Le matelas mériterait d'être changé, très inconfortable. Il serait bien d'indiquer quelque part le tarif à la nuit du parking et de ne pas prévenir une fois que nous sommes garé dedans. Personnel sympathique et chambre bien équipée même si elles sont vieillissante. Chambre propre.

Communication was horrible between myself and the staff. I had no idea who the staff were because they were all wearing various forms of street clothes. The room was tiny and smelled horrible. They bed was as hard as a rock and the sheets were scratchy. The walls were so thin I knew that the person next me was having a midnight sex fest. The pool was a joke. Not clean and NOT OPEN on the weekends. The breakfast was mediocre at best and you had an employee looming over you to hurry up and finish eating. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

La chambre avec petite cuisine et vaisselle permet de se faire à manger en xas de besoin. L'hotel est bien situé pres du tram T6 et de quelques commerces et restaurants, mais l'avenue est bruyante, même fenetres fermées. Piscine pas testée.

A mon arrivée, il m\'a été demandé de payer le parking (pas de facture, juste un ticket de CB) alors que selon la plateforme de réservation le parking était compris dans la réservation. je n\'ai eu un "bip" pour le parking que la veille de mon départ. Il m\'a été répondu qu\'il n\'y en avait pas suffisamment pour tous les clients. J\'avais également réservé une chambre avec lit double, il ne restait plus qu\'une chambre avec des lits jumeaux. La moquette n\'était pas très propre (tâches). Face à ces désagréments, il m\'a été répondu que les plateforme n\'affichent pas la réalité du service (parking, prix...), les personnes sont parfois redirigées sur un autre établissement s\'il n\'y a plus de place... En tout état de cause, je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement. Toutefois, je demande une compensation financière compte-tenu des désagréments subis. Je vous remercie par avance

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I went there due to the asset of the pool to help me recover from a serious injury. I found the staff in its entirety to be friendly, helpful and for the most part efficient. Also, the price of the stay was reasonable compared to other hotels that have pools-it would not have been possible. Also, the area was clean and I found it to be safe. It was a slight issue that the metro linking the closest metro to Central Paris was closed during my stay, but I could not travel a lot due to my injury and the daily usage of the pool helped improve my injury a lot. It will probaly be a long time, but if I go to the Parisian region again, I will definitely consider staying at this same hotel again.

It was a great property for our first trip to Paris. Luckily, it was near the tram station and metro and it honestly didn’t take long to get into Paris. Not even an hour. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also, our room was really great for the value of how much we spent. Clean and comfortable.

I really liked this Aparthotel. It was lovely and warm (it's winter) spotlessly clean and very quiet. It is located very close to tram 6 and a local supermarket is about 5 mins walk away. The area felt safe. The only real issue for me is that the building is not located close to a metro and is quite far out. The metro is cheaper as the trams are not included in many of the carnets. I think this means you need to have a T+ ticket covers outside of central Paris, however I really never worked out the tickets. Lovely staff though and a really enjoyable stay.

The cleaning crew knocks on your door starting at 7:30am to get you out of the room early, even though that is hours before checkout time and keeps knocking until you leave. Also no air conditioning, as advertised, and the lobby is used as a sit-down meeting and meal room for several long term guests. Cleaning during your stay is an extra charge.The toilets are slow to flush fully because the drain line is mounted sideways to the wall rather then through the floor.

Hébergement satisfaisant dans l'ensemble. Lors de notre arrivée difficultés de compréhension de la personne qui était à l'accueil en plus j'avais demandé 2 chambres côte à côte et ce n'était pas prévu au niveau de la réservation enfin ça s'est arrangé et nous avons pu obtenir 2 chambres voisines.

La chambre avec petite cuisine et vaisselle permet de se faire à manger en xas de besoin. L'hotel est bien situé pres du tram T6 et de quelques commerces et restaurants, mais l'avenue est bruyante, même fenetres fermées. Piscine pas testée.

It was a great property for our first trip to Paris. Luckily, it was near the tram station and metro and it honestly didn’t take long to get into Paris. Not even an hour. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also, our room was really great for the value of how much we spent. Clean and comfortable.

I really liked this Aparthotel. It was lovely and warm (it's winter) spotlessly clean and very quiet. It is located very close to tram 6 and a local supermarket is about 5 mins walk away. The area felt safe. The only real issue for me is that the building is not located close to a metro and is quite far out. The metro is cheaper as the trams are not included in many of the carnets. I think this means you need to have a T+ ticket covers outside of central Paris, however I really never worked out the tickets. Lovely staff though and a really enjoyable stay.

Communication was horrible between myself and the staff. I had no idea who the staff were because they were all wearing various forms of street clothes. The room was tiny and smelled horrible. They bed was as hard as a rock and the sheets were scratchy. The walls were so thin I knew that the person next me was having a midnight sex fest. The pool was a joke. Not clean and NOT OPEN on the weekends. The breakfast was mediocre at best and you had an employee looming over you to hurry up and finish eating. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and staff greeted me and were nice the entire stay. My only hiccup was the small shower size, but check in was great after being able to check in a day after my original check in date due to my flight being delayed.
