This place is well kept and so convenient to the area. If I had to say anything negative, it would be about the lack of parking. Phoenixville could do better for the hotel's guests than first come, first serve.

It was an amazing stay! Highly recommended!! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. It is literally right in the middle of downtown with a ton of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. This is definitely the best place to stay in pheonixville!! And in the summer, they have an outdoor market/fair in the street right outside the front door. Although with that comes parking a little down the road (if it is in the summer months). But I would not let that deter you. Everything else was amazing! Highly recommend!!

So, if you’re planning to stay in Phoenixville, PA proper, this is just about the only option outside of an Air BNB. Highlights: the location was immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Each staff member who we spoke with gave tips about local eateries or things to do in the area. Rooms were well-insulated which set the stage for a good night’s sleep. Challenges: Parking! (It’s a known issue not just for the hotel but for every business in the area). They only have seven spots in their parking lot but also have options to park in other places. No elevator. Now, normally, this is not an issue, but my wife just recently had knee surgery which made traversing the stairs arduous. Make sure to call ahead to book a room on the first floor. Takeaways: we truly appreciated the extra time and attention that staff gave to our one-night reservation. For example, we were asked when booking the hotel if we were celebrating anything special. With this, I typed in, “anniversary”, booked the room, and thought nothing more about it. I was impressed to find a hand written “happy anniversary” note waiting for us in the room. It was a nice touch which capped off an enjoyable weekend.
