Etablissement très chouette, bien situé. Accueil chaleureux, petit dejeuner sympa sur place. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Parking gratuit sur place. Par ailleurs Obernai est un tres veau village avec le Mont Saint-Odile à visiter pour la vue magnifique sur la region.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this apartment. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the drains, and the entire place was quite dirty. Although we had booked the apartment for four people, the fourth sleeping arrangement was in terrible condition — completely unsuitable for use. None of us, including the children, could sleep properly as we were itching all night. After staying here, we all developed red marks on our bodies, which was very concerning. We strongly hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again

Wir waren im Europapark und brauchten ein Zimmer für vier Personen. Es war perfekt. Zwar klein, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr gut! Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Hotel ist total ansprechend! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It’s a good hotel, with a very convenient boulangerie right in front. But wifi is terrible, non-existent. Even complaining, nothing changed, the hotel was full and no change of room available. We could see that the wifi spot was a bit far from the room so if you are lucky to have it close to your room, ok. Otherwise, no wifi for you

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! Le personnel à l’écoute et bienveillant. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous avons été bien accueillis. Notre demande de disposer d’oreillers supplémentaires nous a été accordée de suite. Le parking est gratuit et la boulangerie en face est juste extraordinaire ! Restaurants excellents à Obernai.

Le personnel qui a travaillé Durant mon séjour, la personne de l’après-midi ainsi que le veilleur rien à dire en revanche le matin lors de mon départ je suis tombé sur une dame à la réception très peu aimable , J’arrive à la réception, c’est tout juste elle me regarde elle m’a même pas dit bonjour et au moment où je me dirige vers elle, elle se met aller faire la vaisselle dans une autre pièce, j’ai trouvé ça vraiment limite.

Det finns en liten automat vid receptionen där man kan köpa lite snacks och kaffe. Det finns även ett trevligt bageri med bra öppettider precis mittemot hotellet. Gångavstånd till gamla stan.

non ho mai scritto una recensione negativa ad un hotel perché in linea di massima mi sono sempre accontentato e accettato di buon grado quello che un hotel mi offriva ma qui mi sento il dovere di farlo e di far sapere alla struttura che mi sono sentito quasi derubato. Vado dritto al punto : mi è stata data una camera senza un sapone, senza un comodino, senza un asciugacapelli, senza dei fazzoletti di carta e per finire una colazione vergognosa. Passatevi la mano per la coscienza perché per i soldi che chiedete, siete veramente impresentabili!| mai visto una cosa del genere

Personalen var trevlig och rummet kändes rent. Detta är ett enkelt hotell, det är bra att veta att det inte finns någon lounge eller restaurang. Det finns ingen hårtork i rummet. Det finns en liten automat vid receptionen där man kan köpa lite snacks och kaffe. Det finns även ett trevligt bageri med bra öppettider precis mittemot hotellet. Gångavstånd till gamla stan.

Nice hotel. Stayed one night with the family. There was a charger a few minutes down the road for the var and the very nice charming city center was just a short walk away. Ok the other side of the road there is a really nice bakery. Personal was very helpful and in general just a very pleasant stay.

Really great value for the price! Very kind and helpful staff - we were offered a free baby bed, even with a last minute booking. Nice clean room with aircondition. Very nice beds with firm mattresses. Blinds to make room totally dark - so we all slept like babies. Free and convenient parking right outside, could see our car from our first floor room. Only extra wish, would be a fridge, but everything else was perfect.
