Checkin/ Checkout were easy and efficient. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was a good size and quite comfortable. Nice shower and kitchen areas! Fitness room was handy and well-kept. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and much appreciated. Nice hotel right off the highway. Easy access to all other parts of Nashville!

We booked an executive suite. It was very spacious. All amenities were provided. Hotel is nice but needs updating. It’s a bit run down due to everyday use by so many people. Breakfast was good. There is only one lift which wasn’t a big problem but sometimes we had to wait a bit longer. Doors need something to stop the banging noise which was a serious issue during our stay. Throughout the night and early morning we could hear doors slamming. There should be a soft closing installed or something to reduce the noise. Also we could hear people talking in the corridors. Maybe the walls are very thin but people also don’t take into consideration that some people travel long distances and they need to rest. They talk loudly walking in the corridors!

The elevator never worked. We had to go up to 4th floor through the stairs. Apparently the elevator problem is a thing in Nashville, because earlier I had change hotel reservation from another hotel because of an email saying the elevator wasn’t working. When we got to Alexis the elevator wasn’t functioning either. Also the fire alarm was on for a very long time (no fire) the first day was horrible with the alarm and the elevator. Three days going through the stairs and never saw anyone trying to repair it.

Great value. When construction around parking area is finished it will be a nice upgrade. Fast check in and out. Quiet stay and we will be back when in the Nashville area.

When I first checked in , the room they gave me had stink bugs in the room and the shower. The second room they gave me the shower was not clean at all , the shower still had hair assuming from the previous customer.

This hotel was terrible. The room walls and ceiling were covered in Asian lady Beatles that the hotel tried to cover up by saying they were ladybugs so people would not be grossed out by staying there the Beatles if you smoosh them let off a very foul odor and they bite Thinking that they were a ladybug as the hotel said I tried to pick one up to relocate it outside and it bit me . The walls are so thin and the doors are so thin. You can hear what everyone’s doing in the room next to you or walking down the hallway.. the breakfast fruit was all old. The bread was hard. The building itself all they did was make an old place try and look new. The corners of the bathroom had dirt in them. The elevator floors were dirty. I would not recommend staying here..

The hotel looks clean, but upon moving in, I noticed a lot of small cockroaches. Since I was staying two nights, the hotel changed my room. The second room was better, but there were still some small cockroaches. When I checked out, they said they would give me a 15% discount. Two weeks later, I still haven't received my money back.

I like staying at this place. The only problem I don't like is the first floors all have a problem with a musky mold smell that is bad. There isn't enough air currculating in the rooms that the towels don't dry overnight when you hang them up.

Only had apples and oranges for fruit and yogurt. Rooms are spacious and have a door between suite which is nice. Only problem is placement of bathroom door being right next to bed would be better in hallway

The only negative is that plumbing needs an upgrade. The water in the bath tub in our room was not going down fast enough and nothing feels worst than dirty water touching your feet when you’re taking a shower.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great and had many options. The beds were terribly hard though. Like concrete. The rooms were stuffy and had a smell of wet carpet. An open window would be wonderful but they don’t open.

Check in was easy, room was clean. A little ran down with just little things. Bed and pillow were great. Room had a weird smell to it. Like it was closed off for to long. Couldn’t adjust the temperature of the air. So it was a warm. I think that’s partially where the smell came from.

My suite was quite a bit larger and nicer than I expected! Not a lot of frills but I didn't need many. The spaciousness and amount of furniture made it very comfortable to entertain a guest or 2. Good sized bathroom and bedroom! Comfy beds. Large T.V.'s in each room. I just wish the breakfast was a little better...

The staff would not me allow to check in with the card i paid with. The yiung lady working the desk was ezceptuoanlly rude. At one point, she held her hand up to my face and loundly stated "You will let me speak". I was livid. Never have i ever been treated to rudely. I ended up replying with youve got to be effing kidding me. She then flipped her long brown hair, held her hand up and said she could not even deal with this. Mind you, they did not provide me with a refund on my already booked room and i had to then search for another place to stay at 830 pm. So, i ended up being out the money for 2 rooms. My area was decimated by Hurricane Helene and all i wanted to do was go see my parents after living through such devastation. Then having to treated so rudley....smh. i was disgusted.

Rude housekeeping staff. They walk into your room without even knocking on day of check out WAY before your checkout time. I requested a late check out because of flight and was told at the front desk I could have it, but on day of check out housekeeping barged in my room and said "get out" its time for you to check out.

Our stay had a couple of hiccups but Abby was wonderful and remedied the situation timely and efficiently. Towels could have been in better supply. Breakfast was very adequate and well supplied. Overall a pleasant stay. Close to restaurants and downtown Nashville.

Stayed 2 nights. Check-in was very fast and easy. Front desk and housekeeping employees were friendly and nice. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was awesome. Plenty of parking. Gas station right across the street was convenient. Waffle House across the other street. Quick drive to a few fast food places. Big variety of breakfast foods and it was pretty good. Always love a free breakfast, especially when traveling with 3 young adults! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were rude and unhelpful and had nasty attitudes. Housekeeping came and knocked on the door even though we put the do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast ended 30 minutes earlier than listed on Expedia. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The beds were so flimsy that it caved in when you sat or laid down on it. I would never stay here again.

I love staying at older hotels. I find them charming and full of life and history. While the overall reviews led me to choose to stay at the Alexis Inn and Suites I was incredibly disappointed. I even felt “catfished.” The room and hotel is itself is okay, nothing special but not unbearable. The property and location however, make you want to hire security to ensure your vehicle won’t be broken into or stolen. Very sketchy and frightening for a young woman. If you are staying alone, I highly recommend you find safer accommodations for your stay in Nashville. As for the staff, they seemed annoyed with my presence while checking in and out, even though the interaction was straightforward and brief. Very unwelcoming. There are better places to stay at equally economical prices. This is not a place I would ever stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Alexis Inn and Suites. The hotel was clean and our room was great. Just what we needed. It is a perfect fit for a family trip to Nashville. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away (Downtown and Opry Mills). We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very clean. The bed was amazing, it engulfs you in comfort, giving us the best sleep we had on our vacation. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Conveniently located right by the highway yet quiet. Great price for what you get, I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Nashville. Thank You Alexis Inn for a good nights rest!

The only reason I’m giving it a lower rating is because the little gym smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned EVER, and the food was not good at all.. I couldn’t even get myself to eat the eggs and sausage. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly, so if you find a different gym and eat breakfast out, it’s fine.

The location of this hotel was great, and the price was fantastic. They have done a good job resurfacing the bathrooms and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean, but the smells of whatever they've used to cover the smoking odors was strong for us. Unfortunately, the refrigerator wouldn't get cold and the hairdryer didn't work (no backups available). The walls and doors were very thin and noises carried readily. Quality breakfast options were seriously lacking. We appreciated the value for the price paid, but we probably will opt for another place next visit.

AMAZING customer service, from check in to check out. Always willing to help with anything. Breakfast was beyond what i was expecting. We're from here in Nashville but live in Wisconsin now i was so excited to have true biscuits and sausage gravy. They had pork sausage and turkey sausage for those who preferred it. Cold cereal, oatmeal (not instant), fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, toast, bagels, accompiemants, make your own waffles, fresh juice, coffee, hot tea, fresh tea and fresh popped popcorn all day in lobby. Rooms are very nice, beds very comfy, clean. Towels big and fluffy.

Checking in was easy and quick. Lots of parking in the front and back. Breakfast options were bland, I only enjoyed the waffles. I also found a stain on the bed sheet and a couple hairs.
