Good experience and staff is wonderful, only improvement I would ask from Taj is , the fragrance they put is too strong, it affects the throat and gives headache, this may not be to all guest but some guest may be sensitive to fragrance. Else good property to stay.

The staff was helpful and polite. The wait staff in the hotel restaurant were very attentive and charming. Music with evening meal was great. Only complaint was the strong perfume/chemical smell in the lobby. Maybe cultural bias, but rather suffocating.

Absolutely loved this property, Staff is just amazing, very welcoming and felt like at home while we were there. Definitely recommend to everyone, who’s looking for luxurious and safe hotel experience. Dining, restaurants, swimming pool, and spa loved it all. Definitely coming back whenever visiting chandigarh.

Whilst still very clean they are showing signs of wear and tear Main public areas much better and of the standard you would expect from Taj. The sitar player was a nice touch Excellent breakfast buffet selection and very attentive staff

As you expect from Taj, excellent customer service but the rooms are now very dated and not worth what you have to pay. 20 years ago rooms would have been fantastic but not in 2025. Def needs a refurb

When I checked in I was very excited but got disappointed when front desk told me that they don’t have hot tub but when I booked via hotels.com it was clearly written that it includes hot tub. Rest every thing was very good. Hotels.com should delete hot tub information from their website to avoid disappointment for customers. I travelled 8 hours on that day and booked taj so that I can relax in hot tub to get rid of fatigue but very very disappointed. Tried to chat with helpline but no response. Thank you

Fully enjoyed my stay for one night at Taj Chandigarh. Hotel was very clean and a nice size room. The breakfast buffet was superb, and I was good for the rest of the day after that. Yogesh in travel services was particularly helpful to me, answering all my inquiries in a thorough and professional manner.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Taj in sector 17. Our room was spacious, and the reception area welcoming. Our standout positive feature has to be the Indian restaurant. We would recommend it highly. Ap. Mutton kebab Main. Mutton and the Masala Fish

Spent 4 nights recently for a conference. Excellent service from reception staff Utsav, sayan and Harkaran, and bellboy Harish. Room was functional without being flashy, everything worked. Breakfast was excellent. Location very good , close to Sec 17 market.

this Taj Chandigarh property needs to get an upgrade to its rooms and bathrooms. Also, there should be a loyalty programme as other hotels have which give us additional benfots for coming back again. We get none.

Excellent service , starting with checkin, and offering support with small things that makes a great difference. Great central location , wide variety of food offerings and personalised hospitality. The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition. All staff were nice- I would like to specially mention duty manager Rahul and Rupsha in hospitality for going out of their way to make our stay special.

Its a great property in the heart of the city n yet its quite and peaceful. Great staff. Saw some nice art displayed in one corridor. Have stayed n dinned here multiple times. Never disappoints. It carrys d Taj brand well.

I have buffet include at my stay My room number 524. On 19 th May I invited my three person guest and we are two for buffet dinner. At 9 pm went dinning room we have very bad and poor experience. When we start buffet most of the buffet item is empty or very less food. Ask them please fill up item food. But they take very slow process to fill up item. How long you can wait to get food when the management. Has slow process to fill up item of food. Not only our people most of people at dinning hall have same problem But I speak out about problem finally we can not eat properly. We paid each buffet charge rs 2000 and tax per person Taj hotel is pride of India. Really sweet way to cheat people intentionally so can consume less food but when I went for buffet 20 th May. Only we are two. Really some change at buffet scenario is improve item pot is full and supply of food is quick

Lovely hotel, we really felt comfortable at the Taj. Everything was perfect except some of the buffet food was not hot, especially the paneer, but it did taste good. We will definitely return next time in Chandigarh.
