L'hôtel est situé à proximité du centre de la ville même s'il reste difficile à trouver (sens interdits). Le parking (12€) est appréciable et sécurisé. Pour le reste le rapport qualité-prix est très moyen malgré pour chambre "privilège". Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

Good stay overall but few points to improve: 1. We asked for a twin bed room and we got a double bed room. The lady in the reception then offered to change that for us but we were too tired to wait. 2. We left our rooms a bit late and we saw that cleaning ladies were doing our floor. We left the sign that we want our room done but they only emptied the bin. Nothing was done when we came back. 3. Parking is expensive and at the same time not efficient. We were provided a code to open the gate but the code never worked. We had to call reception every time we had to leave or enter. Overall ok but give the price, you would expect a better service.

Ein Hotel am Rande seiner Kapazität, das Personal an der Rezeption hat jedoch „die Stange hoch gehalten“ und mit Freundlichkeit überzeugt. Keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer, nur Pappbecher… Den Wasserspender auf dem Flur muss man selbst entdecken. Beim Frühstück lange Schlangen an der Kaffeemaschine, da nur eine vorhanden… Die Matratze im Zimmer hatte ein Plastik Laken, das zu erheblichem Schwitzen führte…. Da wir mit einem Van angereist sind, der Parkplatz voll war, wurden wir auf Suchtour an den umliegenden Straßen geschickt…

Bonne accueil, bien situé, belles chambres bien isolée phoniquement. Dommage que le parking ne puisse être réservé, il peut être plein et ne pas avoir de place même si on est plusieurs jours à l'hôtel, c'est la "loterie" à chaque fois qu'on revient.

Nettes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Lobby ist neu renoviert genauso wie das Restaurant. Sieht sehr schön aus. Die Zimmer benötigen mehr Liebe zum Detail. Sind wohl aber auch grad noch dabei alles zu renovieren?! Nettes und freundliches Personal!!! Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es hinter dem Hotel: Das Auto steht sicher und der Parkplatz ist groß genug.

Nice hotel, very close to the city so that we could walk all attractions. Very nice breakfast buffet and a very clean room were our highlights. ... Thank you for the nice stay!

This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!

Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage, mut guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Man sieht das immer wieder etwas erneut wurde. Der Betreiber ist hiet engagiert. Die Reinigungskrafte in den Räumen saugen leider, wenn überhaupt, nur sehr oberflächlich.

Je suis très sensible à la poussière. J’ai beaucoup éternué dans la chambre. Les traces de plâtre sur la peinture «\xa0mauve\xa0» , dans la salle de bain, pourraient être évitées.

This hotel was fine for one night and an easy walk from the train station. There is heavy construction happening in the area, so that’s a temporary problem. The staff extremely friendly and courteous at check in. Our room was very spacious but dated, with minimalistic decor. The bed was pretty hard but again fine for one night. The bathroom had only hand wash and body wash, and old towels so not a 4 star standard. It was very clean overall. A good basic hotel.

Sehr modernes und freundlich eingerichtetes Hotel. Zimmer schon relativ klein,kein Balkon, bequemes Bett- aber auch nur 1,40m breit. Das Bad ist sehr kompakt, zu 2. passt man da eher nicht rein und sobald man duschen war ist leider das halbe Bad überflutet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, Parken konnte man direkt hinter dem Haus, leider gegen Gebühr. Das Frühstück war leider relativ spärlich, Gurken, Tomaten etc. haben meiner Meinung nach gefehlt. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen und auch die Gegend ist vergleichsweise ruhig. Für eine Nacht vollkommen okay!

Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!

Location is good. Room - basic but ok Hotel public areas are dated and a bit shabby Breakfast was appalling. Dinner was delicious but Wine served with dinner was not the bottle chosen and waiter said nothing, just opened and served the bottle. Dinner service was very slow Approached for cash whilst eating outside. Quite a few suspicious people around outside the hotel.. Would use again if no alternative with parking available.

The hotel and service is average. We requested an early check in but the hotel never responded to our message and we were not able to check in until after 3 pm - guests that came after us (before 3) had their rooms ready - very frustrating.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du centre de la ville même s'il reste difficile à trouver (sens interdits). Le parking (12€) est appréciable et sécurisé. Pour le reste le rapport qualité-prix est très moyen malgré pour chambre "privilège". Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

Location slightly spoiled by noisy redevelopment outside. There are a number of homeless people in the nearby park who were happy to drink and shout until 2 am. Breakfast was very average. Staff were friendly.

Perfectly located with car parking. Professional and very nice staff. Good-looking interior, all perfect except the restaurant. Very uncomfortable and outmoded seats. Breakfast is quite substantial, but poor quality of food, especially eggs and fruits were uneatable.

Ein Hotel am Rande seiner Kapazität, das Personal an der Rezeption hat jedoch „die Stange hoch gehalten“ und mit Freundlichkeit überzeugt. Keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer, nur Pappbecher… Den Wasserspender auf dem Flur muss man selbst entdecken. Beim Frühstück lange Schlangen an der Kaffeemaschine, da nur eine vorhanden… Die Matratze im Zimmer hatte ein Plastik Laken, das zu erheblichem Schwitzen führte…. Da wir mit einem Van angereist sind, der Parkplatz voll war, wurden wir auf Suchtour an den umliegenden Straßen geschickt…

Nettes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Lobby ist neu renoviert genauso wie das Restaurant. Sieht sehr schön aus. Die Zimmer benötigen mehr Liebe zum Detail. Sind wohl aber auch grad noch dabei alles zu renovieren?! Nettes und freundliches Personal!!! Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es hinter dem Hotel: Das Auto steht sicher und der Parkplatz ist groß genug.

Only problem was that hotel on site parking was not available. Full when I arrived but city underground parking is only 50 meters away and cost 1 Euro more. Excellent Pakistani-Indian restaurant 50 meters away. Walking distance to downtown pld city Metz which is gorgeois.
