If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. There is also a Lidl store just around the corner, within walking distance.

Känsliga för starka dofter bör ej boka detta. Vi fick byta rum efter att det första hade en mycket stark inpyrd cigarettlukt. I nästa rum fanns antydan till cigarettlukt, och en påtaglig doft av parfymerat rengöringsmedel. Annars rent och trevligt.

La résidence de loin paraît sympathique. C'est une ancienne caserne militaire reconvertie. Les abords sont propres. Les seuls compliments s'arrêtent à ce premier visuel. Il n'y a pas d'accueil, pas de réception. Les couloirs sentent mauvais, c'est horrible. La résidence qui n'est pas du tout un hôtel, semble accueillir des migrants, voire au mieux des artisans de passage. Les communs sont dégueulasses et insalubres. L'appartement, même une fois bien aéré n'est guère mieux. La literie n'est pas confortable, nous n'avons pas mangé dans l'appartement tellement les installations sont pauvres et sales. La salle de bains est tout simplement immonde. Bref à fuir absolument. Pas cher mais trop cher pour la qualité de l'hébergement. Cherchez un Airbnb vous serez mieux servi !

Vid tillfället var vägarna runt om under ombyggnad. Det försvårade tillgängligheten. Rummet var mycket smutsigt. Otrevligt med män som satt och sov vid kaffemaskinen i entrén och flera människor som hängde runt entrédörren och rökte på kvällarna.

The property was quiet and clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but it was like we were the only ones staying. Very good black out curtains and polite staff helped make the stay even better. We would stay again if we visited that area again. Value for money.

We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on.

God og nem ind- og udtjekning. Hotellet er i en lidt brugt stand, men okay til prisen. Denne gang var der mange håndværkere på hotellet og dermed også noget mere larm end der plejer. Specielt lørdag aften/nat var der meget høj larm fra en eller flere fester.

bonjour; j'ai été très dèçue .étant de mariage dans les environs;nous sommes rentrer tard. dans la nuit .zone très peu éclairée, nous avons fait trois arret pour trouverl e le bon bâtiment .En plus j avais précisé lors de ma réservation des lits jumeaux et j ai eu un lit double. au matin je descend pour rendre la carte de la chambre surprise pas de réseption je m informe , elle est à l autre bout du bâtiment ok. j avais indiqué à la réservation personne âgée...(j aurai aimèe avoir une Chambre plus près de la resception et pas a l autre extrêmitèe avec une réservation de plusieurs jours avance) le chauffeur qui ma déposé la veille n étant pas encore arrivè et ne pouvant pas faire à pied la distance pour allez à resception et pas de tel dans la chambre ,un numéro sur la carte de la chambre je n'est pas réussie à. contacter. très mauvais passage dans votre établissement.

We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. Whilst a good walk out of Epernay town there was a bakery & supermarket a short walk away. Very well priced property & helpful staff. Sadly no champagne glasses in the room! A range of champagne to buy from reception should you run out!

The property was quiet and clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but it was like we were the only ones staying. Very good black out curtains and polite staff helped make the stay even better. We would stay again if we visited that area again. Value for money.
