Bassängerna är allmänna och man får batala 25kr i inträde som hotellgäst. Receptionisterna kunde informerat om var frukosten serverades och hur man fick tillgång till racket/boll till pingis/fotbollsspel. Jag saknade informationspärmen som brukar finnas på hotellrum med just den informationen. Ingen info alls om utrymningsvägar, varken på rummen eller i korridoren. Plus att det var nära till stationen/tivoli. Mycket bekväma sängar.

We were very happy with our stay at CPH & definitely recommend it. The proximity to the train station & the 24-hr reception desk were worth gold to us after Deutsche Bahn cancelled our train at the last minute & our arrival was delayed until 2am. Having only a short walk to schlep our bags is enough to earn our recommendation, but added to this was the friendly & helpful staff, the comfortable beds, nice bath, lobby with drinks & shelves of neatly ordered board games. Easy stroll to Tivoli & City Hall. The breakfast is next door in a beautiful hall, a help-yourself continental breakfast with everything you could want, all neatly labeled for food allergies & with proper spacing to avoid cross contamination. They offer gluten-free rolls (kid & spouse really enjoyed the rolls), you just have to ask & they’ll bring it out to you. Great place to stay!

Bra men en besvikelse att det står i beskrivningen att man har tillgång till tre inomhuspooler gratis men väl på plats kostade det 25 dk/person och dessutom var öppettiderna märkliga. Till 21 mån-tors och till 18 på helgen. Frukosten var ok men utbudet var väldigt begränsat. Sängarna var bekväma, även extra sängen.

Das Hotel ist okay. Eher so ein bisschen Hostel Charakter, aber sauber uns relativ zentral gelegen. Frühstük war sehr gut. Im Sportcenter direkt nebenan wurde leider schon ab 7.00 Uhr Tennis gespielt. Da war man bei offenen Fenster früh wach. Gut war der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, den wir auch bei Anreise bezahlt haben. Leider wurde er wohl einen Tag zu wenig berechnet, so dass wir bei der Abreise ein Knöllchen vorfanden und dann nachbezahlen mussten. Hätten wir es nicht gesehen, hätten wir ein dicke Strafzahlung erhalten. Das hatte einen etwas unschönen Geschmack. Hoffentlich war es nur ein Versehen und keine Masche.

Själva sovdelen var uppdaterad och helt ok utseende. kändes inte 100% fräscht. Badrummet var nedgånget och tvål och badrumsinredning kändes som ett fängelse. Vi flyttade till annat hotell pga att det inte kändes så fräscht.

Great location with very easy access to the Metro and Central Station. Also close to many dining options in the Meatpacking District. If you plan on visiting Tivoli, very easy access to the park from the hotel. The breakfast, though the same items every day, was tasty and filling. There are a lot of options to choose from, and everything was good quality. The breakfast staff were very nice. As other have noted, pool and some other perks are an upcharge, but a small one. The pool was confusing to get to but large with lots of different areas depending on what you wanted to do: swim, dive, play, etc. It is next to the hotel, but not part of the hotel. We rented bikes, which were in good working condition for the most part, though they skipped in one gear. The room itself was fine, though I do wish parts of it were cleaner. There were stains on the bathroom tile and on the window seat that were never cleaned during our stay. The main bed was comfortable, but the extra folding bed was less so and squeaked. We felt it was pretty quiet despite being near the train tracks.

Golven var inte rena, annars var det mesta bra. Sedan är det ju skönt om man kan äta frukost i samma byggnad som man bor i, men jag förstår om det inte finns den möjligheten ytmässigt. Bra läge, nära till mycket, men väldigt mycket ljud från järnvägen sent på kvällen/natten. Måste vara jobbigt när det är varmt ute och man inte kan ha fönstret öppet.

Die gute zentrale Lage des Hotels in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit zusätzliche Leistungen gegen Aufpreis zu buchen (z. B. Sauna, Padel Tennis etc). Die Internetverbindung war schnell und stabil. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren unbequem und ich habe Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Im Badezimmer hat es schlecht gerochen und die Dusche hatte einen leichten Wasserstrom. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, aber leider ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank und nur Papierbecher (keine Gläser und Tassen). Das Frühstück war mangelhaft und nicht abwechslungsreich. Es gab überhaupt keine Speiseauswahl.

Renlighed var OK, men hotellet virker delvist lidt slidt, eller i hvert fald vores værelse. Gulve, døre, karme mv trænger til en opfriskning. Toilet var bare… slidt, ikke som sådan urent, toiletbrættet sad løst. Kummen bar præg af mange års brug og kalk og det samme gælder glasvæg i bruseren. Området til morgenmad er flot og nyistandsat. Hotellet har en god central beliggenhed til både midtby og transport og vi var ikke generet af støj hverken inde eller ude. Personale i reception kunne godt bruge en påmindelse om at imødekommenhed og høflighed ikke koster ekstra. Vi fik ikke uhøflig betjening, men heller ikke et “hej, kære kunde, vi er glade for at du har valgt netop vores hotel”. I min optik er prissætning høj ift kvalitet. Har oplevet langt bedre kvalitet til lavere pris lidt længere væk fra centrum (6-8 min. ekstra med metroen). Jeg kan ikke anbefale hotellet, ville heller ikke græde over en ekstra overnatning, mest af alt en “det var det oplevelse” og så videre.

We arrived at the property at midnight and was given the key to our room. The room was small and there was no air conditioning even though the hotel was advertised as having air conditioning. I asked the staff at the desk and he said it was 25 degrees Celsius in our room, which is 78 degrees Farenheit and that there was a cooling system. After again going and checking the air in the room )the temperature had not changed), the guy at the desk said again it was 25 degrees like it was okay. The room got up to 80 during the night. We stayed the night and left for a new hotel first thing in the morning. Not only was the staff indifferent, the toilet seat in our room was broken as well.

Var 3 stk på gjennomreise, passet perfekt. Hadde Deluxe Familierom med 2 soverom. Store rom med god plass. Fikk ikke aircondition til å virke, så ble litt varmt. Ligger rett ved jernbanestasjon, så endel støy om man hadde vinduet åpent. Ok fokost, hyggelig personale og masse aktiviteter for store og små. Kort vei til f.eks Tivoli.

Great central hotel only 5 mins from main central station. Reception staff friendly and happy to help. We had a double bed room in a quiet part so couldn't hear train noise. Room and bed good size plus tea making facilities. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was good buffet style. All in all would recommend. Didn't use facilities like pool etc. This is in the meatpacking distruct loads of busy bars and restaurants. There is also a big shopping mall 15 min walk away. Main attraction tivoli also right by station.

We were very happy with our stay at CPH & definitely recommend it. The proximity to the train station & the 24-hr reception desk were worth gold to us after Deutsche Bahn cancelled our train at the last minute & our arrival was delayed until 2am. Having only a short walk to schlep our bags is enough to earn our recommendation, but added to this was the friendly & helpful staff, the comfortable beds, nice bath, lobby with drinks & shelves of neatly ordered board games. Easy stroll to Tivoli & City Hall. The breakfast is next door in a beautiful hall, a help-yourself continental breakfast with everything you could want, all neatly labeled for food allergies & with proper spacing to avoid cross contamination. They offer gluten-free rolls (kid & spouse really enjoyed the rolls), you just have to ask & they’ll bring it out to you. Great place to stay!

Rummet var fint och fräscht! Men personalen var oengagerad, kändes inte som de var intresserade av sina gäster. Dessutom var frukostbuffén väldigt liten. Hade sett fram emot en frukost med flera olika pålägg och annat. Där var bara ost och kalkon. Man kunde heller inte plocka bacon, korv och sådant. Endast en liten skål äggröra med en liten bit bacon ovanpå. Läget är bra, skönt att inte vara mitt i smeten när man har barn. Ca 5 min promenad till tivoli. Så det var toppen, och rummet var fint o fräscht!

It's the second time we are staying at this hotel. Location is great being so close to the railway station and Tivoli Gardens. Nice big rooms with very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Nice hotel with a bit of hostel vibe with games and football table in the lobby. Suitable for families. Hallways and my room were a bit too worn down for my taste, but still clean and modern. Service was friendly. I had two extra pillows in the room. Breakfast was a mediocre experience with only the bare minimum, like only one type of cold cuts. But probably as expected from a 3-star hotel. I would consider skipping it next time.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location that is a quick walk to the Metro and central station, as well as Tivoli and the Tivoli Food Hall. We had booked the family room which had 4 beds, a double bed and two twin Murphy style beds. We had three adults and it worked fine for us but I think 4 adults with luggage would be a tight fit. We kept one of the beds folded up and stored our luggage in front of it. When we arrived. the elevator was out of service so every time we had to be let in the service door to use the service elevator which was inconvenient. We had to use the elevator because we had so much luggage and our mom cannot do several flights of stairs. Breakfast was included and it was great- the waffles were amazing.
