Excellent property. Location was central, parking was safe and easy, hotel staff were warm, welcoming and happy to help with all requests. Breakfast was very worth the extra cost. Best baguettes we had over the 2 weeks we were in France.

Excellent location near prestigious avenue de Champagne. Very friendly and helpful staff and management. Free safe parking. I didnt see a lift and there is no air conditioning in rooms which is a pity by hot weather.

Mycket trevligt hotell med parkeringsplats vid hotellet. P-plats var perfekt innanför bommar när man hade champagne i bilen. Säkert. Supertrevlig personal. God frukost och väldigt goda ostar och bröd. Trevlig uteplats för både frukost och en drink på kvällen. Läget är topp!! Ett stenkast från Champagne de avenue. Lugnt och skönt. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Two night stay as part of a holiday touring France by car. Hotel very close to the main champagne houses for visits and tastings. Rooms quite small but OK for a short stay. Car park free but was very busy during our stay and not easy to manouevre a large car once full.

Positioned 150 metres from the Avenue de Champagne, this is a perfect place to stay in Épernay. A great friendly welcome, free convenient parking and clean smallish but very comfortable rooms. Great value as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location excellent. Free car park wS a bonus. The Hotel room was quite basic, no possibility to ventilate safely at night as opening was a door on ground floor. The downstairs rooms looked quite tired.

Mycket lugnt och bra läge. Toppen med gratis parkering. Mycket trevlig och bra personal. Bra städat men slitet rum. Frukosten var småskalig, hade önskat ägg och någon grönsak men det som fanns var fräscht och gott. Bra att det finns micro så man kan värma mat. Hade önskat skohorn på rummet.

Läget var bra och parkeringen bra. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. De bar upp våra väskor. Rummet var dock trångt och väldigt varmt. Det hade behövts en ac som ej fanns. Personalen sa sista dagen att vi kunde bett om en fläkt. Så det är ett tips att göra. Rummen känns gamla men det var rent. Fanns ej kontakter på båda sida sängen. Frukosten var helt ok.

Lovely welcome by the new owner whos only been there for 6 weeks . The out side look lovely with free parking whixh was a bonus . We went to our rooms and they were basic to say the least . The place needs a re furb no window in the room , a doir onto the carpark but didnt feel safe to leave it open overnight . Bedrooms need a window that can be ooened as was far too hot . If the owners want to make a go of this they definitely need to give the rooms a re Furb other wise they wont have any returners .

The hotel is good for a basic hotel. It’s very clean and in a good location. We didn’t have breakfast or use the lounge/bar area but they looked ok. The rooms are clean and basic but very stark. The lighting is very poor and not at all welcoming. It’s a good stopover hotel if passing though but not somewhere I would want to stay any longer.

The owner/managers of this hotel are very welcoming and gave everyone we saw a friendly welcome, assisting with dining reservations, advice on the local area and being very friendly whilst maintaining a discrete presence. They were very accommodating with my request to use a small portion of their fridge and freezer to keep my ice packs and butter cool. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. I definitely want to come back.

Great staff. Nothing was a problem we asked for a kettle and extra pillows and we got them. Breakfast was good. This is the best place to stay for champagne tasting. Short walk to 2 big champagne houses and then turn the other way and walk all the way down Avenue des Champagne with many tasting and beautiful buildings.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful, gave us lots of insights about the area and a few tips on where we should go. One thing to note, mainly if you go in the summer is that standard rooms do not have air conditioning and we unfortunately went during the heatwave so needless to say we didn’t have a great night which I will take partial responsibility for as I could investigated more. The main reason behind our disappointment is the early wake up call by the drilling that was happening in the room next to us. Considering we barely slept due to the heat, we were very much looking forward to sleep in as it was a bit cooler in the morning but the intense drilling noise made it absolutely impossible. Other that that, the area was lovely, very close to all the champagne tasting places, and a short walk to the centre.

Excellent property. Location was central, parking was safe and easy, hotel staff were warm, welcoming and happy to help with all requests. Breakfast was very worth the extra cost. Best baguettes we had over the 2 weeks we were in France.

We had a room on the ground level and it was a bit dark. TV bed and bathroom were ok The breakfast was good and the atmosphere was very friendly.
