Age Restrictions: Dorms are for guests aged 18–45. No age limit for private rooms.

Luggage Storage: €3.50 per person for 12 hours (cash only).
Key Card Deposit: €10 (paid by card).
Payment: Full payment is required via a secure link before arrival. Non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show. Free cancellation bookings cancelled on time will be refunded.
Taxes: €6.60 city tax per person per night (not included in the price).
We need a valid phone number to confirm your booking. If no phone number is provided, your booking may be cancelled.

Hostel Admission Rights: We reserve the right to admit guests based on our policies.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges may be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking if necessary.
Payment and Card Update Policy
For Flexible Rate reservations, guests will have 48 hours to update their card details if the payment cannot be processed. If the card is not updated within this period, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
For Non-Refundable reservations, if the payment cannot be processed and the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, the reservation will also be cancelled automatically.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges for the full reservation.
Guests must reimburse Sun & Moon hostel for any damage caused by inappropriate behavior during their stay. Any corresponding amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. For this reason, we kindly ask to present a credit or debit card from one of the guests upon check-in.

We control from near all the situations that are happening in the world, and we are in contact with the global organizations, such as the WHO (World Health Organization), CDC (Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, relevant authorities, with the objective to know the specific requirements of each country to guarantee the actions we could take accordingly. We comply with the health and security procedures, including the local laws and regulations. Moreover, we provide better guidelines; we have implemented resources with orientation, training, and specific information about hygiene versus COVID-19 standards. We have increased the frequency of the cleaning of communal Areas (including public toilets, elevator, private en-suite rooms toilets) and all the areas where there is more contact between guests. All of our staff is informed about the products and regulations of cleanliness that are effective against the virus. We are supervising our food and drinks services to reopen the breakfast with all the rules and regulations according to the local authorities.meet new people, we have free walking tours and night activities so, whether you're a solo traveler, a group of friends, or a family seeking exciting experiences, our hostel is the perfect base for your Barcelona getaway.
