Right near all the attractions and most importantly, the Main Train Station is only a 2 to 3 min walk away. I love that 7-11 and Brugseni is only a 2 minute walk away just in case I get hungry. Staff is helpful and polite too. I also like theres a room jist dedicated to ironing your clothes.The only negatives I have is that the breakfast buffet is pricey for what you get and laundry service is very expensive. But other than that, property is awesome.

Mycket varmt i rummet ingen AC högt ljud från tåget utanför. Parkeringen funkade inte. Det finns 15 platser men hyr ut fler. Om man åker ut en liten tur och kommer tillbaka och det är fullt måste man ställa sig efter vägen för betydligt dyrare för 24tim. Uselt !!

Da vi ankom, var værelset beskidt og meget støvet. Vi fandt hår fra tidligere gæster, synligt skidt på gulvet og edderkoppespind på både vægge og lofter. Mest bekymrende var store pletter (muligvis fugt eller urin) på madrassen under dynebetrækket. I forhold til støj ligger hotellet lige op ad togbanen, hvilket giver både lyd og vibrationer. The hotel was much better than expected. Close to the centre of town and close to the cruise terminal where we were joining our ship. It is a budget hotel but with a great atmosphere. We would stay here again. All reception staff were very professional, smiling and wonderful senses of humour. Particular mention to Pedro from Brazil. I watched him dealing with a particularly demanding couple with so much patience. A credit to the hotel. Our room overlooked the railway tracks and you really could hear the trains rumbling past the window. This may put some people off but we loved it. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. To top it all they have a 24 hour bar. There is a 24 hour 7/11 across the road with a large selection of food which you are allowed to consume in the hotel bar as they have no restaurant apart from breakfast. For the price we were very pleased and glad we stayed there.

The room was dark, even with all lights on, of which there were only a few dim ones, and the floor was somewhat dirty when we arrived. There is no fan in the bathroom and no shelf to put anything in the shower. The water got warm but not very hot. Prices for hotel laundry service are very high, and we ended up walking to a nice laundromat about 15 minutes away instead. The train theme was charming and the train noise was not bad. The staff were nice and helpful.

Our bedsheet had a stain on it, and our (four) pillows smelled sour (like dirty feet) - one had a visible brown spot on it. The reception did not seem to care, did not apologize for the inconvenience, and did not offer to exchange the pillows for us. Instead we were handed two new pillows, and I had to ask if I could just throw the smelly ones in the hallway.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and kind. I loved the availability to grab something from the drink fridge, an alcoholic drink, or a coffee from the front desk area. Though we did not have breakfast it looked fairly good. Wish we had an opportunity to check out the gym! My one complaint is that my partner and I stayed here in August, and the hotel has no air conditioning. We were frankly sweating to death and were given two small fans to compensate for the heat... we could also only crack our window to get any sort of (hot) fresh air. I would suggest they install some sort of AC unit per room to make it more comfortable for guests.... Other than that I would indeed stay here again, but in a colder month!

Great location. Friendly and super helpful reception staff. Easy access to S train. 7 eleven and grocery store are right across the street. Kettle in room. Small refrigerator provided by request. Only issue: when our room was “cleaned” on day three, no new towels were provided and the toilet wasn’t cleaned either. Seemed like the bed was made, and that was it! So, four stars instead of five. Our room was the second farthest away from reception…. which was 200+ steps away from reception. If you have mobility concerns, please keep in mind that you will need to request a closer room. We joked that we were actually residing half way to the next train station.

We had a railway room and could hear the trains, but the noise didn't bother us. Probably not great if you don't like any noise at all. What we were annoyed by, was the unfriendly service that the front desk people consistently displayed towards us the whole time we were there. It almost felt like we were bothering them every time we asked them a question and their responses were pretty frigid. Except for the nice front desk man who helped us navigate to the airport when we were checking out.

we were met by an empty counter and we waited 15 minutes with no one in the reception. Then finally the receptionist came with a plate full of food and seemed like he would like to be anywere else but in the hotel. However we did get the room early and were happy about that. The room was good in size, clean and comfortable. Except the pillows, which could have been better quality.

Months after my stay, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card that they had kept on file, without informing me or asking for permission. I had received a receipt showing that everything was paid, so I had no reason to believe anything was missing. GoHotel Østerport explained that they had made errors in processing customers’ payments over the last year, which they discovered recently during a review. Mistakes can happen, but charging a guest’s card months later without notice, consent, or explanation is simply unacceptable. It shows a lack of professionalism and respect for guests’ trust and personal data. I’m sharing this so others are aware, will double-check their payments, and think twice before storing their card details with this hotel.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfastcwas excellent, with many homemade items. This hotel is right across from Østerport train station and a grocery store. So covenient! Easy walk to the Little Mermaid in one direction, and Rosenborg Castle in the other. Our room was street side. Train noises were not an issue.

Super fint ophold, på fint lille hotel. Værelset var ganske udmærket og vi manglede intet. Det eneste vi har at sætte en finger på, var hotellets evne til at rumme gæster ved morgen buffeten. Der var simpelthen ikke plads nok og folk måtte stå op og spise. Det var ret utilfredsstillende og rigtig ærgerligt, fordi buffeten ellers var lækker.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a room on the top floor facing away from the train tracks. The nights were fine, thanks to my ear plugs. But as other guests already mentioned, you do hear the trains rushing by. I primarily booked this hotel because it was convienently close to both train and metro connections and the fitness room was pretty great. The breakfast was also good.
