This is a pleasant hotel located conveniently in the town centre but in a quiet road (in summer). The room was clean but small, breakfast was good. The spa area was as very small. The two hot tubs were tepid and as the weather was poor the two nights we stayed you were unable to sit in them for more than a few moments. One sauna and the steam room were not working and the showers were being refurbished. I had chosen the hotel because the basis of the nice looking spa so this was disappointing.

Good hotel, great breakfast; some attention to detail would be beneficial. In the otherwise nice spa there were no towels avail, dry saunas felt like 45degrees. Disappointed as I chose the hotel because of the spa.

The location was perfect and very central, however the service did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is not full, the spa is slippery, full of water on the floor (quite dangerous, many people fell), the staff is a majority of trainees that are quite nice but unfortunately often times helpless. The ski room is in the lower level and the access is not allowed by the elevator, you have to take the stairs outside the hotel. Going up and down with the skis is the most inconvenient aspect of this hotel.

J’ai sélectionné cet hôtel pour profitez des infrastructures extérieures. This hotel isnt clean and smell of odor. When we ask for changing room, they said they r fully booked while we saw people still coming and checking in. They didnt agree to give us refund and charge us 660 usd for 2 night we even didnt stay. This place is scam. Be carefull

Utroligt lækkert hotel og man får bestemt meget for pengene. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt, værelset var pænt og rent med en god balkon, spaaen var lækker med den mest fantastiske udsigt og der var en god morgenmad. Alt i alt et virkelig godt hotel, som kun kan anbefales! Vi glæder os allerede til at komme igen 😁

Disappointing experience for a 4 star hotel. Our large room had a bad smell, like old smoke. No air condition came as a surprise, far too hot room. Carpet had a large spot of whatever history (puke or blood?) Swimming pool area was not allowed for youngsters under 16 years old (except for a couple of hours during ceck in/out time of the day), that also came as a surprise for us arriving with 3 kids. No proactive info or welcoming via email prior to our stay. I total the most expensive and the worst hotel experience we have had in a long time. Unfortunately.

The property is located well. Close to everything and great view of the mountains. The staff are friendly. The room should have been cleaned better, there was food remnants stuck in the pillow ontop of the bed. Un- fresh smelling shower.

This hotel might have been a 4-star gem a decade ago, but it's showing its age now. The beds are quite small, and the bathroom, especially the hairdryer and showerhead, could use an upgrade. Our attempt at the spa was a bit disappointing – the hammam wasn't working, and the sauna and jacuzzi weren't hot enough. The thin walls meant we could hear everything from our neighbors. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the view is lovely.

Room 408 - (Superior) Pros: Perfectly clean linens. Good pillows. Heavenly good duvet. Cons: Outdated cramped room, cramped bathroom without any storage possibility, 1 m² toilet room without electric vent (you literally hit your head on the door when sitting). Poor and unstable Internet (it worked 2 days out of 5). Gets noisy at night if window is open (no AC). Hotel: Located in the city centre. Jacuzzi and pool outdoors, on the 6th floor, 360 degrees view - best ever experience. Cozy hotel lounge. Friendly reception staff. French breakfast, poor selection - 22 EUR per person. We won't book again.

Nous avons opté pour la suite bien agencée et bien située au dernier étage nous permettant de profiter d'une très belle vue et à proximité du centre historique. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu tester le Spa, les directives d'accès pour les résidents n'étant pas adaptées aux séjours d'une nuit. C'est fort dommageable.

The beds need an update. The mattresses are pretty hard and seem old. Also, parking is challenging with the need to call to be let in every time and then drive on what is supposed to be a pedestrian walkway.

Great place to stay. It was easy to get to from the train station and walkable to the excursions we took. The only complaint was the pillow’s weren’t what we were hoping for. The room was also very warm and we had a hard time cooling it off.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staffs! I’ve never been yelled at or hung up on by a hotel staff. I’m shocked how a hotel staff can yell at a customer and hang up on the phone. These staffs seriously need basic education on how it’s supposed to work on hospitality services.

Terrible staff and service! You ask basic request as simple as “can I have a win opener” and they would simply say no. You go to use spa, no one is there to help you, they simply don’t clean your room not even replacing towels! Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life.

Excellent séjour, très bon accueil. Les chambres sont très confortables et le petit déjeuner est excellent. La décoration est de type chalet, il y a par ailleurs un spa très agréable, situé sur les toits de l’hôtel, et même en plein hiver c’était très agréable de profiter de la piscine chauffée extérieure!

The service was attentive. We enjoyed a massage in the the sap area which was excellent. The outdoor hot tub was lukewarm but the sauna's were clean & were at the proper temperatures. The restaurant had limited dinner options and were out of most items when we came to dinner at 7pm
