MiHotel Tour Rose

The space was nice and roomy for 3 of us. I gave 4 stars due to some warn carpet that probably could be replaced and the fact the fireplace(nice feature) stopped working. They provided us with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was new and very clean. the location is excellent. Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the entrance. Another reason for 4 stars was the elevator makes a big drop between 2nd and 3rd floor that scared the daylights out of me every time we went up to our room. Please fix it! The place was very easy to find and to use the codes to enter both the main entrance and the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it.

Un duplex calme et agreable. Des petits travaux de rafraîchissement seraient necessaires Attention, le stationnement est problématique dans le quartier et l’accès à l’hôtel n’est pas possible en voiture, même pour déposer les bagages.

Amazing find! Large room very tastefully decorated and well equipped right in the centre of Lille. Slightly awkward to access with a pushchair due to narrow entrance and stairs, but worth it!

This was an unmanned property. Check-in however was done via email with codes for all doors & elevator. Our door was a bit sticky, but we dealt with it. Location was absolutely Perfect! Easy walking to everything in the OLD TOWN area.

I loved how unique each suite is and that it's right in Old Town Lyon. It was unfortunate that the elevator wasn't working and neither was my digital room code, however luckily the office replied to my email quickly and I was able to use the physical key from the lockbox to get in to my room.

Unexpectedly wonderful! In the center of old town with plenty of dining and shopping. Perfect for our family with two older kids. Parking was difficult but that is typical of a medieval town.

Old town Lyon was an amazing spot to explore. The room was nice. Big comfy bed and shower. The door to our room did not work properly. The first couple of days the key pad worked but my husband had to ram his shoulder into the door to open it. Then the key pad stopped working. We were stuck in the hall waiting for a response from Natasha. Luckily a worker passed by but could not fix problem so we were given a key.

I am not sure how this hotel has good reviews. First of all, this is technically not a hotel. It is like Air B&B where there is no front desk, and you get access codes 2-3 days before your booking. This hotel is inside a very narrow old street, so taxi driver will drop you outside and you have to walk at least half mile on cobblestone road to reach the property. Good luck in dragging your luggages on the cobblestone road. There is no clear directions or hotel tag, so it is not easy to find the property. Once you are at the property, you have to enter an access code on an old keypad to enter the hotel which gave me very hard time and I had to punch codes 3-4 times for getting in. Then, elevator is tiny which also requires an access code and I had to make three trips to transport my luggages and family. Room was very very dusty with old carpet, old sofa and old curtains having dust and spider webs. My kids started coughing due to dust as soon as we entered in the room. Since they have no front desk, the only way to contact property owner is through messaging. We immediately left this hotel. This hotel wasted my one entire day during my visit to Lyon. I never had such a bad experience with a hotel. Also, if you buy breakfast from them, it is cold breakfast with some bakery items, which they leave outside your room in the morning.

La chambre était magnifique et propre. Exactement comme dans la description et les photos. Le personnel est disponible et très courtois. Nous avons déposé nos bagages au dépôt de bagages en attendant que la chambre soit prête en arrivant.

The building was a converted very old building. It was safe and clean and the room was very quaint and well decorated. However the A/C would not turn on, and yes I know how turn on the air, it was quite warm. I emailed the booking person and she gave me instructions on how to turn it on. It was uncomfortable all night, never turned on. We went out and when we returned our code opened the outside door but not our room. We had to call the emergency number to get an alternate way to enter. Btw day two no air still. The shower door wouldn’t close tight so a lot of water pooled on the floor. We wiped it so it wouldn’t leak to a lower floor.

Second séjour dans cette même suite: le premier, d'une seule nuit pour raison professionnelle, nous a tellement plu que nous nous sommes offert un séjour-plaisir de 3 nuits. Emplacement magnifique (une des plus belles rues du vieux Lyon, des bouchons merveilleux partout !), une suite confortable, l'hôtel lui-même est vraiment très beau. Un petit souci de douche (porte fermant mal, l'eau se répand sur le sol), mais les personnes qui s'occupent des chambres sont disponibles, serviables et, pour celles que nous avons rencontrées, très sympathiques ! Bref: un coup de coeur pour cet hôtel, qui sera désormais notre adresse de référence à Lyon !

Appartement fonctionnel mais pas de climatisation ce jour là Temps caniculaire, chambre à 34 degrés à minuit Impossible de dormir, obligé de dormir par terre au rez de chaussée et non dans la mezzanine à l'étage. Mise à disposition de ventilateurs plein de poussière, totalement inefficace Mauvaise expérience que ce séjour à la tour rose à Lyon.

Tout était bien sauf la « vue sur un site d’intérêt » qui est purement et simplement un mensonge (petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour)

The room was fantastic -- comfortable bed, lovely shower//vanity area, good closet space. No desk or table if you want to work or eat in. The location could not be better -- center of the old town and easy walking distance to the attractions/transit, and wonderful restaurants abound. Beware: There is no desk presence. We checked in on a Saturday and there was no heat; the 24-hour number gave no response. We could not contact management until Sunday morning after sleeping in our warm clothing. We received a portable heater Sunday afternoon and the heating was fixed on Monday. We enjoyed the MiHotel suite and would return despite this shortcoming.

I didn't realize this was a "virtual" hotel with no front desk until I received an email a few days before our planned check-in, requesting that I call in to arrange payment in order to receive the door codes. I thought I had prepaid on Expedia, just like my other bookings. Anyhow, the staff on the phone were very courteous and helpful, all was worked out. The suite was very nice and spacious which was welcome. I wish the living room area had bigger coffee tables so that we could more comfortably eat our meals and put down our coffee mugs, but otherwise no complaints about the suite. Recommend.

Estuve esperando a pagar y recibir el código de la habitación hasta unas horas antes. Por lo visto Expedia no facilitó mi mail al hotel y no pudieron cobrar la habitación hasta la misma mañana. Yo reservé la habitación un mes antes y la noche anterior no sabía si tendría habitación al llegar a Lyon. Una experiencia demasiado estresante. Por el resto el hotel estaba muy bien, y el personal muy agradable.

A perfect stay. Love the self check in features, as well as the amazing room with a wealth of features and importantly this time of year, air conditioning which you can control with the MiHotel app. The location is incredible too. A short walk from the river and surrounded by beautiful cafe culture and shops. If I had two minor issues, the 5pm check in is quite late in the day for a hotel, but understand the reasons for this and the in room mini bar is incredibly expensive, which puts you off wanting to buy anything.

The negatives: It was not clear to us that the hotel did not have any front desk staff. The shower leaked terribly onto the floor. The toilet ran off and on all day and night. On the positive side, the location was great, it was easy to get in and out, the furniture was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

We were unable to check in because there is no office to do so. Make sure after you reserve you are on your phone to get the correspondence or you will be stuck on the street like we were late at night and in the rain!

Chambre spacieuse, moderne et confortable. Implantation idéale pour accès au vieux Lyon. Pas de réception physique sur place. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un minimum de consommables dans la chambre : bouteille d'eau ou carafe, bouilloire et thé... vu le niveau de standing affiché et les tarifs.

Les services proposé (brunch au pas de la porte le matin avec supplément ) le principe de suites spacieuse , équipé de machine à café , frigo est un vraiment un plus qui m’incitera à tester d’autre suite de cet hôtel qui est placé en plein centre du vieux Lyon avec vu sur la basilique notre dame de fourrière je recommande vivement
