Clean room, friendly staff, great pool

We have family in the area. The pool was perfect. Upon check-in they knew we were there for using the pool and gave us a room on the first floor close to the full access the picnic area outside was just what we needed for a brief family get-together

The hot tub was just what we needed

We had a nice and convenient stay. There were snack options with a self checkout. Bar and restaurant on property- food was ok. The shuttle service they offered was super easy to get to the expo center and even to dinner near by. Would stay again.

Staff friendly. Room was clean. Gym was quite nice. Only complaints was that the pool and hot tub water was dirty.

Price per night was high ($197 december 2024) but I like d the location and it was nicer than the photos online once i got there. The "fitness center" was below average, not much there for me to even do much.

Friendly staff. Quiet. Clean. Hot tub was dirty but the staff shocked that. Pool water was cold so the kids wanted to be in the hot tub. Food was good, a little pricey but it’s a convince thing . Overall nice stay.

Was greeted by friendly and informative front desk staff. Clean and fresh lobby with immaculate rooms. Convenient to the convention center. I used the pool and was pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub. Fitness was small but well appointed. All in all a freat quick stay.

Breakfast should be included for the price of stay. The pool and hot tub were not clean.

The water temperature of the pool was too low. And kids under 16 were allowed to be there without adult supervision- 10 kids at a time. Basically no-one observes anything..

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Our room was great! I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Experience with the staff was great. My room on the other hand was dated and in need of some work. The bed was missing a support in the middle which caused it to crack everytime we sat on it. The front support was bent out. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusty as well as the rents in the room. The ceiling looked to have water damage. And it looked like spot of blood on the window curtain. They also put basic nestle bottles of water in the rooms but charge $2.50 per bottle if you use them.

The Hilton Garden Inn saved us after we had to leave another local hotel due to its extremely poor condition. The Hilton was incredibly clean. The staff was beyond friendly. We could not have been happier with our stay!

there were no towels in our room. the bathroom was dirty and the tub was clogged the pool was so cloudy I couldn't see my feet in 5 feet......... staff was pleasant and accommodating. but upkeep was no good and beds were hard..... didnt eat here, no comment on that

My wife and I stayed at this property recently and our experience was awful. A few of the things that were terrible: - The room was dirty. - The bed had a white stain on the frame that looked like bodily fluids. Not sure if it was, but gross none-the-less. - The chair in the room was visibly dirty, had stains, and its upholstery was disintegrating. - The air conditioner was very loud. - The pool water was green. We thought this might be due to their chemicals, but the adjacent hot top water was clear. It looked too gross to swim in. - My wife is disabled and asked for a couple more bed pillows to get comfortable. The staff informed us they were "out of pillows at this time." Really? Also, requested extra towels were not available either. But here is the worst part: they double charged us! We booked the room through Expedia and paid for it. The day after our stay, the hotel directly charged us AGAIN for the same stay! Mistakes happen, so I called the hotel. None of the staff could get the manager (only transfer me to his voice mail) despite having called numerous times on different days at different times when I was told the manager would be in. I left MULTIPLE messages for the manager about the double charge, but NONE were returned. I never got to speak to the manager despite WEEKS of trying and I still haven't been refunded their mistaken charge. This hotel is awful at best and a scam at worst. DO NOT STAY HERE! The Hilton name is ruined for me now.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always found the staff professional and very friendly. It is very clean and well maintained. Quiet hallways. Easy to set the room temperature.

Hotel was clean staff was amazing but room was lackluster. Beds and pillows weren’t conformal ac was noisy and weak. Water pressure and temp was great. My dog was welcomed which was by far the most important thing for us.

The room was dark. Seemed dated. Clean. TV didn’t always work.. hotel was average

Room was dark, old, run down, amenities were not in the best condition, shower was broken, and not the most friendly staff. Not staying there again.

Room was clean. Shower did not drain well however so it filled with water as you were using it.

Not a bad hotel but have to provide a warning to potential guests on one thing: We had a junior suite and considered the pullout bed to be un-usable. The mattress was a piece of foam covered in a plastic bag. A sheet was provided, but no mattress pad. And it was uneven. Maybe you could put small kids on it, but we needed it for a teenager.

AC was loud

The property needs a refresh. Carpet, furniture, and bathroom were worn and dingy. Curtains over windows were hanging down and not attached. Bed linens looked as if they had been left in the dryer too long and were extremely wrinkled. Walls were thin and every noise could be heard. I would not choose to stay here again.

Only complaint was that our room 116 AC was clearly on its last legs and sounded like a boat motor running all night. That effected our sleep quality. Otherwise, everything was great.

Enjoyed king suite for our family of 3. Sofa bed was comfortable for 7 yr old yet adults had privacy. Fridge made it easy for snacks. One area to improve is tv tech- would be nice to access Netflix etc with shareable portal.

Had no hot water in the morning to shower. Notified front desk at checkout. Was told they would adjust my bill and notify me via email. Haven’t heard anything yet.

Loved the whole visit except the breakfast person person she pointed at things like I could understand then she said read the signs ( in a nasty tone) first my glasses were upstairs do was my wallet. Would not stay there again , because of here. I sure wouldn’t want to upset her anymore

18 minute wait in line to check in because they had 1 person at reception and wouldn't get any other assistance. No hot/warm water for over an hour when trying to shower between 730-830am

I had a major issue with my room on Friday morning where I was completely locked out of my room by a dead door keycard reader, but the staff there was very quick to help with the problem, and got me back into my room (and subsequent new room) as soon as they were able. I don't fault the front desk staff for the issue, and fortunately there was another property nearby that had a person on hand that could help with the door, but the hotel owners probably should update the doors with new locks/keycard systerms sooner rather than later. I was told I would be given extra points for the issue though, which was nice, but I have yet to see those points on my account.

I have to give low star for this location. I requested to clean room two days. Nobody came. They told me it must request the day before. I did. My room is still unclean. It is close to expo location. Shuttle bus was great. Drive was very friendly and nice.

This is a high-quality hotel conveniently located near many area draws and not too distant from Philadelphia. There are numerous dining options within an easy jaunt. The roads are congested so review your map app before setting out. We have stayed here on three separate trips to the area. It is clean and well-kept. Service is good. Our rooms have always been clean and tidy. The mattress is newer and comfortable and the AC unit works very well. Breakfast is not complimentary and the food is lackluster. Eggs and bacon are a safe choice, but the sausage is to be avoided. The OJ is a sugary drink, not fresh. The complimentary coffee is always bland, but there is a Starbucks a block away. We will stay here again, no doubt.

We liked the Property and location for the wedding n reception we attended Disappointed in the fact that everything was alacarte A bitter of water was 2.50. Breakfast was additional fee thank our room We used third party booking. Learned we need direct booking for better pricing

The elevator doors were terrible! they try to close so quickly after opening and would not always stop moving when you step between the sides of the door opening. Almost got squished twice!!!! Hotel was very quiet and the made-to-order breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, stay was great. Belinda and Brandon at the front desk were definitely welcoming and pleasant - even more so than most hotel staff! I was very disappointed by the lack of gluten-free options in the snack area so it was very hard for me to have anything to eat this morning. Beds were a little firm for my taste but overall good stay

Just what i expected. Reasonable price, clean, bar and food were good. Could use new pillows but was a good stay.
