Located in the historic city center. No elevator, but Leo, the proprietor, was able to give us a room on the second floor (first floor, above ground floor, in French). He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is trilingual (French, English, Spanish). His wife prepared a tasty breakfast in the charming dining room. They have a refrigerator that guests can use to store small amounts of food. The room was comfortable and quiet. We chose the hotel for proximity to the train station and to the river cruise dock, Quai de l’Oulle, and were delighted to discover its ambience and local color.

Stayed on the 3rd floor room 18, cute small room perfect size for me. Bed was clean and cozy. Sunlight was a bonus and AC was very efficient. Bathroom was in the hallway but it wasn’t a problem for me.

Very sweet hotel. Great location in Avignon for a good price. Bathroom was small, you can barely move in it. No lift up to the third floor. Breakfast was decent, the croissants were really fresh.

Es gab kostenlos ein Plan von Avingon und es wurde sich richtig Zeit gelassen uns die wichtigsten Punkte zu erklären. Optimal wenn wan sich vorher nicht so informiert hat. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wer ein sauberes Zimmer sucht und sich nicht an der alten Ausstattung stört ist hier richtig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Preis ist für den Zustand und der Lage angemessen. Auch noch positiv zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück wo für jeden Gast auf Wunsch frische Eier zubereitet werden.

Un joli petit hotel très bien situé au coeur d'Avignon, dans une rue commerçante mais calme, chambre propre et confortable, climatisée. Excellent accueil et information pertinente des gérants. Parking de l'Oratoire à quelques minutes à pied. Un excellent point de chute pour découvrir la ville, je recommande cet hotel.

This place is definitely mignon. It’s pretty small. The reception is like a little Aladdin’s cave. It feels like there are trinkets and stuff all over the place. The room and the bathroom and pretty tiny but very clean. I’m 6’2” and I couldn’t sit on the toilet with the door closed. But I love this place so much. It’s FULL of character and located on a quiet street with lots of lovely shops. I enjoyed lying on the bed with the typical French windows open reading my book while I could hear the bustle of Avignon below. Also they had somewhere to store my bike.

Charming small old hotel .we were given excellent advice about where to eat snd what to see to avoid all the touristy areas . Very helpful and friendly staff. Places were found for our bikes overnight . Small but comfy room . Excellent breakfast .

Facturation taxe séjour à l'arrivée et réclamée à nouveau au départ par une autre personne, chambre exiguëe pour trois pers adultes, très mal insonorisée, douche extrêmement petite avec toilette incluse! Non adaptée aux personnes handicapées , nettoyage médiocre. Point positif sa situation géographique.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Location very convenient for walking about Avignon. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. I have NEVER seen a smaller ensuite and had to contort myself to sit on the toilet … likewise for the shower. But if you’re looking to save money to be able to spend on meals, sightseeing and shopping, this is a good option — just don’t plan on spending much time in your room except to sleep.

The hotel is a little gem in Avignon. Our room was pretty small and the bathroom was probably the smallest I've ever seen... but all well cared for and very clean. My only real feedback is that the bed was terrible. It sags horribly in the middle, so it was pretty uncomfortable for the nights we were there.

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and gave us great sight seeing recommendations. The petit dejeuner was lovely and very quaint. It’s not the newest building but the owners have made it very cozy and comfortable. They go over and above to make your stay amazing!

Un joli petit hotel très bien situé au coeur d'Avignon, dans une rue commerçante mais calme, chambre propre et confortable, climatisée. Excellent accueil et information pertinente des gérants. Parking de l'Oratoire à quelques minutes à pied. Un excellent point de chute pour découvrir la ville, je recommande cet hotel.

The hotel is a little gem in Avignon. Our room was pretty small and the bathroom was probably the smallest I've ever seen... but all well cared for and very clean. My only real feedback is that the bed was terrible. It sags horribly in the middle, so it was pretty uncomfortable for the nights we were there.
