Millennium Hotel Maxwell House Nashville

Room was clean, lobby was well lit, plenty of parking.

Shuttle to downtown was nice, although only one stop was only a bock from the Ryman where I was attending a concert. Also last shuttle back is 10:30pm. My event lasted 'til a little past 11. Had to get an Uber.

The room was in shambles! The bed was broken, air conditioning didn’t work the first night. Tried calling down to the desk at night and no one answered. Staff was outside, headphones on smoking on the bench next to the door. Air conditioner was fixed the next day when I spoke to a female at the front desk. Bathroom door was not able to be closed, 1/2 inch gap. Front desk staff was friendly The breakfast area was clean. Carpets are horribly filthy

The hotel was not what i remembered it to be when i was in school in the late 90’s. Staff was excellent however the hotel is in dire need of renovations. It was fairly clean however the fixtures and furniture were outdated.

The rooms were not cleaned. The shower was clogged and when called to get it fixed they came in and didn’t do anything about it. The rooms were also not cleaned.
