Chambre propre très grande, très confortable. Personnel à l'écoute, très disponible. La piscine très agréable, un bon moment de détente le matin. Un seul bémol à 19h une arrivée de 12 enfants (bouées de plage, cris...) trop jeunes je pense pour un spa. Une situation inadaptée pour un espace bien être, et une thalassothérapie d'une bonne réputation!! C'est dommage.

Check-In war super. Das Zimmer Suite mit Meeresblick war gut und gross, jedoch war der Teppich nicht sehr gut und einige Renovationen wurden nicht so toll ausgeführt. Die Handtücher haben immer nach „Essen“ geschmeckt, anstatt nach Waschmittel. Die Dusche unpraktisch, es spritzt stark. Das Fitness hatte nur 2-3 Cardiogeräte, sehr schade, habe es nie benutzt. Keine Hanteln oder Kraftgeräte. Die 3 Pools waren Okey, obwohl sie nicht rege benutzt wurden und teils niemand im Pool war, durfte man nicht mal mit einem kleinen Ball spielen. Für Kinder ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Das Morgenessen war super (erst ab 12 Jahre kostenpflichtig) und das Nachtessen war auch sehr gut. Die Desserts waren mega, bravo! Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück nach 09:00 musste ich immer selber die Tischsets und das Besteck holen und platzieren, sehr schade. Check-Out war auch super. Von 1-5 Punkte gebe ich eine gut gemeinte 4. jedoch mit Potenzial nach oben. Ich hoffe sie nehmen meine Bewertung als Chance. Für Elektro-Autos hat es auch 4 Ladestationen. Merci à notre femme de ménage Sonia juste parfaite. Restaurant excellent et vue splendide.Très bon spa. Dommage qu’on ne nous ait pas informés des cours de gym aquatique gratuits.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel fin avril (chambre 2210 vue latérale mer). La chambre est très grande. Elle dispose d’un beau balcon, d’une grande TV, et de plusieurs zones de rangement. La literie est très confortable (King size, deux oreillers par personne). L’espace nuit est séparé des wc, de la sdb et de l’entrée par une porte, ce qui permet d’isoler la pièce des bruits de passage dans le couloir. L’isolation est très bonne. Les piscines sont agréables : une piscine intérieure chauffée à 33 degrés et 2 piscines extérieures non chauffées. Des peignoirs sont mis à la disposition des résidents. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant. Le parking est grand.

A good holiday but there’s a few issues with the hotel, restaurant is only a la carte, fine for a night, but useless for a multi night stay, you can’t even get a sandwich at lunch by the pool, and nothing close to the hotel really. One of the pools was drained. The pools are salt water and the pools are super rough concrete. And a glass of rosé is extortionate.

Très bel hôtel. Extérieur très agréable. Personnel agréable à la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant. Maître nageur d'une gentillesse et bienveillance qui se font rare. Par contre l'état des chambres très limite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Enormément d'infiltration aux niveau de la salle de bain les dalles du plafond sont gonflés et décollé. Hygiene mediocre dans les toilettes. Fourmi dans les chambres à notre arrivée. On attend mieux d' un hôtel de ce standing. Rapport qualité prix à revoir !

J’ai été extrêmement déçue par cet hôtel. L’entrée des piscines se fait à la réception par un petit escalier en colimaçon. Notre chambre étant très éloignée et compliquée d’accès en plus ! Le deuxième jour, pas de gel,douche dans la salle de bain. Pas de conditioner, pas de body lotion, et même pas de shower cap! Pour un 4 etoiles c’est léger ! Le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement à notre arrivée( des sous vêtements des anciens occupants au sol!) , et même durant tout notre séjour , c’était le strict minimum , et encore!!! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

Nous avons payé plus de 250eur par nuit pour une chambre dont la salle de bain n\'a aucun rangement, pas du tout pratique, avec un éclairage notoirement insuffisant. A 16h00 le ménage de la chambre n\'était toujours pas fait alors que nous avions mis le panneau "faire le ménage"vers 10h30. La moquette du long couloir d\'accès aux chambres durant les 3 jours de notre séjour est restée sale et non nettoyée.Enfin pour un 4 étoiles, nous n\'avons pas trouvé le personnel à notre écoute .

Cleanliness was the main issue. I booked a standard room for my family and was immediately met with a strong smell of mould/ sewage.. the shower head itself was full of mould and so were the bathroom tiles. We also found lots of dust (I’m allergic) and bugs in the room. The room itself did not offer a 4* standard and was very old and the carpets were stained throughout. I was kindly offered another room and was ‘upgraded’. This room was ok and was decently cleaned and provided amazing views. The receptionist were very kind. The toilets around the property (by the pool/spa) were dirty and I honestly felt like I was using a park toilet. The pools were so good and my child throughly enjoyed using them, although the flooring/walls are rough and constantly scratched/scared us. We didn’t really use the spa facilities but I will say that there was a strong sewer smell in the spa and main reception area. Overall, the property was decent and offered good value for money, it just needs a good upgrade to bring the standards up and to improve the cleaning standards throughout.

We spent one night here as a family in a junior suite. We had a few issues such as light bulb not working, almost completely clicked drain in shower, only 2 towels (although we were 4 people), and some leftovers from previous guests behind the coach in the main space (pencil, part of a biscuit etc.) and some ants in the same room. We stayed in building number 2 which was a bit worn, could do with a refurbish soon. Outdoor saltwater pool was nice, although not deep (max 1,9m) in one of 3 pools. Lovely view from the pool which could be improved by trimming some of the trees growing tall in the tree line. Friendly staff. Overall ok stay but left some things to be desired.

Woke up at 4:30 am with ants crawling everywhere in the room. Reception moved us to another room, but at that point the night was ruined—we were exhausted, had to clean all our things, and sleep was gone. I went to reception three different times asking to speak with the manager. The answer? She doesn’t have time for you. Come back tomorrow after breakfast. Excuse me? This is supposed to be customer service? What a joke. Totally unacceptable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Hotel insgesamt sehr schön. Besonders die Lage und die Aussicht haben uns gut gefallen. Auch die Pools waren in Ordnung, allerdings war das Wasser sehr salzhaltig. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Très déçue, très mauvaise communication. Aucune information sur l’accès à la piscine à certains horaires restreints. Literie une catastrophe a ressorts. Pas du tout digue de ses étoiles ! Seul point positif le pdj.

Flot og godt hotel beliggende i et stille og roligt område. Man kan slet ikke høre byens liv. Flotte pools og udendørs område. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Godt og stort udvalg af morgenmad. Vi brugte ikke restauranten til aftensmad, denne gang, men vinbar spist der før og det var godt. Værelserne har en fin størrelse selv for en familie, to dobbeltsenge (/sovesofa). Ringe wifi, men alligevel gode muligheder for at streame via værelsets TV. Køleskabet kunne være større, men dejligt det er der og skønt st få påfyldning af vand dagligt. Vi brugte hotellet for lidt, der er en fantastisk ro der ig ville egentligt gerne bruge hotellet og spaer noget mere end bare at sove. Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel fin avril (chambre 2210 vue latérale mer). La chambre est très grande. Elle dispose d’un beau balcon, d’une grande TV, et de plusieurs zones de rangement. La literie est très confortable (King size, deux oreillers par personne). L’espace nuit est séparé des wc, de la sdb et de l’entrée par une porte, ce qui permet d’isoler la pièce des bruits de passage dans le couloir. L’isolation est très bonne. Les piscines sont agréables : une piscine intérieure chauffée à 33 degrés et 2 piscines extérieures non chauffées. Des peignoirs sont mis à la disposition des résidents. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant. Le parking est grand.

Service og generel rengøring er ikke til de 4 stjerner hotellet har. Man bør være mere imødekommende selvom jeg ikke taler fransk. Hotellet ligger fantastisk og morgenmad også rigtigt god.

The hotel was supposed to arrange a driver to pick us up from the train station but when we arrived there the hotel hadn’t booked a driver and hadn’t informed us about that. The pool area is nice and the pools are a good temperature. The breakfast buffet is really good but the food at the restaurant is really expensive and not good at all. The employees are not very serviceminded and seem understaffed.

Vi (par uden børn) havde næsten 2 ugers ophold på hotellet. Vi havde booket og betalt et værelse med Sea-view, hvilket var super lækkert. Uheldigt for os, lå værelset placeret lige over hotellets ryge-område. Vi havde specifikt valgt et ikke-ryger hotel, som det også fremstår i hotellets beskrivelse, da vi godt ved at rygning er meget normalt i Frankrig og var derfor rigtig kede af dette. Jeg selv er meget sensitiv overfor røg, så det betød desværre, at vi slet ikke kunne nyde altanen. Jeg tog fat i personalet og blev desværre ikke mødt med den service jeg håbede og fik bare at vide at der ingen mulighed var for at skifte værelse. Efter et par dage var det stadig slemt med røg og røglugt og vi kunne ikke holde ud at have døren til altanen åben. Jeg var derfor igen forbi receptionen og talte med større bogstaver hvorefter vi blev rykket til et værelse i en anden bygning. Lidt ærgerligt det krævede jeg var i dårligt humør før de tog mig seriøst og tilbød mig nogle andre muligheder. Vi endte på et værelse med half-view, som vi glad tog imod uden refusion. Hotellet generelt lækkert, dejlige pool faciliteter, som vi nød. Måske ikke så børnevenligt, da det også er en spa og hotellet har mange franske lokale gæster, der kommer for at nyde spaen. Man må eks. ikke spise snacks ved poolen og frokost menuen er pricy. Værelserne var fine med en super behagelig blød seng og et fjernsyn med indbygget Cromecast. Man skal helst have bil for at kunne komme rundt i området, da det ligger ude.

Woke up at 4:30 am with ants crawling everywhere in the room. Reception moved us to another room, but at that point the night was ruined—we were exhausted, had to clean all our things, and sleep was gone. I went to reception three different times asking to speak with the manager. The answer? She doesn’t have time for you. Come back tomorrow after breakfast. Excuse me? This is supposed to be customer service? What a joke. Totally unacceptable.

Bra vistelse med bra poolområde. Det var en bit från stranden trots att det såg nära ut på kartan. Gick inte att gå raka vägen utan 600m blev 2,2km med alla omvägar. Samma till restauranger. Hotellet var dock toppen och inget där att klaga på. Saltvatten i poolerna som jag uppskattar.

Das positive das Hotel Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und die Betten richtig bequem. Die Anlage hat aus recht Liegestühle und der ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Der Meerblick vom Poolbereich aus ist sehr schön. Etwas abgelegen aber das sieht man ja auch auf der Karte und mit Auto alles kein Thema. Sehr positiv sind die kostenfreien Parkplätze beim Hotel. Wir waren als Familie zwei Erwachsene ein Kind für eine Übernachtung hier und für unsere Bedürfnisse war es genau das richtige Hotel. Den gesamten Sommerurlaub wollte ich nicht hier verbringen

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was great and the spa facilities excellent. The hotel was much further away from the beach and local shops than expected so this was the only negative. Absolutely perfect though if you have a car. The bus stop is only a 10 minute walk away though and the buses take you to the train station so it is easy to visit other places such as Nice, Monaco and Cannes. The hotel was lovely, I would highly recommend.

CHAMBRE très agréable, en parfaite état. A ce prix nous aurions souhaité une boisson ou autre de bienvenue. Le personnel très agréable et compétent. Par contre pour l'espace bien-être, il etait très moyen : courant d'air dans l'espace piscine, difficulté de se déplacer dans l'eau quand on est petite... trois espaces bulles, difficulté pour y accéder. L'espace repos, très bien... mais occupée par une séance de soins le seul jour où on y était.. donc impraticable et fermée au public... dommage! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le personnel compétent : bravo !

The hotel was supposed to arrange a driver to pick us up from the train station but when we arrived there the hotel hadn’t booked a driver and hadn’t informed us about that. The pool area is nice and the pools are a good temperature. The breakfast buffet is really good but the food at the restaurant is really expensive and not good at all. The employees are not very serviceminded and seem understaffed.

Lovely views & pool but hotel is dated. The onsite food is very expensive. Local shops are a 20 minute walk away - it’s worth hiring a car.

Overall the place was good, the rooms were spacious, pool was nice, good food at the restaurant but the location was not convenient at all, far from everything. Also they didn’t offer any food outside of the restaurant.
