This was my second stay at this hotel this trip. Once at the start and this one at the end of my time in Scandinavia. This is a good hotel because if it’s location near Nyhavn and friendly helpful staff. I rated it average because their one small elevator broke down requiring using stairs, particularly ‘painful’ when lugging your luggage after checking out.

It doesn’t make sense that the hotel elevator doesn’t operate all the time. The elevator is shut down from midnight until 7 a.m. because there is no receptionist on duty. Our flight was in the morning, and we had to carry our suitcases down three floors by the stairs.

My single room was fine for my 2 night needs although found that the matterss kept sliding off the base. Symtaff were very accomdating whether that was givinfmg you directions or tips, service in the hotel or just generly chatting to you. Made for an easy-going vibe. Did not have breakfast but later in the evening I was able to partake in rhe free fuit and sweets. Hotel was ideally situated and for bag storage before and after check-in check-out facilities a godsend.

The staff were courteous but they are strict about check in time. You can leave luggage with them before check in time. The hotel doesn’t have a 24 he reception staff. While checking out I accidentally locked myself out of the hotel while taking my luggage down to the roadside. It was a hassle to call staff on call to give me the code to open the lockbox to get the key to open the main door. Good thing a passerby helped me and he was able to talk to the on call staff in Danish. Otherwise the hotel was excellent!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff was incredible and accommodating and the location was unbeatable. The room was small, but absolutely everything needed for a 1-2 people for a 3 night stay. They have free fresh fruit in the morning and bikes to rent for only 20 dkk for 24 hours. Highly highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again if I come back to copenhagen

Als wir angekommen sind hat das Zimmer hat sehr muffig gerochen. Der Wasserdruck unter der Dusche war so schlecht dass es kaum warmes Wasser rauskam und am einen Zeitpunkt gab es überhaupt kein warmes Wasser. Die Wände im Bad hatten auch viel Schimmel in den Fliesenfugen.

The hotel overall is ok. Looks nice form the outside, very central location, friendly staff. Rooms have a decent size for Copenhagen. Unfortunately it was difficult to get an undisturbed night (without earplugs), as the room was very poorly sound insulated and you could here people inside adjacent rooms and on hallway (despite being the last room in the corridor) plus lots of noise from outside. Overall room was tidy, but the bathroom (especially the shower) was in desperate need of a deep clean and scrub. The grouting was all discoloured and mouldy, so was the shower curtain.

Hotellet var OK. Der manglede sæbe - både håndsæbe og shampoo, og der blev ikke fyldt op. Der blev ikke gjort rent/skiftet håndklæder/tømt skrald eller lignende i løbet af vores ophold fra fredag-søndag. Sengene var meget hårde Placeringen af hotellet var helt perfekt centralt. Standen på hotellet var også rigtig fint og der var pænt og rent da vi ankom.

The location of this hotel in Nyhavn is great with easy access to restaurants and amenities. The hotel itself is well presented in reception, but the rooms are not so nice. Our room was very small and incredibly hot, the shower also smelt, possibly due to a damp shower curtain that ideally needs replacing. No housekeeping for the three nights so no fresh towels or bins emptied.

Rooms were very clean, the hotel staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was pleasantly decorated with black and white photos of famous stars ( we had Marilyn Monroe and Roger Moore in our room!)

The room lacked a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, any air conditioning because it was hot because of summer and was also a dark grey room which held heat and absorbed light. The only cooling was via a noisy desk fan. Also it didn’t have a TV and the shower was pretty weak.

It was fine. Good location, 8-ish minute walk to metro stop but could reach most things by foot in about 10/15 minutes around Nyhavn. Heavy on the maritime vibe for the rooms. Definitely closer to hostel than to hotel which works find for some people like me, on a solo trip that I wanted to extend by a few more says. I’m 28, frequently travel for work and vacation, usually stay in a bigger brand like Marriott Bonvoy properties or hiltons, or Airbnbs to give a sense of perspective. Wouldn’t be sure if I’d chose this hotel if I was traveling with a small/younger family or older relatives.

Good location and the building is nice and modern, but the bed and pillows were not really comfortable and the is a lot of noise all night long (and even more in the morning) because of deliveries. I would recommend earplugs for sure. The room and was okay (2 small beds in our case) but very hot. We were happy to see a ventilator since there was no AC. The hotel is closed to many restaurants and services. You can go for a swim close by. You have a major metro station at maybe 8-10 min on foot. The hotel rent bikes, so that is fun! Overall a good choice because of the price but not overly comfy.

Rummet ej klart vid incheckningen trots att tiden var 1500. Rummet var simpelt och utan TV. Kändes mer som ett uthyrningsrum än som ett hotell. Önskade en lite senare utcheckning som kompensation för sen möjlighet till incheckning men det gick inte. Rummet låg inte i den vanliga hotelldelen utan ut genom innergården. Priset för högt för denna standard av boende.

The location is great and really was the best thing about the hotel. It is close to a metro line and all the main things to do in Copenhagen. The staff were also very nice. The room itself was very basic, a bed and the bathroom. I knew there was no TV but there wasn’t much else. I didn’t find the bed very comfy, it was just a thin mattress. The water pressure for the shower was also not great. I also noticed that none of the bathroom amenities had been topped up so there was no handwash. The hotel is ideal if you are just using it as a base for a couple of days but for me that would be about it.

Pros and cons to staying here. Pros: - Staff were helpful and friendly - Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Including Netto and 7/11 - Nice coffee - They have an iron and ironing downstairs that they bring up to your room if needed - Dont worry about the language if travelling from England. All the staff spoke perfect English - They have a room where you can store your luggage Cons: - No TV in the room - Only one choice of a breakfast plate and the eating area is very small and gets crowded - Can only get your room cleaned if you pay for it but they will provide you with extra towels/toilet roll at reception - Beds were comfy, pillows not so great - Not very disabled friendly. Only one person can use the lift at a time which is not ideal.

Amazing location- really close to a metro station in one direction and Nyhavn in the other. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was really good value, but be aware that there is no kettle in the room, no TV, and daily housekeeping costs extra. Lots of hot water but the shower water pressure was disappointing. I didn’t try the breakfast as there were cheaper options nearby.

Den var helt okej! Dock hade jag missat att det inte fanns tv på rummet, men det är ju inget livsnödvändigt. Vänlig personal! Fina, men små rum. Men för det billiga priset så var det helt okej! Väldigt dåligt vattentryck i duschen, tog en evighet att få ur schampot 😅

Sentralt og fint oppusset hotell. Ingen tv på rommet trekker ned noe. Ingen AC heller. Er dusjforheng. Burde installert dusjdører. En stikkontakt og den var på veggen i enden av senga. Burde også være en under eller over nattbordet. Utrolig god seng. Lydtett. Fint rom og rent. Utrolig sentralt. Gåavstand til alt. Frokosten trekker ned noe da det ikke er valgmuligheter. Er heis, men kun for 1 person om gangen og den går ikke på natten. Vil uansett anbefale dette hotellet

Great service! My flight was delayed not getting in until very late, they immediately reached out with instructions on how to check in. Very helpful and accommodating. Traveling solo, i felt safe and welcomed. Will definitely return.

The room was warm and quiet. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is perfect to be near midtown. What I suggest is to put in big letters and in a very visible way that the check in ends at midnight and that its absolutely necesary to contact the hotel if you are arriving after that time.

Enjoyed my stay here. Hotel was clean, in a great location, comfortable, quiet and filled with friendly staff. Everything was walkable - the waterfront, the metro, the shops. Great price for such a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Det gode: frokosten var utsøkt, og loungen hadde et godt utvalg drikke - både varmt og kaldt. Avstanden til sentrum (4 min gange til Nytorv) var også et stort pluss. Servicen var det beste med oppholdet. Sengene var gode og badet på et av rommene var stort. Det som kunne vært bedre: rommene var ganske små og på et av de var badet også ganske lite og med sterk kloakklukt. Det blir oppgitt at hotellet har restaurant, men det er ingen servering/mat utenom frokost - noe som er greit å være klar over om du hadde tenkt å spise middag om kvelden slik vi hadde.

Ontbijt was goed service heel goed. Lieve mensen goede locatie. Kamer had geen schoonmaak moest je apart betalen. Was van tevoren niet bekend. Je kon wel elk moment schone handdoeken krijgen en wc papier. Kamer was klein en erg warm.
