Super! A moins d'une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre ville. Bien placé, calme et personnel accueillant. Seul bémol, une entrée de parking un peu trop étroite.. ok jusqu'au compact et avec un peu de sang froid.

Apartamento supercéntrico a pocos minutos andando de la plaza capitolio. Muy amables y atentos. Zonas comunes muy agradables. Tienes una cafetera a tu disposición todo el día y una terraza. Supers al lado. Muy silencioso. El apartanento es un poco antiguo pero en perfecto estado. Cocina vitro de dos fuegos y muy completa, microondas y kettle. Lo único a objetar.. la mesa, para comer, es pequeña. El resto perfecto!

Nice place in the center of town. The apartments are nice, well provisioned and the staff was excellent. It’s in the center of town and very walkable. If you need parking, you will most likely need to use public parking and it costs 31 euro a day. It’s close and convenient but a bit expensive.

Great location for access to everything we wanted to do. The availability of a kitchenette was so good, as it gave loads of flexibility. Room was a spacious, but a little too warm, and the aircon didnt work. My room was facing the courtyard garden, so was much quieter than the front, so was able to have the window open all night. The garden needs some TLC, and rubbish and ashtrays there not emptied on a daily basis. Not a big fan of the plastic grass, either, which looked dirty, and is very bad for the environment.

J’ai donc dû me garer à l’extérieur sur des places payantes, ce qui a été contraignant. De plus, l’accueil m’a semblé un peu désagréable, ce qui a rendu l’expérience moins agréable que prévu.

Our family of 5 stayed for one night. We had two rooms. The rooms were not so bad, but the bathrooms were not nice and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. 'The carpet on the first floor was disgusting. They have a washer/dryer, but it is 10E to do one load, and the clothes smelled worse after I washed them. The breakfast was not bad, but they could offer a better variety of food. The best and only good thing is the Staff. They were ALL very nice and very helpful.

O recepcionista Youhan foi muito gentil e atencioso, e se esforçou para se comunicar adequadamente conosco, explicando sobre o hotel e a cidade, dando informações importantes, além de nós alojar em um apartamento silencioso. Havia uma máquina de café no térreo para nos servirmos e um pátio interno agradável. O quarto tinha uma pequena cozinha com o básico necessário, mas o vaso sanitário ficava separado do resto do banheiro, tornando-se inconveniente.

Location is very handy to the central part of Toulouse. Supermarket next door, and Place Wilson a few minutes walk. The room was basic with limited light but ok if you just went a bed, bathroom and simple kitchenette. Only one lot of housekeeping for my stay (6 nights).

Me siento completamente incómoda con la falta de limpieza. Al llegar a la habitación, encontré una mancha, muy desagradable, en un sillón. Le hice una foto y se la mostré a la señorita que estaba en la recepción y no se inmutó. De hecho no han cambiado nada ni me han dado ninguna explicación. Por otro lado, la moqueta del pasillo que lleva al ascensor está completamente llena de manchas. Es muy incómodo ver esta falta de limpieza.

Bed was not properly made, we were uncomfortably laying on the plastic layer before realising there were more sheets but has not been properly put on the bed. Additionally the sheets were not clean and had hairs on them. Furnishings were tired, the bedside lamps hung loosely on the wall and the smell of the rooms left something to be desired, perhaps some air freshener. Air conditioned was very loud and could only push out hot air. Check in experience was frustrating and slow but largely due to language barriers despite the property purporting to have English speaking staff. Our room was in a separate building and staff left us to find it with little helpful directions or assistance. We were also not informed of window cleaning taken place in our rooms during our stay. Location was very central but not the most safe.

This property is very dated, worn out and dingy. We booked a non-smoking room but the room stank of cigarette smoke. The main room door didn’t lock properly unless you pulled it closed, making it easy to accidentally leave unlocked, and the internal doors were all awkward to close as well. The design of the apartment was weird, having to walk through the kitchen and bedroom to get from the toilet to the bathroom. On the plus side, it’s right in the middle of everything in Toulouse and the bed was clean and comfortable enough (although I don’t think the floor had been vacuumed/mopped for a while).

This property is peerless for the price, central location and great accessibility to the métro and inter-city station. There is even a supermarché just next to the property. It is about a 20- min leisurely walk to Capitole. The room is clean , large and heating is more than adequate for winter. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave oven. The front desk is extremely helpful and polite. English speakiers need not worry as the staff communicate well in English.

This hotel had a kit here that allowed us to easily make coffee (even though it was available in the lobby). The front desk help us get a cab on the morning we left and we’re very freindly.

This property is peerless for the price, central location and great accessibility to the métro and inter-city station. There is even a supermarché just next to the property. It is about a 20- min leisurely walk to Capitole. The room is clean , large and heating is more than adequate for winter. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave oven. The front desk is extremely helpful and polite. English speakiers need not worry as the staff communicate well in English.

Accueil froid et dénigrant de la réceptionniste, honnêtement j’ai été vraiment gênée par sa présence pendant tout mon séjour , Même mon enfant de 3 ans avait lui même droit à des regards particulièrement haineux de sa part sans raison apparente. je vais éviter les autres détails mais vraiment une attitude surprenante venant de cette femme … j’ai jamais vu ça … pour dire même soulagé de ne pas à avoir eu à faire à elle pour le check-out elle était heureusement absente c’était un de ces collègues plutôt chaleureux et souriant. Je pense qu’il serait important pour votre établissement de vous renseigner sur le comportement de votre employée … Concernant l’établissement j’ai été déçu à mon arrivée car elle m’a envoyé dans une arrière court , dans un appartement avec quelques traces de moisissures dans les toilettes et salle de bains ,mur en crépies alors que d’après les photos du site je pensait avoir réserver un hôtel , pour le prix je trouvais ça cher , j’ai l’habitude de voyager et j’en ai vu des beaux hôtels … Je pense que si le comportement et l’accueil de cette réceptionniste aurait été différent, j’aurais été beaucoup plus tolérante concernant les aspects esthétiques de l’appartement et du lieu en lui même c’est vraiment dommage. En dehors de ça , au niveau du confort des lits rien à dire. C’est confortable. L’hôtel est bien situé , en plein centre ville et sécure .

Convenient location midway between train station and downtown, with easy walking distance to both. Very nice staff. Coffee machine with free coffee all day. Had all the amenities I needed. Lots of restaurants nearby with lots of variety in cuisines. Food hall a couple of blocks away. Would happily stay here again.

El alojamiento un 10, los empleados y limpieza otro 10, pero.... Justo al lado hay un supermercado INTERMARCHE, que es estupendo dado que el alojamiento es un aparthotel y se agradece, la pega es que se amontonan en la puerta del supermercado una serie de personajes borrachos que te piden dinero y se pelean entre ellos. De los tres días que hemos estado allí, hemos visto actuar a la policía tres veces y una de ellas casi nos tiran al suelo de la pelea que estaban iniciando. Y no es una queja al establecimiento, pero....

La situation est centrale, à deux pas du Métro: Top Je suis resté 2 nuits. Globalement, des détails, importants gâchent un peu le séjour: - la vetusté des sanitaires - des couloirs à la peinture et portes mal entretenues - Le chauffe oeuf HS au petit déjeuner les 2 jours - Une seule personne au petit déjeuner = manque d'assiettes, plateaux pas débarrassés..les 2 jours - 3 chaînes de télé fonctionnent, rien ne change malgrè une réclamation enregistrée..c'est HS ! les 2 jours C'est dommage, car un effort a été fait sur la déco du rez de chaussée et espace déjeuner, les lit et mobilier sont correctes. Mais les problèmes rencontrés laissent une insatisfaction globale... Ca parait mal entretenu, en fait. Accueil très sympa.

Value for money, great location with good security, this property gives you a more spacious stay than the usual hotel. It is an older property but the little things are done right, it is very clean, suitably appointed and the breakfast is definitely beyond just continental.

Our family of 5 stayed for one night. We had two rooms. The rooms were not so bad, but the bathrooms were not nice and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. 'The carpet on the first floor was disgusting. They have a washer/dryer, but it is 10E to do one load, and the clothes smelled worse after I washed them. The breakfast was not bad, but they could offer a better variety of food. The best and only good thing is the Staff. They were ALL very nice and very helpful.

great location, but also very quiet in the room, especially facing the rear terrace, which I would have used in the summer. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, and it all seemed very readily accessible and easy to get in and out, get questions answered, etc. I didn't use the nice breakfast area, but it looked great.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar. Haltestellen vom Airport Shuttle sowie alle anderen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in kurzer Entfernung. Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Auf Wunsch kostenpflichtiger täglicher Zimmerservice den wir für drei Tage nicht benötigten. Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung hervorragend.

In a brilliant location for visiting Toulouse. Within easy walking distance of the amazing market and the central city sights. On the airport bus route and close to the Metro so very accessible. The hotel suite was well appointed with a comfortable bed and bedding. The only downside to the accommodation is that it is a little tired and possibly could do with refurbishing in the future. Although, we were facing the street, it was very quiet. The staff were personable and went out of their way to be helpful. All in all, a great stay!
