Very large room with comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful, friendly staff. Both the rooms and the common parts could do with some investment.

Hotel was superb; best Ive stayed in. The only drawback. It was a limited menu and items not available even though we ate early.

Overall a great stay at a lovely hotel, with excellent ammenities. The restaurant dinner could’ve been a little better for the price but overall highly recommen.

Woke up at 4:30 am with ants crawling everywhere in the room. Reception moved us to another room, but at that point the night was ruined—we were exhausted, had to clean all our things, and sleep was gone. I went to reception three different times asking to speak with the manager. The answer? She doesn’t have time for you. Come back tomorrow after breakfast. Excuse me? This is supposed to be customer service? What a joke. Totally unacceptable.

Decent services, nothing more. Small pool and food too greasy for me. Woke up in the middle of the night because of a water outage. Impossible to use the toilet or my bathroom in my room for a long time without compensation, it was very unpleasant and disappointing.
