The beds are very comfortable. There was no complimentary shampoo or body lotion which I expect from a 4 star hotel. I also expect a glass rather than a paper cup in my room from a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good

Room 308 was very noisy. Individuals congregated outside the hotel in the late evening practically every evening for a approximately 2 hours. Rooms at the back of the hotel where I stayed previously are much quieter.
