Der Spa-Bereich ist inclusive, war aber wegen einer technischen Störung leider nicht nutzbar. Das 3-Gänge-Menu war sehr gut. Freies Parken, freie Nutzung (!!) der Elektro-Ladesäulen. Sichere Unterbringung der Fahrräder in einem gesonderten Raum.

Second séjour. L'appartement est magnifique. Vaste, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté absolue. Le calme est une invitation à un moment de quiétude. En complément des instants bien être offert par l'espace spa. L'accueil, assuré par un personnel sympathique et attentif, est à souligner.

Das Zimmer hat uns leider gar nicht gefallen. Im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen und nachdem Duschen war das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Außerdem waren in den Ecken überall Spinnweben und das Zimmer hat nicht sehr sauber gewirkt

The location is excellent, the spa is excellent, the room is spacious, the service at check-in and check-out is fast and excellent. I only have one complaint to vacuum the carpet better, especially in places where it is difficult to vacuum in the corners, it was really dirty and unpleasant, a large parking lot nearby

L'hôtel n'est pas réellement un 4*; La cadre est très sympa, le jardin également et l'emplacement est vraiment super. Cependant, la chambre dans laquelle nous étions est très vieillotte et pas très propre, elle ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos que nous avions vus et ne donnait pas vraiment envie. La literie est très basse et très molle. L'espace bien-être est lui aussi plutôt petit, il n'y a que 3 chaises longues pour tout l'hôtel et l'espace est très bruyant.

One of the biggest issues was the heat in the room – it was almost unbearable. Instead of proper air conditioning, there was only a mobile unit with a large exhaust hose running out through an open window, which meant little to no actual cooling. On top of that, the unit was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep. When I asked at the front desk about a room change, I was told: “This is the best option.” – no alternative was offered. For a hotel claiming four stars, this is simply unacceptable. At times, the standard felt more like a budget guesthouse than a proper hotel. The one positive aspect was the rich and varied breakfast, which was quite good. All in all, the value for money was poor, and I would not return.

The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!

Séjour agréable, l'hôtel est propre, le personnel accueillant, des collations a l'accueil, un jardin fleuri, la piscine,spa jolie, le déjeuner est top. Par contre la literie n'est pas du tout digne d'un 4 étoiles!! je me suis leve avec un mal de dos carabiné, difficile d'obtenir de l'eau chaude lors de ma douche dans la chambre et dommage que l'on ne puisse pas avoir un bar a disposition dans la chambre pour ce type d'établissement

Très bon séjour passé dans cet hotel. Nous avions une grande suite. Juste un bemol sur le canapé lit des enfants... pas tres confortable et qui grincait. Pour le reste tout etait parfait.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug. Es war etwas kompliziert die Taschen und das Kinderbett in den zweiten Stock zu schleppen. Uns wurde Hilfe angeboten, als wir zustimmten kam jedoch leider niemand.

A wonderful experience! The beautiful stone building and the entrance gate were a great part of the warm welcome. The smiling and pleasant Rachel, coffee/tea corner and homemade cookies. Spacious and luxurious room. Heated pool. Great breakfast. Exceptional service in a perfect location and walking distance to all the attractions in Obernai. We would love to come back again

A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Séjour agréable, l'hôtel est propre, le personnel accueillant, des collations a l'accueil, un jardin fleuri, la piscine,spa jolie, le déjeuner est top. Par contre la literie n'est pas du tout digne d'un 4 étoiles!! je me suis leve avec un mal de dos carabiné, difficile d'obtenir de l'eau chaude lors de ma douche dans la chambre et dommage que l'on ne puisse pas avoir un bar a disposition dans la chambre pour ce type d'établissement

It was lovely to have the spa area a welcome cool down after sightseeing. Staff were welcoming. Shame that there is no longer a bar or restaurant on the property but garden area was lovely and refreshments were available.
