Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France

Wij hadden een huisje met boven 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een wasmachine en droger. Wij keken uit op een mooie tuin. Park zelf is sowieso erg mooi, net een klein dorpje. Er is zelfs een dagprogramma voor kinderen. Het is eigenlijk zonde om dit hotel te kiezen als je echt alleen naar disney gaat, dan zou ik een hotelkamer nemen. Enige minpunt was het warme water. De boiler wordt gedeeld met de andere huisjes en daardoor heb je maar beperkt warm water. Het bad vol laten lopen kon niet want eenmaal vol was het koud. Te lang douchen ook niet dus op tijd de shampoo uit je haar spoelen ;) Als de volgende wilde douchen dan een half uur wachten voor er weer warm water was. Als je het eenmaal weet geen probleem, dan hou je er rekening mee. Wel zonde van het bad dat niet gebruikt kan worden. Shuttlebus naar disney is goed geregeld. Eerst een retourtje kopen (€3,90) bij de receptie. Bushalte is op het park zelf, tegenover de receptie. Je bent er binnen 8 minuten.

Dejligt hotel i hyggelig stil, med store velindrettede lejligheder perfekt til en storfamilie tur. Fin afstand og busforbindelse til Disneyland. fin svømmehal og velasorteret supermarked til fair priser.

Beautiful property, great pool, market on site, short walk to small town with grocery store. Cheap shuttle to Disney Village, which is convenient for taking the RER A train toward Paris, and then super convenient for Disneyland Paris. We had a great trip. I loved this property, I want to go back and stay longer.

When we checked in Jennifer was excellent, she could speak fluent english, which made this a great experience. She was warm and welcoming. The room was really laid out. It had everything we need for a family of 5 staying almost a week. Disney isn't walkable, but they have a very useful shuttle that runs frequently, which takes you to disney and the train into Paris. They also have everything on sight, pool, spa, fitness centre, restaurant and a small convenience store, which was really handy. All staff we spoke to could speak basic English, which was a great touch. The room in some areas was a little tired, but we would definitely be back if we ever come back to Paris. Sehr familienfreundlich, schön eingerichtet, viel Platz für die kids, großer Garten, indoor-/ und Outdoorpool, Grillstationen zur freien Nutzung im Garten etc. Kann ich extrem empfehlen! Waren zu sechst da mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Kindern! Kommen bei unserem nächsten Disney-Trip wieder!

For a family of five this is an excellent choice for Disneyland Paris and seemed much better value than the internal Disney hotels and you have a whole house to yourselves with kitchen/diner, two upstairs bedrooms with en-suite and sofa-bed in the lounge. There’s a buffet breakfast option with the expected hot and cold choices and lovely fresh bread and baguettes. The breakfast coffee is via a self-service machine which appeared to be a bean-to-cup machine of a decent quality and the freshly squeezed OJ and fresh fruit - melon, pineapple and grapes were lovely. The kids loved the pancake machine too. It’s easy to book the shuttle for Disney (not free) via reception and it arrives at the stop just outside. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool and kids club included in price as well as a small cinema option. We did the 2-day/2-park Disney option, visiting for the first time with three children and it was perfect, always able to get the final shuttle back at 9:50 after the impressive firework and light show has ended. Staying for 4-nights allowed us to also visit Paris for a day as well, which is easy to get to via the RER train either from the massive retail park Val d’Europe (park for free) or from Disneyland Paris. Only negative would be that while the exteriors of the houses with their picket fences and colourful walls and balconies are lovely, the decor/ curtains/ furnishing generally could be updated internally. But that’s minor, so thoroughly recommended.

Our 3 night stay for a trip to Disneyland was made even more special! The hotel/properties were flawless. Amazing staff, high standard facilities, perfect swimming pool and simple access to Disneyland. Definitely staying again and recommending to friends!👍

Love the the fact they shuttle to Disney!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit fantastischer Poolanlage. Der Außenpool ist riesig und sooo schön. Die Häuser sind super hübsch und toll ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass wir zu kurz da waren. Wir kommen wieder und dann für definitiv mehr als zwei Nächte :-)

The Villa had 2 bedrooms however it wasn’t clean. We found a bunch of spiders, spider webs, cockroaches and roach legs. When we called to complain they told us that these things happen and there’s nothing they could do and women like to make more of the situation that it really is. They also said that someone is going to come and clean but no one did. So we packed up and let,

The room was reasonably clean, but the room and overall premises were outdated, dull, and shabby. There were multiple carpet stains in my room and the carpet was threadbare in multiple areas. The cabinetry was nicked, scratched, and gouged in multiple places. In summary, I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6, but paying Marriott prices. Just not a good experience overall.

La chambre etait tres propre et le personnel accueillant

We stayed in a 3 bedroom house and absolutely loved it!! The house was spotless with every amenity possible! We used the kitchen, laundry and loved all of the huge closets/bathrooms/bedrooms! This is a perfect spot for a large family. It’s a five minute shuttle from Disney and the staff were so friendly.

We booked a townhouse for 5 nights stay. All was good apart from lots of dirt and hidden dust everywhere. Both me and my husband ended up sneezing and coughing until we realise it was because of the dust. We reported it and cleaning team had to spend good 4 hours there for place to be breathable. Apart from that and very outdated spa/swimming pool facilities everything was good. We didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on that but used the shuttle bus to get to Disneyland and that was very good. The kids club was also helpful. Nice place for families to stay provided your rooms are clean.

A very comfortable stay here at the Marriott. Family of 4 (3 & 6 year old kids) and we had a 2 room townhouse. I’ve owned smaller properties - the space was enormous! We had everything we needed to cook evening meals, the carrefour was a 5 minute drive away and we also picked up pastries in the hotel shop each morning. We didn’t use the Disney shuttle as we had a car and drove ourselves, it was no more than 10 minutes away. We also used the indoor pool and I used the wonderful Hammam. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, down to the man at the entrance gate. I would definitely stay again.

Het onderhoud van de villa's begint achteruit te gaan. Denk aan schilderwerk ed. De slaapbank zit vervelend, diordat de kussens wegzakken. Verder helemaal top!

The service was excellent, with attentive staff who were always ready to help. It’s a great place for families, offering fantastic facilities that cater to both kids and adults. However, I noticed that our villa was heavily used and in need of some maintenance. The tiles were moving in certain areas, and some of the grouting had been removed.

Surprisingly spacious, comfy apartments. Much better value than others in this location for us. Breakfast was nice (not amazing). The onsite market could have been a nice touch but was overpriced and lacking anything healthy or fresh.

Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij gehad! Heerlijk huisje! Wij gaan hier zeker terug. We hadden veel verwacht maar niet dit! Alles was schoon, netjes en vooral heel ruim! Heerlijk vertoeven! 2 punten voor verbetering, het duurt heel lang voordat er warm water is, maar echt heel lang en de de bank in de huiskamer die ook als slaapbank gebruikt kan worden is wel aan vervanging toe, deze zit voor geen meter.

Property overall is beautiful - villa could use a lighting upgrade both in the amount of fixtures and bulbs. It was dark. Convenient location to Disneyland Park and train station to get into city of Paris. Restaurant was okay, would have like to see more choices. Market place, well stocked and nice staff.

The hotel and staff are amazing

We had an amazing stay here, using it as a base to visit Disneyland and Paris. I would say it’s on the upper scale of 4 star as everything is spot-on! The site is immaculate and grounds are beautiful. The staff are extremely professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Ubers are easy to book and reasonably priced so it was easy to get around despite being away from the busier tourist areas. We loved it so much we’re already planning on returning next year.

We loved our stay here with iur daughter and 1 year old grandson. The two bedroom townhouse unit WTH 2 1/2 bath, kitchen, laundry, outdoor patio space was perfect for us. The unit was clean, well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing a foldaway crib and high chair for the baby. The grounds were beautiful with a nice walking path. There was a pool but it was too cool to swim. I highly recommend this property.

Terrible customer service and the worst place to stay. Rooms dark and hotel very old.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel dans une maison 2 chambres. La maison est tres bien et très pratique. En revanche, le personnel de l’hotel est déplorable. Personne ne parle français et on vous fait bien comprendre que si vous n’etes pas un client étranger, vous n’avez aucune importance. Nous avons appelé le 1er soir la reception car nous ne parvenions pas à ouvrir le lit bébé. Quelqu’un devait venir mais personne n’est jamais venu. Personnel mal poli de surcroit. Le pompon a été atteint le jour du départ. Nous avions demandé à conserver la chambre 1h de plus (depart a 10h alors qu’on vous donne la chambre à 16h). Cela nous a été refusé et dès 9h45 les femmes de ménage tapaient a notre porte et appels de la réception dès 10h. Bref : service 0 Par ailleurs, autre point très négatif, le service de restauration de l’hôtel. Le restaurant n’en est pas un et ils se contentent de réchauffer des plats sans intérêt. Ne commandez pas de pizzas. Elles n’ont de pizza que le nom. En résumé l’hotel est tres agreable mais gâché par le personnel.

The first night, the next door guest called security and threatened to have us thrown out because she works here due to my 1yr old crying after long travel and time change here in Paris!!!!!! We are from USA lady with jet lag and her ears adjusting. Then second night AC unit went out in the entire villa. Reception was notified and sent tech and in the morning of the 3rd day AC went out again!!!! Front desk was called and I explained it was hot and I have Asthmatic 9yr. Front desk offered me to move the rooms but it was morning and we were on our way to Disneyland and it was our last night. Front desk suggested maybe stay in a different room, but leave items and sent two fans over. Mind you, we are in a two bedroom unit with a party of 6 for a room that sleeps 6. I gave fans to kids. By the time we got back from Disney it was late and kids passed out. In the morning out of not being able to sleep I requested a noon check out to get myself together and was denied due to the statement of another guest will be checking in!!!????? How when AC unit WASNT fixed while we were out for 12hr. I feel unappreciated, and now I am leaving and going to another hotel 8min away with hope for better experience!!!!!!

Superb visit, Reuben on reception was fantastic, made our trip a lot easier and comfortable. We only did one night but it was hassle free and easy.

O que destacou foi a casa, bem confortável e aconchegante, nos acomodou muito bem. A equipe também foi ok, porém, ao usar os secadores de cabelo da área da piscina, nenhum funcionou, relatei o ocorrido à uma recepcionista e ela simplesmente ouviu e não deu uma solução, porque e a temperatura estava 1 grau e tive que voltar pra casa com o cabelo molhado.

Our third stay. Excellent for family. Bistro in Reception plus grocery store nearby. Both shuttle and local bus to train station / Disney are efficient and clean. RER to Paris easy. Navigo passes are best bargain for airport and Paris access. Available at airport and local train station. Photo required; can easily get onsite.

Great service, friendly staff. Our fourth stay at this Marriott Resort. My only dislike are the lobby sofas , they are very old and worn out and they should be replaced. My first visit here was 2014 and it was the same sofas they were nice and newer, now they are very uncomfortable to sit on.

Området er veldig fint og velholdt, og bare 10 minutter unna Disneyland Paris og togstasjonen til Paris sentrum. Perfekt for å kombinere turer til Disneyland og Paris med avslapning og bading. Innsjekking var rask, hyggelig og profesjonell. Vi bodde i et "townhouse", noe som er svært praktisk med både vaskemaskin, tørketrommel og godt utrustet kjøkken. Interiøret i huset virker noe utdatert (minner om tidlig 1990-tall). Renholdet fremstod som svært bra. Sengene var ganske komfortable, men huset var svært kjølig innvendig. Selv med 30 grader ute, var det kjølig innendørs. Praktiske baderom, med tre toaletter og to dusjer. God lydisolering til nabohus og mot gårdsrommet. Frokosten ved hotellet er ikke verdt pengene og er en av de dårligste vi har spist på hele vår reise (men trivelig betjening). Etter ett besøk spiste vi heller frokost i huset vårt. Middagen som ble servert i samme restaurant, var helt OK. Bassengområdet var OK, men utendørisbassenget var ikke oppvarmet og derfor litt kjølig. Det var et forvirrende system for håndklær til bassenget, hvor houskeeping mente man byttet dem i resepsjonen og resepsjonen mente at vi fikk dem fra housekeeping. Flere lekeplasser og veldig familievennlig område. Alt i alt en hyggelig og positiv opplevelse, men små forbedringspunkter som hotellet bør ta tak i.

There is a shuttle to and from the train station, but it cost 11euro. We only stayed one night. 45 minutes by train to Paris. Very upscale resort

I loved the feeling of a French village. We felt extremely safe, especially after not feeling so while in Paris. It is a one hour train ride into Paris central and train station is nearby. I think next visit, we'll stay here and take train into Paris.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The environment is great and very relaxed. Villas are very high stds and staff very friendly amd helpful. The hotel offers reduced cost coach services to disneyland and the main train station. Only minus was the limited menu of the resort restaurant but i will go back again and again

Before booking I read some of the reviews, and I was sceptical with the hotel, but when we arrived here, WOW!! We stay 4 nights, the breakfast excellent, the food at the Bistro very good. All the staff more then friendly, and there to help us. So overall we will come back for sure!

Great location and beautiful grounds. Truly enjoyed our stay. Very close to Disney Paris. Recommendation would be to open the bar and dining room for lunch.
