Residhome Paris Clamart

Familj med bil påväg till Spanien. Området gör att våra två nätter blev toppen. Super bra garage och nära till kollektivtrafik för att komma till centrala Paris. Matbutik intill hotellet gjorde att vi enkelt kunde göra egen frukost. Kommer man med bil och vill besöka Paris så jätte bra. Utanför finns både flertal restauranger och lekparl

Sehr schöne ansprechende Unterkunft. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer neuwertig und schön. Das Hotel liegt an einem hübschen künstlich angelegten See, umgeben von ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Haltestellen der S-Bahn befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein paar Dinge haben uns aber auch nicht so gut gefallen. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen, der Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer konnte nur sehr schlecht genutzt werden, da er schlecht installiert wurde und das Parken in der Garage (14,-€ die Nacht) ist eine einzige Katastrophe war. Das Ticketsystem ist nicht ausgereift und sollte dringend geändert werden. Wir mussten zig mal zwischen der Garage und der Rezeption hin und her rennen, bis sich die Schranke zum ein- und ausfahren öffnen lies, weil das Ticketsystem nicht funktionierte. Sehr nervig!

Nice property but some basic services such ad laundry and breakfast are charged. Overall, it was a great experience and the manager was very kind.

Zeer net en schoon! De kamer was luxe ingericht en alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had. Uitzicht over het plein waar dit weekend een soort markt was (luidruchtig en harde muziek). Personeel was vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Auto kon ik voor €12 per dag parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het hotel, deze was zeer goed beveiligd!

This hotel is perfect for a long visit, since it has a kitchenette and laundry services. We like the fact that is is part of a development where you have restaurants, markets, shops, bakery, and such just a short walking distance. And it it very close to the metro rail. The staff helped us each day with taxis and are all very nice. Cons: room service does not come to the room to clean and replace towels every day. We had to request clean towels, which were not available. We were able to get clean towels the following day. On arrival day, the room/ bathroom in general could have been a little cleaner in my opinion. The shower water only gets warm, not hot.

We stayed at this aparthotel for one week and we truly enjoyed it. It was spacious, in close proximity to the city center and also surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I’d recommend here to anyone. There is also paid onsite parking which was super convenient for us because we rented a car. Overall was a great stay a comfortable stay & I’m glad we picked this location to spend our week

This property was nice, good atmosphere, family friendly, has A/C, and was quiet, laundry on site, close to metro, short walk to more food options, etc. It could’ve been cleaner. I don’t know if sweeping is just not a priority some places or what, but it was dusty and floor was not thoroughly swept, same in the bathroom. Looked like corners are cut when cleaning the floors. I believe it said they only clean your room if requested, which is fine we clean up after ourselves and keep things tidy anyway. Some shops and places were on an annual break so that was a bummer, but not the property’s fault just FYI. We enjoyed our stay here.

Sogar eine Spülmaschine und ein Gefrierfach war vorhanden +schöne Umgebung mit See und Wasserspiel -Sauberkeit max. mittelmäßig -Bad mit fremden Haaren und Flecken in Waschbecken, Waschbeckenschrank, Toilette (304) -Haare im Bett unter dem Bettlaken(303) -Bettdecke hatte keinen Bezug sondern war nur zwischen 2 Laken gelegt (304) -Geschirr fleckig, nicht richtig gespült -keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme Wenn man ein paar feuchte Allzwecktücher mitnimmt, um über alle Flächen zu wischen, ist es ok. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht im Residhome. Haben die "Unsauberkeit" daher in Kauf genommen. Falls man das Geschirr benötigt und nicht die Spülmaschine nutzt, sollte Spülmittel mitgenommen werden. Ein Kit mit Geschirrhandtuch, Schwamm, einer Mülltüte und 1 Tab für die Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir würden diese Unterkunft trotzdem wieder buchen wenn wir wieder ein günstiges Angebot finden. Nur für Gäste geeignet, die die Fahrtdauer von 30-45 Minuten bis nach Paris City in Kauf nehmen möchten. Restaurants und Bars am Hotel vorhanden. Die Preise fanden wir allerdings recht hoch, obwohl wir uns außerhalb von Paris befinden. Aber da hat jeder ein anderes Empfinden. Parken in de Tiefgarage 16€/Nacht. Schaut selbst 😉😊

Superbe chambre très propre et literie excellente

Hôtel très propre au calme près d un lac. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Je recommande.

The location was convenient with everything we could want right around the corner including a beautiful plaza with fountains, benches, restaurants and supermarket. The room was interestingly laid out with the toilet in a room by itself and the large bathroom with the door to the balcony, which had a view of the Eiffel Tower! Unfortunately, the window and balcony were disgusting with the balcony covered in old cigarette butts and pigeon droppings and the window covered in pigeon dirt. We couldn't enjoy the balcony or even open the curtains on the window because of the filth on the outside of the window. But compared to the rest of the room and hotel location, this was a relatively minor annoyance.

-the receptionists don't speak English -the toilet sink was clogged and I informed the reception but because of the language barrier he couldn't understand - the shower cabinet has black patches of mold -there is no room service (without extra charge)

It was a good hotel no problems the front desk staff were very helpfui the place was clean the bed was super comfortable .

I loved this hotel for the area even though it’s “far” from the city center it’s a beautiful nice neighborhood, and grocery store near plus a few restaurants to choose from and even though it’s far I didn’t find it as an inconvenience. The room for only me was super spacious, kitchen, nice bed, bathroom, etc. the only thing I will say is that for example the walls were dirty from spills, which makes me think it’s probably not the cleanest place but overall I would stay there again

We wanted an apartment style room with a kitchen and were not disappointed. Everything was wonderful.

Very clean and convenient travel via train to Paris. Amenities were awesome, very good lay out and very spacious.

Hôtel très récent et dans un quartier très agréable et vivant. Il n'y a aucun bruit. La literie était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et la kitchenette très bien équipée. Le personnel est très aimable. Seul bémol, le coût du petit-déjeuner (17€), que nous n'avons pas pris car trop élevé. Résidence hôtel à recommander

Tres belle chambre avec terrasse au 5eme etage vue sur le lac artificiel. la kitchenette est pratique pour manger sur place, avec des commerces sur la place.

Hotel calme et agreable. J'ai eu une chambre avec des murs en angle à 45°, la tele y est mal positionnée car pas dans l'axe du lit ni dans celui de la table. Bon equipement de la kitchenette avec un petit lave-vaisselle.

My first night I was awakened by a fire alarm at 2am as someone was cooking and burned food. Also, I had an early flight at 7 am. There was no one at the desk to check my out so I had to leave a note for someone to check me out. Very unprofessional considering I explained the night before that I had an early flight and needed to check out early. The staff assured me that someone is always at the desk. Well that was a lie. That made me feel totally unsafe. Anyone could walk into the hotel as the outside lobby doors were never locked and no one was manning the desk. Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is great and the bed slept very well. I didn’t like the half of a door in the shower.

Not enough staff speaking English and no offer to help with making arrangements to use the train and trams..left to our own devices other than 2 staff who were helpful and kind to us ..sadly do not know there names .

Accueil très sympathique chambre agréable. Parfait !

Beliggenhed er fantastisk, smukt område med spisesteder lige nedenfor. Tæt på letbane/metro så nemt og hurtig at komme ind til Paris. Service ringe, der blev ikke gjort rent tømt skrald de 3 overnatninger vi havde og personalet kunne ikke engelsk og var ret sløve

Bonjour je tiens à vous faire part de mon mécontentement. J’ai même quitté l’hôtel plus tôt que prévu. J’avais demandé à ce que la chambre soit prête tôt car j’arrivais après un vol d’une durée de 8h. La chambre dans la catégorie choisie n’étais pas prête. En faisant part de mon mécontentement ils m’ont proposé une chambre avec deux lits séparés. Ma chambre était prête au final vers 16h la salle de bain wc n’était pas totalement propre (j’ai les photos !). Nous avons décidé de changer d’hôtel et sommes repartis le lundi 4 janvier matin (au lieu du vendredi 9) l’un des gérants m’a très mal parlé car il estime que la chambre de 2 lits séparés était un effort de leur part. J’ai quand même pris la peine d’appeler deux jours avant mon arrivée pour avoir la chambre plus tôt. Ils étaient prévenus. Je tiens à préciser que je suis enceinte ! Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel ! Mon compagnon était tout autant mécontent et nous avons perdu notre argent. Je trouve ça encore plus grave qu’il m’ait mal parlé alors que je suis une cliente qui était déjà resté 3 mois dans cet hôtel ! Hôtel à fuir !!

What a jewel this property was, good staff, very clean, restaurants nearby. Great location near tram stop so easy to get around.

Estancia larga de 12 noches. El hotel está genial, super nuevo y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones tienen pequeña cocina y aseo espacioso, cama muy comoda. Vistas a la plaza del lago inmejorables, el entorno es muy bonito y seguro. Parada de tranvia Division Leclerq a solo 100 metros que te conecta con todo el transporte publico de Paris, llegas al centro en 30/40 minutos

Loved this place outside of the center of paris. Nice hotel, great spot, beautiful area for pictures, one of the best pastas I ever had was in this area!

Very convenient transport links. Trams 2 mins away and very frequent. Supermarket on doorstep for self catering and lovely local restaurants.Rooms comfortable and clean. An excellent choice if you are happy with a short commute into the city .

Great location and clean room

Residhome Clamart is a great place to stay in a budget, it is just 3 min walk from the T6 tram that leads you to the metro, you must have in mind that even though it is well connected to the public transport you'll probably take 45 to 60 min to go from the hotel to most of the city centre tourist spots and back.

Fabulous area new clean lovely restaurants small supermarket pharmacy bakery, hotel was perfect for what we needed if a little far out from the centre of Paris. The hotel is more than adequate but not plush excellent for a couple of nights . We didn’t experience the breakfast as the bakery has an amazing selection and we thought it was a little expensive for a basic offering on the whole would recommend hotel. Tram stop in front of the hotel which is convenient but then 11 stops on subway to centre of Paris. Cabs can be as much as seventy euros.

Súper lindo lugar e instalaciones solo no nos gustó que la habitación no la limpian a diario Excelente desayuno y vistas espectaculares

Qualité et confort général des chambres très bon. 2 points négatifs importants dont un aurait pu avoir des conséquences graves. Dans le placard à vaisselle de la chambre de mon amie non-voyante, le 1er verre etait fêlé et ébreché. C'est en voulant lui servir un verre d'eau que je l'ai constaté. Elle aurait pu se blesser gravement si elle l'avait sorti elle-même du placard, une négligence dans le contrôle des chambres Inacceptable. 2e point décevant, le prix du petit-déjeuner est assez cher, il n'était plus très fourni à 8h45, il n'y avait plus de viennoiseries ni pains spéciaux, le personnel nous a indiqué qu'il n'en n'avait plus. Un peu léger pour le standing de cet établissement.

Chambre , emplacement et deco très bien. Hôtel très agreable. Seul gros bémol : le petit déjeuner. Arrivée à 9h00 pas de charcuterie , pas d’œufs pas de plats chaud. Ils sont là mais vides et propres.

This was a perfect stay. Getting there on the first day was a bit hard no taxi knew how to get there. There is a market close and a cafe/bakery perfect for a quick delicious byte. Overall excellent I will definitely stay here on my next stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights, was there for a wedding. The hotel itself is ok, I really loved the location and everything around it (Plenty of restaurants and everything you might need) but everything in the hotel was kind of mediocre. The staff was kind of rude and disengaged, the breakfast at the hotel was a joke and way to expensive for what it was (I recommend the bakery, however they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, unfortunately). They never cleaned my room or even changed towels, I had to chase the cleaning lady for more towels and toilet paper. My room was missing a coffee machine, I asked and was given one that was soooo dirty and disgusting... I asked for extra hangers and they never came. The room was not entirely clean, there were hairs in the bathroom floor, so I put down towels, since they said they couldn't clean it until the next day! They still never came. I have to say that I was not impressed with their way of handling simple requests by other guests either, but the location of it is fantastic and for that reason alone I might consider it again.

Very recent hotel in a newly developed area in the real Parisian style. Room was small, but with separate well-equipped kitchenette. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fine. Very good breakfast.
