Amazing town and we will be back. The hotel was perfectly fine in all aspects. We normally stay in high end properties and this was a budget property for us but, we were very pleased with what we got. The parking was a little disappointing as it was public parking and we had to pay but, it was outside of the property and plentiful. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly, facilities were as described on booking. All in all we had a great two nights in a central location during the military pilgrimage so was entertained throughout by the military marches and bands, the culture was lovely, great atmosphere. We will return to this town and hope this hotel is available.

Room was not cleaned, requested but failed to do. When question I was told staff cannot read the language on card placed on door knob. We had breakfast, but hot buffet breakfast was cold. Not worth for the money. Room was cramped and it’s doesn’t look like on brochures at all. Bathroom mirror lights not working, reported but said can not buy the bulbs as they are not available. This hotel should not be 4 stars its condition is below the 3stars .not recommend this hotel as this is not worth for the money we paid £112 per day. Staff was ok but didn’t do much to help.

Hôtel confortable très bien situé à proximité du sanctuaire. Cependant nous avons été confrontés à des problèmes comptables relatifs au paiement de la pension; d'abord chambre facturée deux fois par erreur puis deux nouvelles erreurs sur le prix total de nos repas. Rien ne correspondait ; difficultés avec le personnel à ce sujet et impression désagréable de vouloir frauder. le directeur de l'établissement ne voulait rien entendre. Nous avons rencontré le propriétaire de l'établissement qui, très à l'écoute de nos difficultés nous a fait un geste sur les consommations veillant personnellement à notre confort pour la suite du séjour.

Booked a deluxe double with a balcony, checked in with staff that clearly couldn’t be bothered. On entering the room it clearly wasn’t a deluxe double, no balcony and a very small room, so on the way out I queried it, they insisted it was deluxe so I showed them what their website states is a deluxe and what you get in your room, we had nothing ! When we returned we realized we’d been given a coffee machine, ( it was filthy ) anyway I decided to let it go and enjoy our time there, I went to reception to buy the pods for the machine to be told I need to go to the bar to purchase them, get to the bar to be told reception has them ! Eventually after a few huffs and puffs they bring out a box of pods which is advertised all over the hotel as €12 I was charged €16. By this time I was over it and just paid. The housekeeping was barely existent, after 3 days we realized the sink was leaking and so was the toilet, I just cleaned them myself as I just didn’t have the energy to deal with the rude reception. On the plus side, the day we checked out the staff had changed and was very friendly.
