Einzigartiger Service. Frühstück sehr gut mit kleiner à la carte Auswahl inklusive. Es gibt allerdings keine Sauna im Hotel! Man muss die Sauna im Nachbarhotel für 75€ pro Person benutzen! Absolute Frechheit und in der Buchung nicht transparent.

Definitely a sweet well appointed boutique hotel that offered a sumptuous breakfast included and helpful staff. Small room with un inviting chairs, facing the Grand Hotel across the alley and some thumping noise from the bar’s music below made hanging in the room or getting early sleep more of a challenge. I would stay there again but search out better room (not sure if this was an Expedia limitation). FYI Gym was next door at the Grand Hotel, not in house but easy access.

The Lydmar hotel is an uber elegant, super hip hotel in the heart of Mali Stan, arguably the best location you could ever want if you're visiting stockholm. The staff is extremely vigilant in attending to your comfort and every need possible. The lobby bar is a wonderful place to just hang out, drink awesome cocktails or have a bite to eat, with exceptional music to create the perfect dreamy vibe. Their complimentary breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding and something we looked forward to each morning. My only suggestion would be to upgrade their mattreses. Ours felt rather old and uncomfortable, despite a very nice topper and high quality linens. It just sort of slunk down in the middle. This was NOT enough to change our opinion of this absolutely gorgeous, wonderful hotel. The staff deserve a huge amount of praise for how incredibly attentive and kind they were! 5-stars!

Friendly, excellent service overall. Beautifully appointed rooms and lounges on every floor. Great breakfast - nothing much not to love about this hotel. My two suggestions would be more electric outlets to easily plug in devices and more shelf space in washroom.

Very nice property but the gym is located in another hotel. Also, I was charged for items I didn’t take from the mini bar so check your bill when you check out. Due to these i wouldn’t stay again

Liten bit kvar för att va topnotch. Icke fungerande duschblandare ett minus. En strykbräda som var så ranglig att den ej gick använda va också minus. Städning ej perfekt. Att man dessutom ska ha 500kr i timmen för sen utcheckning är inte okej för en vistelse där man betalat 9000:- för två nätter.

Le Lydmar c’est tout ce que nous aimons. Le personnel est souriant, accueillant, serviable, discret et attentif. La décoration des parties communes et de la chambre est l’exceptionnelle. L’installation des objets d’art, de brocante, de design mélangés est digne d’un grand amateur d’art, d’un décorateur d’intérieur de talent. C’est chaleureux et atypique. La sélection photographique, l’accrochage n’ont rien à envier à certaines galeries d’art ou musées. Sur palier d’un étage un piano, à un autre un toune disque et ils sont à la disposition de la clientèle comme les livres parsemés ici et là. La chambre est tellement bien insonorisée que nous pensions être seul. Le lit est très très très confortable. Le ménage est très bien fait et les produits de toilette de très bonne qualité. Nous avions à notre disposition fer et sèche cheveux, table et fer à repasser, cafetière et dosettes, what else ! La salle de restaurant est petite et chaleureuse. La bande son des années 60/70 nous a offert matin et soir un agréable voyage dans le temps. Le petit déjeuner est simple, complet avec des produits frais, en quantité suffisante pour affronter une journée de découverte et de marche dans Stockholm. La carte du restaurant ne varie pas mais les préparations et la présentation sont à la hauteur du lieu. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Petit bémol (il en faut bien un) le réfrigérateur ne produisait pas de froid. Les boissons étaient tiédasses.

I had the most amazing stay at the Lydmar Hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help me with dinner reservations and travel arrangements. My room (412) was incredible—spacious with stunning views of the harbor, large beautiful windows, and high ceilings. The amenities were top-notch, including a hair dryer and straightener, which saved me from having to pack my own. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering high-quality food with a great variety each morning. The vibe of this boutique hotel is unmatched—it felt like a home away from home for the three nights I was there. A very special thank you to Markus and Sanne, who were exceptional in their warmth, friendliness, and customer service, making me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back! This is an enchanting property, the rooms and public areas are gorgeous and unique. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance to most attractions and nearby public transportation. My only issue was the internet connectivity was an issue throughout my stay,

The check-in area is extremely cramped and small. We arrived a little before check-in and had to lug our baggage up the stairs. A bellhop would be a nice touch at the entrance. The room was okay. We booked a medium king and it was just a normal room. It had nice large windows but we looked at another building and the water with some boats in the distance. The room t felt like there was no room to put our luggage or belongings. All the tables were extremely low and had decor on them. The bathroom was awkward in that it had a huge window the building next door could see in, or you had to pull the curtains which made it so the bathroom was very hot and didn't let the air from the windows in. The show/tub was also very high up and an awkward step out of, with nothing to grab on to except the glass partition that swung open and closed. The hotel itself was in a great location and very walkable. The staff was fine, nothing stood out from anyone. When we were leaving to go out for the day I asked if I could get a hair dryer to the room since I couldn't find it and the one staff member said I needed to look in the drawers outside the bathroom, under the minibar. As we were on the way out sometimes its just nice to be told no problem and then they could have set the dryer out. Not sure we would stay at this location again. I think there are better options for the price you pay.

Room (classic king) was a good size but completely lacking some basic functionalities - like adequate storage for suitcases and their contents. No proper bedside reading lights and no blackout blinds. Far too much art and pretentious trappings in room. Seems interior designer was more concerned with style than substance. So much more could have been done with room interior as it was an ok size (answer therefore from hotel should not be book a bigger room). We only had two items of hand luggage to store - which room could not adequately accommodate due to its poor furnishing. Suitcases would have been totally impossible. A very stylish hotel in the center of Stockholm. It is easy walking distance to most of the main attractions and a beautiful waterfront location. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff was super friendly and able to help us with everything we needed.

I had the most amazing stay at the Lydmar Hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help me with dinner reservations and travel arrangements. My room (412) was incredible—spacious with stunning views of the harbor, large beautiful windows, and high ceilings. Beyond a beautiful hotel in an incredible location, honestly the top item which would bring me back was the staff. Every single person I encountered made me feel genuinely special. They were extremely helpful. Additional high points included the complimentary breakfast and well thought out room finishes. The Lydmar hotel is an uber elegant, super hip hotel in the heart of Mali Stan, arguably the best location you could ever want if you're visiting stockholm. The staff is extremely vigilant in attending to your comfort and every need possible. The lobby bar is a wonderful place to just hang out, drink awesome cocktails or have a bite to eat, with exceptional music to create the perfect dreamy vibe. Their complimentary breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding and something we looked forward to each morning. My only suggestion would be to upgrade their mattreses. Ours felt rather old and uncomfortable, despite a very nice topper and high quality linens. It just sort of slunk down in the middle. This was NOT enough to change our opinion of this absolutely gorgeous, wonderful hotel. The staff deserve a huge amount of praise for how incredibly attentive and kind they were! 5-stars!

I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. For the next 3 days we enjoyed amazing service by pleasant and unfailingly helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more!

What a great hotel!!! The staff are all amazing; friendly and efficient. The breakfast was amazing - so many options to choose from. The room and public areas are very clean and comfortable. The location - literally right across from the Palace. So close to great restaurants, shopping, old town, and restaurant options galore. I would travel back to Sweden; partly because of the Lydmar and the amazing city that Stockholm is.

I stayed at the Lydmar for four nights and my experience couldn’t have been better. The hotel is ideally located close to the Old Town, and my room had a water view, as promised, directly across from the Royal Palace and parliament. Boats departing for the archipelago were directly across the street. My room was clean and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Best of all was the staff, which was uniformly exceptional. The breakfasts, which were included, were also superb. If I return to Stockholm, as hoped, I will stay again at the Lydmar.

Rummet väldigt fint även om jag hade förväntat mig en dusch (ej badkarsdusch) och mottagandet likaså. Den stora besvikelsen var frukosten då den höll knappt stadshotellklass. Dåligt utbud men framförallt kändes allt torrt, gammal och ofräscht. Dålig kommunikation också mellan personal och kök och det klagades högt inom personal (vilket vi som gäster också fick ta del av).

We had an amazing weekend in Stockholm. Our stay at Lydmar was fabulous, the atmosphere and design was why we chose Lydmar. All the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was also very good both the included breakfast and dinner.
