Checking in, big confusion to whether I needed evisa or not, my 5 yr visa is stamped in passport. Simple as that, but they would not have it, acting as if they are immigration officers. Totally ridiculous. Ask for two key cards. Leave one, the AC turns off otherwise, all my luggage got soaking wet. Terrible, almost had to pay for overweight at airport, apart from my clothes being unwearable and damp. As usual, you get the old "sorry sir" in India. Condensation was so bad all glass condensated and started dripping. On 5th floor they are renovating, this should be mentioned before booking. Drilling until 7pm every day. Its like living on construction site. Checked out, paid my 240rs mini bar bill, booked an Uber, just to have reception calling claiming that taxes are put on top even though it states that its included on receipt. They should replace this rude stupid nightstaff. Totally unacceptable. Close to the mall, yes, but AVOID this hotel, it's just a nuisance.
