dal WC, come altrove fuori dall'Italia non c'è il bidet. Personale giovane e gentile e preparato professionalmente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Third time staying here as overnight stop driving to or from Spain. Hotel is conveniently located for the Motorway, and is easy to find. This hotel never disappoints! Hotel is spacious, bedroom and bathroom both spacious & spotless, staff friendly, and restaurant really very good. Full Marks!

Use this hotel as another pit-stop on our trip back to the UK. Right next door to the IBIS, but thought we would stay here instead on our last night in France. Excellent value for money and very good restaurant, which we have used a number of times on other trips – but why have they changed the beer from 1664 to Heineken? Great location, excellent breakfast, excellent staff, what more could you want?

Hôtel dont les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de jeune/propre. La moquette dans notre chambre n'était pas très propre, les VMC n'avaient pas l'air de très bien fonctionner et malgré l'aération de notre part en ouvrant la fenêtre, après 3 douches c'était assez humide. Un petit fil rétractable dans la baignoire serait un gros plus car il n'y a absolument rien pour accrocher les maillots de bain après avoir été à la piscine. Autre point à être vigilant : la porte de notre chambre pouvait être ouverte de l'extérieur parfois... Il faut la claquer vraiment très fort pour qu'elle se verrouille, ça nous mettait vraiment mal à l'aise vis à vis de nos voisins. La literie est confortable. Passés les points négatifs de la chambre, parlons de l'accueil. L'accueil y a été excellent, le personnel est charmant et chaleureux. Possibilité de remplir ses gourdes au bar avec de l'eau fraîche, de mettre ses pains de glace au congélateur. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La piscine est un plus pour l'hôtel car elle est plutôt agréable. Bref, dans cet hôtel à moderniser ce qu'il faut retenir ce sont les gens qui y travaillent qui rendent l'expérience somme toute agréable.

Stayed here previously and the room service was delicious, restaurant quality. Unfortunately on this occasion it wasn’t the same, our noodles were served on top of a very watery sauce, not as described and not the nicest tasting. Woken up by cleaners having a gossip for around 20 minutes outside of our room at 8am. The rooms are dated, the sink was stained, we were given ripped bed sheets, but otherwise clean. At least the electric charge point worked well.
