The property is very clean, nice location close to the st Maxime town. However, our room felt very tight and small, we hardly had any space to move around which is fine cause we were barely there. If you’re staying for more than a couple days I’d recommend upgrading to a larger room. Also, we thought parking was included but it was an additional $30 per day

My husband and I checked in on October 20th. Maida was so helpful, quick and sweet! Literally, she is the best front desk agent we have ever interacted with! The hotel is SO nice, clean and elegant (not your typical Best Western in the US). Our room was SO cozy, clean, comfortable and smelled SO nice. The sea view out of our room window was spectacular. Street parking is free. Breakfast was delicious. We also got a bottle of rose from the bar - needless to say it was the best bottle of wine we have ever had. We had a hard time leaving the next morning. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay there again. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel.

J’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel et je ne peux malheureusement pas le recommander. Dès mon arrivée dans la chambre, une forte odeur d’urine était présente, masquée avec un parfum après que j’aie signalé le problème à la réception. Une première impression très désagréable. La douche a été une autre grosse déception : pas d’eau chaude pour ma première douche, puis une pression tellement faible que le pommeau ne tenait même pas en position. Cerise sur le gâteau, une femme de ménage est entrée dans ma chambre à 8h30 un dimanche matin, alors que je n’avais pas encore fait mon check-out. C’est un manque total de respect de l’intimité des clients. La chambre en elle-même était très bruyante, mal insonorisée : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et les chambres voisines. Le système de climatisation est vieux et bruyant, et l’ensemble de la chambre semble défraîchi et mal entretenu. Tout cela pourrait éventuellement passer si les tarifs étaient bas, mais cet hôtel facture des prix bien trop élevés par rapport à la qualité offerte. Location good but the room was tiny. Like ridiculously small which affected our enjoyment. Nowhere to really put two suitcases. The chair didn’t even fit under the tiny table. Some things were not working like the heated towel rail in the bathroom to dry towels and bathing costumes. We felt that it was expensive for what was provided.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She called around and found a local restaurant that took our group of six and made a last minute reservation. The restaurant turned out to be good. The bartender helped us with moving the luggage front the front desk to the elevator. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s definitely not your typical Best Western hotel. This is truly a four star hotel. The location, the room and the amenities are great. What makes this place even more special is the amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. The ladies at the front desk (Maida and Ukrika) were true service professionals eager to help make our stay special. The helped us with information about the area, restaurants, shopping and local transportation. They definitely saved our day by recommending us to take the boat to St. Tropez for the day instead of being stuck in traffic for ours in our car. I highly recommend this place and I would recommend you to book an ocean view room if you can.
