It was all lovely and the staff was very helpful and accessible. My only complaint is that we had a car and there was no parking available and nothing nearby. Most people seem to take the train to the hotel so the hotel was not equipped to assist with directing us to reasonable parking.

What a great bunch of staff at the property, who could not be faulted. Corina was a legend and made breakfast time such a great ( and filling) experience and went beyond what was expected in booking taxis, transfers and general advice on tourist trips. The breakfast is amazing and made fresh each morning with fresh bread and croissants from a local award winning patisserie. Property is in great location and is a nice traditional building with easy walk to the main areas of Nice and transport network. Rooms and amenities were good and handy with fridge, cooktop ( we didn’t use) and dishwasher. One thing to note is the bathrooms are old which is expected due to age of building and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for our daughter but other than. Those couple of items we couldn’t fault the hotel & experience

Where do we start?! What an incredible hotel. This was our first holiday with our five-month old baby and we were looked after wonderfully. The travel cot and baby bath were perfect, with a lovely kitchenette as well. Our baby was even given a little teddy bear as a gift! We have named him Hugo (after Hugo Lloris!). On our final day, even though we checked out at 11, the hotel allowed us to use their facilities for the rest of the day until our flight that evening. So very helpful! We can’t say enough kind things. We would love to come back, and we have recommended it to everyone - Merci!

A superb aparthotel. The staff here really are second to none and will go out of their way to do whatever it is you need them to do. Great location, quiet, well furnished and loads of supplies (they gave us a cot, baby bath, baby towels, high chair, plus all the usuals). Don’t hesitate in booking!

We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning in the lovely courtyard and was served by a lovely hostess. Our bed was firm yet comfortable. We liked how charming the old world French decor was. Loved the walk ability and beautiful (but busy) neighborhood. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find as there are no easy to spot signs. There is only paid street parking. Although we arrived on a Sunday, left to pay for our parking after dropping off our bags, only to find out Sunday was free. They should have let us know. Room was small but functional. We were only there for one night.

Die Unterkunft war ziemlich zentral gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof aber auch relativ dicht am Strand. Gerade der Innenhof war abends schön ruhig. Da alle Türen mit zahlencodes zu öffnen sind kann man komplett ohne Wertsachen baden gehen.

We spend 18 lovely days in Nice. Maison Lamartine became like a small home for us and our dog. Exceptional good service. Well equipped kitchen for minor dinners at home. Well situated to walk with short walks to the old town and central shopping.

Excellent stay, with a huge full service room. The check-in was all automatic, easy to get in, and our room was huge in euro standards. Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and the game room downstairs was good to relax in. Not a far walk to lots of shopping and stores close by.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Aside from its great location which made the train station and city center within only walking distance, the apartment was clean with plenty of room for our stay. In particularly, the staff were amazing in every way and made our stay there the best experience ever!

Breakfast in the courtyard at the back was great, room and entrance security, really good, no keys! Receptionists really helpful. Room/apartment was a great size. But, some damp in the bathroom and bedroom, 1 wardrobe could not be used as the damp smell was awful, just wants a freshen up. But I would stay again.

Très bel établissement très bien entretenu et très bien situé. Personnel au top, beaucoup d’attentions pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Chambre tout confort et très propre. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire pris en terrasse avec des produits frais locaux et de qualité.

Fantastic property with exceptional customer service. Corina is an absolute professional host and makes you feel at home immediately upon arrival. The rooms are very bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is an absolute dream with everything included from fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese board, pastries, omelets, coffee and juice.. you will not leave hungry :) Highly recommend Maison Lamartine! Thank you Corina and all the staff.

Great position, 8 mins walk from train station and very close to main shopping street. Wonderful to have a reception for apartment block . Breakfast is available in a lovely courtyard garden. Easy to catch the tram down to the waterfront. We had a studio apartment, not alot of space ut ok for 3 nights. Enjoyed our stay .

Lovely little boutique hotel. Spent three nights there in September 2024. Great location and the staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Good room size and very comfortable and quiet.

Overall good. The curtain and blinds in the living room, which is used as a bedroom with a sofa bed, needs replacing. The sofa bed is not very comfortable either. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I am giving this as feedback so that they can improve these couple of things to make it even better. Rest was excellent. Very good communication from Naomie before the visit. They provided an extra bed at no extra cost. One of the most welcoming team greeted us as soon as I arrived. Corina and other team members, including the manager, were very polite and helpful. Service was excellent throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights stay.

Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good.

From the warm greeting when we arrived to the leisurely breakfasts in the courtyard (“continental plus” in terms of choice and quality) to every interaction with Corrina, Simon and others, we truly felt welcome and at home. Room was spacious, and such a treat to have ample storage. Comfy bed; good shower. Location was ideal for multiple trips to the train station to explore the region, and was outside the main crush of tourists, yet close enough for easy walks to Old Town. We left with a new obsession with olive jam and cheese (a tear may have been shed upon departure). Cannot say enough good things about these people and the place. You truly made our time in your beautiful part of the world all the more special.

What a great bunch of staff at the property, who could not be faulted. Corina was a legend and made breakfast time such a great ( and filling) experience and went beyond what was expected in booking taxis, transfers and general advice on tourist trips. The breakfast is amazing and made fresh each morning with fresh bread and croissants from a local award winning patisserie. Property is in great location and is a nice traditional building with easy walk to the main areas of Nice and transport network. Rooms and amenities were good and handy with fridge, cooktop ( we didn’t use) and dishwasher. One thing to note is the bathrooms are old which is expected due to age of building and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for our daughter but other than. Those couple of items we couldn’t fault the hotel & experience

Where do we start?! What an incredible hotel. This was our first holiday with our five-month old baby and we were looked after wonderfully. The travel cot and baby bath were perfect, with a lovely kitchenette as well. Our baby was even given a little teddy bear as a gift! We have named him Hugo (after Hugo Lloris!). On our final day, even though we checked out at 11, the hotel allowed us to use their facilities for the rest of the day until our flight that evening. So very helpful! We can’t say enough kind things. We would love to come back, and we have recommended it to everyone - Merci!

Fantastic property with exceptional customer service. Corina is an absolute professional host and makes you feel at home immediately upon arrival. The rooms are very bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is an absolute dream with everything included from fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese board, pastries, omelets, coffee and juice.. you will not leave hungry :) Highly recommend Maison Lamartine! Absolutely wonderful stay! Aside from its great location which made the train station and city center within only walking distance, the apartment was clean with plenty of room for our stay. In particularly, the staff were amazing in every way and made our stay there the best experience ever!

This is a rare jewel of a property within easy walking distance from Gare Nice Ville Train Station - yet just far enough from the nuisances surrounding transportation hubs. Easy walking distance to Nice beach, dining and shopping experiences. Beware that taking the Regional Trains - no reserved seating - to nearby locations such as Eze Sur Mer and Monaco Monte-Carlo are fraught with extreme over crowding and less than congenial human behaviors.

Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good.

First of all it's about people, what fantastic people work in Residence Lamartine! High level of hospitality, always ready to help! The apart hotel is located 1 walking minute away from Basilique Notre-Dame, very close to Old city and everything you possibly will need. Highly recommend the place and will come back for sure :)

Our stay in Nice was absolutely wonderful! The service we received was exceptional, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Katrina, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our unit was cozy and comfortable, and the property's location was perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and the tram station.

This is a really special place. Other than the location, which was fantastic, and the breakfast, which was quite possibly the best i've had at any hotel, the people who run the hotel are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble. If we go back to Nice this is the place we'll be booking again.

The women who run this hotel really do it right. Everything is clearly explained and personalized. I loved the breakfast! They encouraged me to take what I didn’t eat back to my room. The location was perfect: close to all the attractions and a ten minute walk to the train station and a large Monoprix for groceries. I loved having dinnerware and a kettle to make tea or coffee. Just a real find.

From the warm greeting when we arrived to the leisurely breakfasts in the courtyard (“continental plus” in terms of choice and quality) to every interaction with Corrina, Simon and others, we truly felt welcome and at home. Room was spacious, and such a treat to have ample storage. Comfy bed; good shower. Location was ideal for multiple trips to the train station to explore the region, and was outside the main crush of tourists, yet close enough for easy walks to Old Town. We left with a new obsession with olive jam and cheese (a tear may have been shed upon departure). Cannot say enough good things about these people and the place. You truly made our time in your beautiful part of the world all the more special.

If you are considering this place book it!!! It’s beautiful, the breakfast is delicious and the staff were impeccable! I’m from the southern USA, we are known for our hospitality, I have never been treated so well. If I have the pleasure of returning to Nice I will stay here again. It is both close to everything and far enough away to be beautiful and tranquil. You will not regret staying here!

I stayed here with my niece for two nights. The apartment was clean organized, had all required facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Noemie, Corina and Simon helped us on different days and all of them had the best communication skill and really attentive. I recommend this place and would love to stay here again if come back to Nice.
