Hotel is centrally located. Great for walking and getting to your destination. Carrefour store just down the road about 700m. They have great salad bar. Hotel has a bar which has great cocktails! I really enjoyed basil gin smash. Very nice lady bar tender. Room has tea maker and mini fridge. Small but neat and functional.

L’emplacement est très central : les rues commerçantes sont tout autour, on peut revenir faire une pause à l’hôtel sans problème. L’établissement ne dispose pas d’un parking privé, mais le parking souterrain public est très proche et l’hôtel peut vous donner une carte d’accès pour l’entrée et la sortie moyennant un prix très correct pour les 24h. Bonne literie, chambre soignée, et personnel attentif vous permettront un séjour très agréable dans cette jolie ville.

Great Mercure on the Presqu'ile. The location could not be better. The staff are a delight. Our Prestige room number 802, a corner room on the top floor had great views, including of the river and beautiful buildings. The lobby bar is delightful, open many, may hours, a comfortable meeting and relaxing place . The Bartender was able to recommend great restaurants at reasonable prices. The location could not be better for shopping, the largest museum in Lyon, access to restaurants, to the Tourist Bureau, in short, the central location was all we could ask, the room was delightful at a reasonable price, the service was excellent and informed, we travel a lot and count not ask for more at such a reasonable price, star-quality location, informed and gracious staff, and lobby lounge with a bartender who knew his wines and had just picked the wines for the summer season. A star hotel in every way.

The hotel itself is nice, but they advertised to have AC. Either it's broken or it's just a ventilation system, even when temperature outside was 16C, the room was hot and humid, and windows cannot be opened. The staff changed my room once, for a room in a lower floor with less sun light, it was less hot, but still far from AC confort.

We are a senior couple visiting Lyon for the first time. The hotel is well located for walking to Lyon old town, breakfast is good and the staff helpful. The room is very small and there is hardly any space for luggage. The room ventilation is inadequate and we can sometimes smell cigarette smoking.

Hotel perfetto per chi voglia soggiornare in pieno centro;la struttura è al tempo stesso anche molto silenziosa. Ho ritenuto la camera standard un po’ piccola per due persone:comodini molto ridotti di dimensione,bagno piccolo,sopratutto dove si trova il lavandino. Avrei apprezzato trovare anche shampoo e balsamo nella doccia come in altri hotel della stessa catena. Non ho apprezzato la moquette presente sia nella camera che in tutto il resto della struttura:pulizia tutto sommato abbastanza buona,probabilmente alla pari degli altri hotel francesi di pari categoria. Sommariamente un buon hotel per chi vuole una sistemazione centrale ma che non pretende molto dalla struttura.

We really liked the hotel and would stay again. The room was big, the bed comfortable and the linens nice and cozy. It was very cold in Lyon when we were there and our only negative comment about the room is the bathroom was like an arctic climate zone! When you ran the shower it would heat up but if you went into the bathroom in the middle of the night - it was a cold plunge! Otherwise, the hotel was terrific. Staff super friendly. Espresso machine and wonderful tea selection in the room. Free (basic) mini bar and very convenient to all locations in Lyon. Even with the cold bathroom we enjoyed our stay and would return.

When I asked the bartender for a paper cup to drink water from the bar, he started yelling at me angrily. I found it inappropriate for such rude staff to work at a hotel where everything else is so good.

We were told we had no reservations without making any effort to clear up what was a linguistic misunderstanding. We showed the clerk our copy of your confirmation. First thing he said after glancing at it was "I don't see your name on it's. Very rude and condescending. He charged our card 200 euros, not the 157 the confirmation stated. Veldig god frokost.Gode senger men toalettet var plassert i eget rom/bøttekott som var ganske så lite. Sentralt beliggende og shopping rett rundt hjørnet.Kort vei til gamlebyen som er verdt et besøk. Ca 30 min med taxi fra flyplass til hotellet.
