Nizza war zu Fuß erreichbar. Das war das Einzig Positive Kein Handtuchwechsel; erst nach 7 Tagen wurde die Handtücher gewechselt. Unhygienisch!!! Der Fahrstuhl war defekt und wir wohnten im 7 Stockwerk. Die Luft im Treppenhaus war nicht auszuhalten. Man hat kaum Luft bekommen. Im Schwimmbad durfte man lediglich ein Handtuch mitnehmen und man musste eine Badekappe tragen, die man für 5 Euro erwerben musste, ohne Badekappe hatte man nicht mal Zugang zum Pool. Noch nie erlebt. Hier wäre eine Preiserstattet angebracht.

The hotel was pretty much as we had expected, perfect to be used as a base rather than spending your holiday there. The location is great with the tram and beach so close. The apartment itself was perfect for 4 people and we had a huge balcony which was great. The pool is unusual - there’s no sun loungers and you cannot bring your own chairs or inflatables, just lie on a towel on the ground.

Réservation faite (avec terrasse et piscine) ce qui m'avait fais choisir cet endroit ! Terrasse parfaite, mais piscine absente !!!! Date d'accessibilité affichée dans l'ascenceur ( non précisée sur le site) !!! Je m'attendais a un geste commercial (la moindre des choses pour une réservation non conforme a la description) mais j'ai eu juste droit a un "désolé" a la réception, par un monsieur qui visiblement ne se sentait pas concerné !! Bref

Simpelt och bra. Finns det man behöver! När strand & tar ca 20 min att gå in till staden. Jag och min sambo är överlag nöjda, vi var dock väldigt lite på boendet (sov där bara) för att uppleva Nice! Obs ganska trångt! Vi blev också lite besvikna på att poolen inte var öppen & att det inte fanns information om detta på hotellets hemsida.

Für ein 2 Sterne-Hotel hatte das Hotel viel anzubieten. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Fernseher, Küchengeräten (Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher) ,Küchenutensilien, Geschirr und sogar ein kleiner Tisch fürs Bett. In der Sommersaison ist das Swimmingpool in der 2.Etage für die Gäste geöffnet. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns bei allen Angelegenheiten geholfen. Die Sauberkeit für ein 2 Sterne Hotel war in Ordnung.

Our apartment hotel room was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was ideal with the beach just across the road. Although it was a fairly long walk to Old Town, there were plenty of good restaurants in a buzzy area not too far away in Rue de France. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The only improvement I’d like to see would be the provision of chairs or loungers beside the pool. It’s an attractive area but underused for this reason. We would stay there again.

The rooms were good besides mold in the bathroom. I don't get why they don't renovate the musty hallways though it makes no sense to me. As well there is a terrible odor in the lobby and elevator and I have no clue what it's from. Also, something to note which I was not aware of (likely my fault) room cleaning is not included, and neither is towel replacement.

Good quality for the price, pleasant staff and great location. Within walking distance to the beach and promenade des Anglais. Tram to the city centre old Nice and the airport within 3 minutes walk from the property. You have 2 supermarkets close by if you plan to cook some meals during your stay. Room and bathroom were the cleanest I have been in all the Apart Hotel I've stayed in so far so thank you to the chamber maid(s) for that. However the corridors carpet and ambiance in general could use a make over and a good steam cleaning (for the carpet). Overall it was a pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it if you're on a budget but still want good comfort.

En vecka utan städ eller nya handdukar! Jag tycker att det är snålt/ omständigt att behöva hämta toapapper och avfallspåsar i receptionen. Det var dock trevligt att man kunde hämta kallt/kolsyrat vatten nere på bottenvåningen. Rent och snyggt på rummen och toaletten

Attention, there are parking facilities, but they cost 15 euros daily. The parking card sometimes worked, sometimes not and you had to call. Cleanliness was not given (foreign hair in the bathroom and bread crumbs from the predecessor on the table. Dishes moderately clean). Partially no hot water and only after several requests was a possibility found in another room to take a hot shower. But the staff was very friendly

We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold i Nice. Veldig lett å bruke trikken og bussene å reise rundt. Hotellet var sentralt. Fikk et stille rom ut mot bakgården. Deilig med kjøkken så jeg kunne lage en kopp te og enkel frokost. Også til kvelden. Gode senger og sov godt.

Et lille fint lejlighedshotel med god plads i lejligheden. Ligger i anden række til Strandpromenaden, kun 5 min. gang. God seng. Man bader i karbad/bruser og toilet er i lokale for sig selv. Lille altan, hvor der er en del larm fra trafikken. Når man er inde i lejligheden og døren er lukket, er der rimelig stille og man kan nemt sove. Dog er der et sygehus tæt på, hvor der er en del ambulance udrykninger. Man kommer nemt til byen med letbanen “Tram”, stoppested lige ved hotellet og kun 7 min. til centrum. Man kan også gå langs Strandpromenaden ind til centrum, tager ca. 35 min.

Det var verkligen värt pengarna att välja rum med balkong. Vi bodde på våning fem och fick lite havsutsikt. Mysigt att sitta på balkongen och äta.

This is a great location if you are coming in by train. The hosts were welcoming and speak English. Be prepared to carry your bags up stairs to your room (although the very helpful hosts offer to assist if needed). The rooms are clean, small. The shower is tiny, if you are large (or a normal sized man) it will be a problem. I would stay there again.

Førsteinntrykket: Hyggelig mottakelse av en meget behjelpelig herre i resepsjonen. Han forklarte og informerte godt på engelsk. For øvrig snakket alle som var i resepsjonen godt engelsk, or jeg anser som et pluss i Frankrike. Rommet/leilighet med plass til fire var pen og nyoppusset med en terrasse med bord og to stoler. Terrassen lå ut mot trafikkert gate, men i 5.etg forstyrret det oss ikke nevneverdig. På en uke var ikke rengjøring, ei heller skifte av håndklær inkludert, noe jeg mener trekker ned vurderingen av overnattingsstedet. Vi hadde frokost inkludert. Frokosten virket veldig sparsommelig, men hadde gode elementer som ferske appelsiner til juice-presse, økologiske egg man kokte selv der og da, ellers var det fint og «grovt» brød, croissanter, litt kaker, ulike typer frokostblandinger, melk og yoghurt samt litt forskjellig pålegg. Det var fullt mulig å bli mett, selv om.

Located next to the tram stop with trams every few minutes to the city centre, airport and buses connections to Monaco and Cannes. Close to supermarkets and a nice cafe. Location was good. Most staff was friendly. We booked a double bed but was given 2 singles. When asked about it, they didn't help and didn't give another room even when booked and said we would have to upgrade with additional charges. That was disappointing. We was staying for 4 nights so they could have moved us even if hotel was fully booked at the time. The shower room had a very bad smell. Room needs to be modernised even for a budget property

Our apartment hotel room was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was ideal with the beach just across the road. Although it was a fairly long walk to Old Town, there were plenty of good restaurants in a buzzy area not too far away in Rue de France. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The only improvement I’d like to see would be the provision of chairs or loungers beside the pool. It’s an attractive area but underused for this reason. We would stay there again.

We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Jeg har boet på Aparthotel Adagio Access Nice Magnan mange gange, og jeg må indrømme, at det forfalder mere og mere. Rengøringen er ikke i top længere, og morgenmaden er i frit fald.
