This hotel is a very good base for disneyland and if you want to go to the centre of Paris - 5 minute walk to Bussy St Georges station. Has a variety of restaurants outside within walking distance. Quiet and safe - hotel is situated next to a police station. Has free secured underground parkung. We also enjoyed the breakfast! Overall, we had an excellent stay here!

Séjour 1 nuit avant visite à Disneyland Paris. Très bon accueil Idéalement placé. Buffet petit déjeuner superbe. Possibilité de parking en sous-sol très bien. Chambre propre. Salle de bain également. Frigo propre mais chaud et Clim portative qui a le mérite d’exister mais pas de mode d’emploi pour l’utiliser et on cherche toujours comment mettre la sortie d’air chaud!

Rien à dire globalement, c'était parfait à l'exception d'une grosse fuite d'eau dans le garage au n-1 et une chute sur un sol très glissant, sans doute à cause des résidus des véhicules. Plus de peur que de mal. Pour le reste, c'était parfait !

At best 3*, very dated. Small rooms. Tiny toilets, you need to sit on the toilet to close the door. To top it all, lift inoperative so had to carry luggage 3 floors up & down, did get to see the famous “Gallic shrug” though! Only positives play room, hotel location & parking.

Parkeren was een uitdaging, onder het hotel is een parkeergarage die er erg vervallen en slecht uitziet, hotel heeft een eigen gedeelte wat iets beter en afgesloten is maar dit staat nergens aangegeven. Signalering zou veel beter kunnen of iig instructie vooraf. Door renovatie rondom het pand is de bereikbaarheid slechter dan normaal en ziet het er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Kamer en service zijn prima en personeel heel vriendelijk!

Really nice place to stay at compared to other Paris hotels. Nice location and a 5 min walk from the train station. 10 min train journey from Disneyland Paris. Rooms are clean. Towels, extra pillow and blanket, body lotion, hair and body wash, hairdryer provided. Room also contains a safe. Smart TV in the room with loads of channels in different languages. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides breakfast and has dinner options and a bar. We tried the breakfast which was really nice. Varied selection to choose from. Really good room for short trips/small groups!

Nous sommes assez mitigé suite à notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car l'hygiène du matelas était douteux, nous avons eu une autre chambre très propre. Les lits sont confortables quoique un peu dur. Ils n'y que des baignoires dans les salles de bains pas de douche dommage. L'hôtel est bien situé proche gare RER. Cependant nous avons été débité deux fois du montant du séjour, cela est très problématique. Nous avons été remboursé mais pas de geste commercial accordé pour cette erreur c'est vraiment dommage. Je ne suis pas sûre de revenir dans ces conditions.

Good location of hotel, plenary of places to eat. Backs onto a residential area . Was quite noisy with people talking in the back courtyard area. The room coffe facility and cups were not cleaned after the first day of my stay.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Mercure Bussy-Saint-Georges. Le personnel est très professionnel et chaleureux, la chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et l’emplacement est idéal il y a tout à côté (restaurants, commerces, transports), ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, da uns das Design sehr gefallen hat und wir bisher mit Mercure stets zufrieden waren. Vor Ort gab es leider die Ernüchterung. Der Fußboden war sehr schmutzig und bot eine Vielfalt fremder Haare und Schmutzpartikel an. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig mit dunklen Flecken und Fake Lashes der Vorgänger klebten noch daran. Auch am zweiten Tag nach Austausch der Handtücher waren diese nicht sauber. Der Teppich bot diverse Flecken, sowie die Bettwäsche Fussel und erneut verschiedenste Haare. Es kann immer sein, dass sich an Stellen Staub sammelt, aber dieses Zimmer wurde definitiv seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. Zudem ließ sich die Tür zum Badezimmer nicht schließen, da diese komplett verzogen war. Für uns war es das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel. Wenn selbst das günstigste B&B in Bussy sauberere Zimmer bietet, sollte man als Mercure seinen Standard überdenken.

Le système de ventilation chauffage de la chambre est bruyante et claque. La télévision n'est pas fixée à l'horizontale sur le mur et le pouf coussin est couvert de tâches. Néanmoins, ce n'est pas un problème de ménage, la chambre est propre mais je pense que ces chambres de l'hôtel 4*, ont besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement.

Cette fois-ci, pour un prix similaire, une petite chambre, mal insonorisée, côté rue et contiguë à l'escalier, une petite salle de bain, des toilettes minuscules, l'ensemble correspondant davantage à un établissement 2* vieillot.

The staff were so nice and helpful. They explained everything and the check-in was quick. They only had one room ready but it was okay seeing how quick they were to get it cleaned. The location is located in a quiet square thats clean, familt friendly, and good options for food. Quick 5 minute walk to the train station and free underground parking. The room itself felt clean, spacios, and even had a small fridge. It also had air conditioning!! The toilet was in a seperate room that was so small, that it was very hard to close the door. The shower area was nice but water sprayed anywhere due to the setup. It was a 40 minute ride to downtown Paris and it was farely easy to get to/from different locations. This is located in area 4 of the train, so the all day pass for areas 1-3 do not work. I will definitely stay again.

The people at the hotel were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and complete, although the coffee was bad. The room was ok, and being able to open the windows to get some fresh air a plus, but the mattresses were old and dropped to the middle. Around it plenty of options to grab a bite and very close to the station.

A nice stop over for our inwards travel to Disney. Decent staff, nice over all facilities, but mattresses very old and very uncomfortable.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Mercure Bussy-Saint-Georges. Le personnel est très professionnel et chaleureux, la chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et l’emplacement est idéal il y a tout à côté (restaurants, commerces, transports), ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Nous sommes assez mitigé suite à notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car l'hygiène du matelas était douteux, nous avons eu une autre chambre très propre. Les lits sont confortables quoique un peu dur. Ils n'y que des baignoires dans les salles de bains pas de douche dommage. L'hôtel est bien situé proche gare RER. Cependant nous avons été débité deux fois du montant du séjour, cela est très problématique. Nous avons été remboursé mais pas de geste commercial accordé pour cette erreur c'est vraiment dommage. Je ne suis pas sûre de revenir dans ces conditions.

I’m so glad I found this hotel! It was a perfect location for our first Olympic event. Seriously two minutes walking from RER. Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! In the dark and rain getting off the train we couldn’t find our way and she offered to come get us! The breakfast buffet was amazing! All kinds of food! Fruit, bread, cheeses! The room was quaint but perfect for what we required this trip! Should we come to Paris again, would definitely make our way out to Bussy St Georges and this property again.

The people at the hotel were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and complete, although the coffee was bad. The room was ok, and being able to open the windows to get some fresh air a plus, but the mattresses were old and dropped to the middle. Around it plenty of options to grab a bite and very close to the station.

Bella struttura, ottima per visitare Disneyland Paris. Colazione eccellente. Camere silenziose. Da rivedere il bagno (ha porta per accedere a wc troppo attaccato allo stesso e bisogna fare le acrobazie per entrare e uscire). Lamento invece (come altri in altre recensioni) il check In. Nella prenotazione era indicato h 12.00. Per sicurezza gli ho scritto anche il giorno prima (senza ottenere risposta). This hotel is a very good base for disneyland and if you want to go to the centre of Paris - 5 minute walk to Bussy St Georges station. Has a variety of restaurants outside within walking distance. Quiet and safe - hotel is situated next to a police station. Has free secured underground parkung. We also enjoyed the breakfast! Overall, we had an excellent stay here!

We have just returned from our 4 night stay over Easter. We booked here with our 2 children and travelled to Disneyland every day. 2 minute walk from the train station with a lovely bakery facing which we got food to take with us into Disney. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was ok - we just had cereal and pastries as the hot breakfast wasn’t amazing. All in all a great stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a cheaper option when visiting Disneyland.

Exceptional service and hotel. 100% recommend for families visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful, especially Manon. Fridge in room is not overly powerful, so they let us store in their litchen fridge and freezers. This was more helpful than they'll ever know, as we have allergy children and really needed to take pack up everyday.
