Hotel Obsolete with Gotelé in the rooms as the last reform was on tbe 70 and this was as a Suit, ....The hotels level in Lourdes normaly is horrible. Room Small. Breakfast nice standard Its as a 2 starts in other EU country.. Very expensive for the status. Try to use a modern one ....with less stars

It was very difficult to find the hotel with Google map since there is one way and Google map do not showed one way and I drive there three times to find the gate of Hotel. Finally I called to hotel and found the parking spot near from the Hotel. It was 2 minute walk and move my luggauge for check in. Need to call them before arriving the Hotel.

Ottimo hotel per visitare Lourdes e soprattutto recarsi al santuario ( in meno di 10 min a piedi). Fermata dell’autobus L5(la linea che porta al centro della città) proprio di fronte all’ingresso dell’hotel. Navetta per l’aeroporto a pochi metri di distanza e quindi servitissimo. L’hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente alcune carrozzine per i suoi clienti. Personale molto disponibile. Avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse per il fatto che l’hotel non è nuovissimo e soprattutto la moquette è ovunque.. altro neo: la cena della mezza pensione (alla carta probabilmente è diverso..) ha un menù un po’ ripetitivo e comunque molto differente dalle nostre abitudini…( per la verità non è che fuori si mangi molto meglio…). Per il resto qualità prezzo ottimi!

I was able to book this hotel cheaply- 3 days for a little over 160 euros. We were given a tight, small and I hate dark colored carpets. It is a very good excuse for dirty carpets although this one was not dirty, I think. The view from our window was an unoccupied building that was dilapidated. The reception desk (male) cannot really understand english and of course cannot communicate effectively in English. I requested for something one time and he cannot accomodate at all. Nothing. One cannot get anywhere with that receptionist. The lady was effective, very good. The male is totally useless. I stayed in this hotel many years back and I was happy then, now I will never go back to that place. Also advised my friends to avoid this place. Looking for someplace else to stay for next visit.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel Mercure à Lourdes. Le personnel est très avenant, sympathique et sérieux. Les plats servis au restaurant étaient bons. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente literie qui, nous a t'on dit, venait d'être renouvellée. Par contre le prix du parking de l'hôtel est exorbitant !

Hotel Obsolete with Gotelé in the rooms as the last reform was on tbe 70 and this was as a Suit, ....The hotels level in Lourdes normaly is horrible. Room Small. Breakfast nice standard Its as a 2 starts in other EU country.. Very expensive for the status. Try to use a modern one ....with less stars

Ottimo hotel per visitare Lourdes e soprattutto recarsi al santuario ( in meno di 10 min a piedi). Fermata dell’autobus L5(la linea che porta al centro della città) proprio di fronte all’ingresso dell’hotel. Navetta per l’aeroporto a pochi metri di distanza e quindi servitissimo. L’hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente alcune carrozzine per i suoi clienti. Personale molto disponibile. Avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse per il fatto che l’hotel non è nuovissimo e soprattutto la moquette è ovunque.. altro neo: la cena della mezza pensione (alla carta probabilmente è diverso..) ha un menù un po’ ripetitivo e comunque molto differente dalle nostre abitudini…( per la verità non è che fuori si mangi molto meglio…). Per il resto qualità prezzo ottimi!
