Le parking était très gênant avec un accès épouvantable à l'hôtel via un escalier en colimaçon très étroit et dangereux. le petit déjeuner inclus était bon.

L'arrivée était un peu compliqué car je pensais que le parking était compris et gratuit ce qui n'est pas le cas. A notre arrivée la chambre était propre, la salle de bain un peu petite mais convient très bien pour un court séjour. Le gros point noir de notre séjour était la mauvaise réception de la télé mais sinon le reste était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner très bien et la chambre calme.

We spent 2 nights here and it was great for what we wanted. Somewhere with on-site parking and close to the Lyon Metro. This hotel met both requirements; it has an underground secure parking facility for €10 per night and Hénon Metro station is just a few metres away. Staff were friendly and included breakfast a bonus ( and delicious)

Formidable accueil. Merci au jeune homme qui nous a reçu. Hôtel très bien tenu. Chambre parfaite et petit déjeuner au top. Attention à bien réserver le parking de seulement 12 places sinon risque de galère pour trouver une place proche.

très bon rapport qualité/prix. personnels très accueillants et très sympathiques. séjour de 2 nuits en semaine. pas de bruit dans l'hôtel. garage très pratique car nous étions en moto mais il faut réserver avant l'arrivée. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les transports en commun. tout visité à pieds jusqu'à la gare Perrache mais après il faut remonter ! il faut être bon marcheur.

Moquette dans la chambre d'un sauyre age et d'une proprete tres douteuse. Stationnement dans le parking tres difficile d'accès Accueille agréable, mais personnel ne disposant d'aucune inititive. Ne merite pas 3 etoiles

Le gros problème est le parking, il n'y a aucune indication pour se rendre vers les emplacements réservés à l'hôtel également pas de signalisation indiquant la direction de la sortie. De plus la porte basculante de sortie était bloquée.

Personnel accueil sympa En revanche problème de ménage car j ai signalé le matin que ma maman avait été malade la nuit etc mais en retrouvant la chambre le soir : draps laissés sales moquette sale et odeur terrible 😱 😬 mais par chance il restait une chambre donc on a pu changer - service du soir TB.

Prima hotel voor doortocht. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en de kamers zijn klein maar voldoen prima. Ontbijt is klein van opzet, maar prima als je snel weer wilt gaan rijden. De badkamer stonk enorm, wij vermoeden een riool lucht. Ook zat de wc bril los.

La fenêtre de la chambre 510 donnant sur la rue ne fermait pas. Mon collègue n'a pas pu dormir avec le bruit des voitures, et le froid qui pénétrait. Un chauffage d'appoint avait été prévu, mais c'est inadmissible de fournir une chambre dont la fenêtre ne ferme pas.

Room a little basic with few amenities - no facilities for tea/coffee. Bit cramped for two but room clean and beds comfy. Location very good for visiting the hospital, which was the purpose for our stay. Breakfast nice with enough choice. Little hot food but can make your own eggs.

Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. However, when we arrived they appeared to have no record of our booking (three rooms) and although we paid for late check out (until 3pm) for one of the rooms, on the day we left, we returned to that room at 12pm and it had been fully cleaned, all our belongings moved around, and the door to the room had been left wide open (with all our belongings inside) as reception appeared to have no record of the late checkout booking.

Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. Hôtel très sympa, dans un quartier tranquille et que j'aime beaucoup, la Croix Rousse. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien fournie. Le seul petit bémol c'était la douche, le support était cassé et la salle de douche était un peu exiguë. Mais dans l'ensemble, ça allait, le petit déjeuner était garni mais dommage qu'il manque certains produits comme les œufs brouillés ou plus de fruits.

Très mauvaise Literie. Douchette avec faible débit et difficile pour lavage des cheveux. Petit déjeuner sans reassort 45 minutes avant la fin de service : plus de pain, plus de brioche et pain de mie. Pas de plat chaud , pas de yaourt ni fruits frais. En bref impression de séjourner dans un " budget " alors que c'est noté "style". Pas au niveau.
