There is no parking area near or adjacent to the hotel and you have to walk 10 minutes and park in a public carpark. The front of the hotel is a pedestrian zone from 1400hrs and no car could enter to drop off luggage.

We were placed on the 5th floor- there really isn’t a fifth floor. You take the elevator to the fourth and take two flights of narrow stairs with your luggage to your room. The “fifth” floor should be avoided at all cost if you have any problem negotiating stairs. The room was obviously added, poorly I might add, to make additional money. It felt like we were being punished and sent to the tower. I will say the location is easy walking access to the old city and there are nice shops nearby.

This was a very central area rooms could have been in a bit better condition . The beds where clean and fresh, bathrooms could have used a refresh. Staff where friendly and helpfully .Parking was about a 10min walk.

Room was nice but had to climb 1 flight after elevator which only went to 4th floor. Not easy with arthritis. No help getting luggage up and down. No onsite person after 9 pm. Great view. In village location. Convenient to train and local sites.

Excellent location. Quiet.Friendly staff. Decent size rooms. Our only negative is that the QR code entrance system for the Main Street door at night, and individual hotel room door, would not work !!!

Small boutique hotel conveniently located close to the papal palace. The room was very quiet and well air-conditioned. Breakfast was decent. The economy room was tiny but did suffice for one night and the price was right. The parking is only a 5 minutes walk on cobble stone street.

Pros: great location, very reasonable rate Cons: we were on the fifth floor, advertised with balcony. Elevator went to fourth floor, told by front desk “only a few steps up” to our room. Eighteen steps plus another door/entryway before room—not ideal with large suitcase. “Balcony” was window out onto roof although view was lovely. Room was very small and definitely in need of attention—dead bug on closet door, grime in corners, just kind of grungy overall. Daily housekeeping did fine. However, the bathroom was disgusting. Mold and grime in shower and sink and floor. Door was missing handle on inside so couldn’t even close. We booked only two nights or I would have made complaints to front desk, but they were pretty disinterested in comings and goings. Cannot recommend fifth floor rooms.

Même si nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons été déçu par son côté un peu "vieillot" et son manque de charme ... Toutefois, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans le centre ville. Il n'y a rien à dire sur la propreté qui était top et l'accueil était très professionnel. Dans tous les cas, le rapport qualité/prix était très bien !

Not sure if we got the worst room in the entire hotel, or if they were all like that. Dirty curtains and lampshade with walls. Smidges of dead mosquitoes on everything. Sink was crusted in grey and green, as if it had never been cleaned. Bathroom was just painted over the tiles, and paint was chipping. The only good thing about this hotel was location, but there are plenty of hotels around the same area. We won't be coming back.

Good value for money, with very basic features, but clean and felt safe. Central location in historic Avignon (good) but the Rue de la Republique is busy, dirty, and incredibly noisy, especially during the festival and the room facing the street was very noisy all night. Overall fine stay in this beautiful city.

The hotel is really well situated for walking to tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are small but clean. Parking is off site and it is a bit of a hassle to get to the hotel in a vehicle. Best for people arriving by train and walking.

O hotel é antigo, mas muito bem localizado. Tem quartos pequenos e que possuem acesso por elevador até o 3o andar. Em diante, apenas escadas. Tivemos problemas apenas com o chuveiro, que é muito apertado e não comporta qualquer pessoa maior. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom.

Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende! Centralt innanför murarna i den vackra gamla stadsdelen. Personalen på hotellet var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma, tipsade bland annat om hotellets terrass. Vi köpte en flaska vin på butik i närheten, lånade glas på hotellet och tittade på staden i solnedgången! Bekvämt rum, tyst, sköna sängar och fint med den lilla balkongen! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to drop luggage off before check in time and leave for a few hrs after check out. Good room size. Shower cubicle doors flimsy but did the job. Shower ok. Good ac/heat unit. Excellent location. Breakfast good with choice of items. Could hear the conversation of the next room though.

The people that worked there were amazing and it wasn’t a bad property all in all. The location was good , Avignon was very different once the tourists left (kinda sketchy) . The property was secure . The AC worked terribly and was set to 23 degrees no up or down . The room was hot and humid and I was angry about that. If you advertised that it has AC then it needs to work to the clients satisfaction . On that issue alone , I probably wouldn’t stay there again .

We liked our superior twin room as it was very spacious for 2 travellers. The air conditioning was needed and worked well. The bathroom could’ve done with some renovation but everything was okay. There was no safe. The breakfast was good and we loved the French bread and butter. Location was perfect and everything within walking distance.

Des la réception nous savions être arrivés dans un établissement de qualité. Le réceptionniste a été d'une gentillesse indescriptible. Ses conseils nous ont très bien guidé. Qui plus est il nous a grandement aidé en aménageant le lobby afin que nous puissions entreposer nos deux vélos. De la gentillesse de haute gamme. Je reviens à Avignon l'année prochaine avec mon épouse et ce sera dans CET hôtel que nous irons. Mille mercis!

The location and room were excellent! The problem was check in. The hotel closes at 9pm and you need a QR code to get in. We hadn’t received ours so we couldn’t even get in the lobby and nobody was around.

I loved the location, right in the village so I didn't have to take public transportation. My room was small and dark as it was in the back facing other buildings, but was quiet. I didn't like that staff left at 8pm though, so anything you needed to sort you pretty much had to do before leaving for dinner. And I really disliked the QR code key, it only worked half the time so I'm glad I asked for a key card just in case. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel is on a pedestrian street. Be prepared for noise and lots of people traffic. Close to a small grocery store and eating locations.. The desk is not manned, especially concerning if one arrives in the evening. I was able to enter the building because another guest was also entering. Called the help line from a phone on the wall by the desk. The room access is via a QR code which I do not do. The owner had to come and provide a pass card. The owner was nice and approved an additional hour for checkout. The room was small; awkward shape; bathroom had corroded hair dryer receptacle; moldy grout in the shower; yellowed shower floor tiles; toilet paper dispenser that stuck out from the wall across one’s shoulder and a huge step up to the shower without handle bars for safety. The person next door snored and I could hear it, every time the person upstairs flushed the toilet the drain pipe inside the closet could be heard. Just gross and unexpected for the cost of this room. Someone at the desk helped with a cab. Nice folks but place needs much renovation. It does have an elevator; bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and crisp. Towels were thin.

Excellent location. Quiet.Friendly staff. Decent size rooms. Our only negative is that the QR code entrance system for the Main Street door at night, and individual hotel room door, would not work !!!

Checked in everything fine. Parking was a bit hard to find/confusing. First day was ok we decided to stay another night. We were moved to another room. Had to pack up and leave hotel for 3 hours until new room was ready. Bag was stored in old room. Did not have room ready until 2 pm. New room was hot and humid. Very uncomfortable. Complained to front desk. Employee at front desk went to room, could not get room cooled any better. Left hotel for 3 hours. Came back went to room. My wife and I were in our underwear with no shirt when knock came from the door. Did not realize that "one minute please" in english meant "come on in" in french. The female front door person opened the door and came into the room while I'm struggling to put my pants and shirt on. Incredible invasion of privacy. She told us they could look at it tomorrow, which obviously is about 17 house too late. No fan, no offer to mitigate situation, no discount nothing. We had a very uncomfortable night with little sleep, left 1st thing in the morning.

There is no parking area near or adjacent to the hotel and you have to walk 10 minutes and park in a public carpark. The front of the hotel is a pedestrian zone from 1400hrs and no car could enter to drop off luggage.

Good value for money, with very basic features, but clean and felt safe. Central location in historic Avignon (good) but the Rue de la Republique is busy, dirty, and incredibly noisy, especially during the festival and the room facing the street was very noisy all night. Overall fine stay in this beautiful city.

Very nice staff members. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian walking area and only a five-minute walk (or less) to the Palais des Papes. It is easy to walk from the train station to the hotel, even with luggage, as the terrain is pretty flat, and it is a direct route up one street from the Gare de Avignon Centre.

Hôtel bien placé, Acceuil tout à fait correct, par contre la chambre est dans son jus avec des volets qui ne se ferment pas, une salle de bain plutôt rustique et une Clim difficile à faire fonctionner. Je déconseille le petit déjeuner à 14€ par personne, qui n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur, j’ai vu beaucoup mieux dans des hôtels d’entrée de gamme. Bref , pour dépanner une nuit ça passe, pour un séjour prolongé beaucoup moins.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits à l'hôtel Regina. Ma chambre était grande et spacieuse. Le ménage est bien fait. Gros moins pour le petit déjeuner par contre. Il est écrit début 7h15 mais le pain était cuit sur place pour 7h40 le premier jour. Pas de pain frais il durcit après avoir été passé au four. Bref c'est très cher pour ce type de petit déj.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to drop luggage off before check in time and leave for a few hrs after check out. Good room size. Shower cubicle doors flimsy but did the job. Shower ok. Good ac/heat unit. Excellent location. Breakfast good with choice of items. Could hear the conversation of the next room though.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices, and all really fresh. Location was excellent. Close to several stores and restaurants and short walks to the biggest "tourist" places to visit. Recommend staying here.

Location was excellent and a/c worked well. The shower was moldy,had little water pressure,was intended for a camping trailer and dripped.Walls so thin we heard every time either “neighbor”received a text msg.and their talking kept us awake.Towels thin and toilet didn’t flush properly.Eggs were left out, on the counter all day,without refrigeration.

This was a cute boutique hotel not far from the square. The bed was comfortable and great air conditioning. The bathroom was very small. I am short and still it was a tight squeeze.
