The was construction going on which is not objectionable. However, the morning of check out, someone power washed the immediate area and splashed our car with a grey liquid that I assume was cement dust mixed with water. Our entire car was covered in it on the passenger side. When I complained to the associate who checked us out of our room, all I got was a "so sorry." It would have been better customer service if they would have offered to pay for a car wash. The response I got was not convincing or very considerate. I probably will not stay here the next time we are in town.

Staff is very friendly and over all a pretty clean hotel. Hotel is pretty close to the expo center and isn't overpriced. Only downside is that the parking is kinda limited and you'll usually be forced to park by the Bob and Evan's parking lot.

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and professional. Wish I had known that the pool was out of service before i booked, as that was a big reason we picked this hotel over others in the area. Also received a notification that I had to download the Hilton app in order to pick a room and get a digital key, which didn't work-I checked in at the front desk in order to get card keys to a different room

We had an ant infestation in our room which we discovered with 30 minutes after checking in. We asked for another room but the manager said they had nothing available. They sent a maintenance person to wipe down the counter that held the TV. He sprayed with an insecticide around that counter. The next morning we had ants all over the night stands next to the bed and under the telephone. The were into any personal belongings we had on the night stand and were difficult to find and get rid of. In addition, there was a argument in the room next to ours at 11:00 at night disturbing our sleep.

We stayed one night. The conditions were horrible. The closet header was falling. They upgraded to a bigger room but the cleanliness was terrible. Hair on the bathtub, broken vent in bathroom. You can tell they don’t wipe doors down, carpet had stains. We re never returning.

The check in with Mattie was easy and she was very pleasant. Beds were soft and loved all the pillows. Really enjoyed the early coffee as I get up way earlier than my son. Breakfast was great lots of opinions and food was hot . Great over all stay.

Check in was kind of slow. Front desk associate was very soft spoken and a little hard to understand. Otherwise it was a good experience. Grounds were spotless. Room condition was very good. Except for the very noisy air conditioning it was a pleasant stay.

I only stayed one night for science fair that is taking place almost next door in expo center but very pleased with the place. Clean and friendly, decent options for free breakfast, my room - two queen beds was spacious, bathroom good size and clean. Overall great experience and definitely recommend. Great location, wawa, dunkin, starbucks and target just around the corner, super close to convention center.

Sink in bathroom didn’t drain. A few time we actually had to wash our hands in the tub. Had someone with a barking dog next to us. Wasn’t even aware pets were allowed. They should try to have people with pets all in the same area/section of the hotel, or at least address a barking dog.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff was phenomenal, extremely inviting and very friendly. Les checked us in initially, and was the most professional and kind front desk receptionist I've ever met. Also, Cin and the maintenance man, Charles, along with Brionna (manager), became our dogs new best friends. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and professional. We will never forget our stay here and will HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone/everyone we know that needs a room in the area. Thank you very much for everything.

The young man working the front desk - 1) Never picked up the phone when I tried calling the front desk from my room - I then attempted to dial the hotel main line - my call was picked up and before I could utter a word I was told to "hold" and placed on hold - 8 minutes in I decided to get dressed again and head downstairs - when I arrived he young man was chatting with another man - paused to let me know he was helping another guest which was why he never picked up the room call and had placed me on hold for what was then 9 minutes! Next night I just wanted to add a candy bar to my room tab - same young man was initiating onversation with the people in front of me while checking them in while a line of 4-5 people built up behind me. Quite frustrating. Also - my room wasn't cleaned from Thursday night through Sunday morning despite a note in the room saying they clean them every other day??

We had a great stay all the staff was amazing. Housekeeping staff was all so kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic so many options. Courtney was amazing, super friendly, went above and beyond to help my little ones make waffles and kept restocking everything. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Unable to check in 3 pm which was listed ad check in time on reservations. No rooms were clean. When I returned at 6pm there were no rooms available. Sent 10 mikes to another location for a lesser room. They said they would pay for room which a letter was given to me. Charged for both rooms waiting for reimbursement.

Stay was mostly good. Hotel was clean. Cons were the tv didn't work past channel 15, bought a soda from store area & it was expired by 4 months, complimentary breakfast had no hot food at 8:15 am and even after several guests waiting over 20 minutes, nothing was ever put out. When we arrived the morning of our stay, front desk clerk was also in the kitchen area working & was wearing a Champion sweatsuit which is a tad bit unprofessional. When we did check in, we were helped by a male clerk. It was a quick interaction with no personality & only one key given because they didn't have enough.

We stayed here to be a close drive to the convention center. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and a few dressers to store your items, as well as a closet with an iron. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and body wash. The hotel provided free breakfast. The only thing that we did not enjoy was that the breakfast items were not kept warm. And since breakfast started at around 6/7 AM, if you went down at 10 AM, everything was cold.

We were there for a short one night stay. When we went down in the morning for breakfast there were no eggs, bacon or potatoes. Apparently there had been for one service but then the ovens "broke" and were never back in service. No one else got anything else to eat unless you wanted a waffle. We went down at 8:30. Not like we waited until the last minute. Their other hotel in the same chain was right next door. Why didn't anyone come to help? Then at checkout we requested a receipt. Couldn't get that either. They couldn't print anything because they had no ink. Seriously! Although they apologized no one really seemed to care that the entire hotel full of guests was being short changed. There was no sense of urgency to try and resolve the issues. Next time I'll stay at the other hotel.
