Lovely stay, personnel were very helpful, lobby under construction was the only down side. Air conditioning could have been better and as in many European hotels, there was no top sheet. Executive lounge offered goid breakfast, afternoon tea with light food selections and a really good evening appetizee selection along with wine and beer.

Good hotel. Nice restaurant and bar areas. Breakfast was decent the scrambled eggs to runny and the bacon way under cooked. But lots of variety to pick from. Room was decent. Smaller than a normal double bed room. But good size for Europe. Good bathroom and shower. Our bathroom sink had a leak so other than it was useable. We just wrapped tissue around the bottom to keep water from getting everywhere. Nice gym and sauna I’d stay again

Hotellet er dejligt og vi har været her før. Men lige nu er det under restaurering, og det kan mærkes meget tydeligt. Kl 07.55 blev vi vækket af boremaskiner og enorm meget larm, så voldsomt at vi måtte forlade værelset hurtigst muligt, da vi ikke kunne tale sammen. Morgenmads buffeten var midlertidig flyttet og der var døre der gik i og op hele tiden til køkkenet, og den smækkede non stop med et voldsomt brag. Med så meget støj burde der være en reduceret pris, da det er en ganske høj pris at betale for så megen støj. Ærgerligt da vi ellers er glade for hotellet, men dette var en øv oplevelse!!

Hotel is in good condition and staff are professional. The hotel location is a little bit removed from the center of town but being on the water is great. Very good gym, sauna and steam rooms and breakfast buffet is excellent.

On arrival, it felt quite like a conference hotel, but it is far from soulless! The gym is the best I have ever seen in a hotel (although it is a shame there is no pool/hot tub). The breakfast buffet was amazing and we really appreciated all the seasonal touches!

Great hotel in need of an upgrade, not least in showers in the hotel rooms which are not only out of date but dangerous in the deep step from a slippery bath to bathroom floor. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast but lunch and dinner expensive for what is served. Excellent location

Location was great. The bike rental was very convient. Was able to check in early. No clean towels in gym (although it was 9 at night). No tampons in lobby store.

Even though the property was under major renovations, we still had a great stay! Good thing we were already awake by 8 am when the construction started above us. All meals could still be had in the lobby bar. Great and super friendly staff! Great view of the canal. Convenient location. Easy walk to the main train station or a cab was always at the front doors.

Hotel muito bonito, de frente para o canal, o que adiciona bastante à experiência. A sauna do canal não estava funcionando, a de dentro do hotel fica dentro do vestiário, fechada e sem iluminação. Chuveiro do quarto sem pressão e banheira com cortina, que acho muito desconfortável. Café dá manhã muito bom, mas poderia ter algo mais pelo valor cobrado. No entanto, não gostei do serviço em geral: - No café da manhã, muitos itens demoravam demais para serem repostos ou sequer eram, mesmo requisitando. - Tive um entupimento de vaso sanitário que reportei as 9am e quando retornei ao hotel as 4pm nada havia sido feito - A porta do meu quarto foi previamente (antes de minha estadia) arrombada e mal consertada - Os cartões de acesso ao quarto deixaram de funcionar (no meu quarto e em mais dois da minha reserva, com familiares) - Preços de bebidas no bar do hotel abusivos Enfim, o hotel é muito bom, mas para o nível que é experava muito mais do serviço.

O hotel é confortável e muito bem localizado, mas muito antigo e precisa urgente de higienização contra ácaros e mofo. Tive uma crise alérgica terrível por causa da falta de cuidado do hotel com essa questão. Após chegar em outros hotéis, na sequencia da viagem, a crise sumiu.

Odaya girdiğimizde ilk odadaki halı kokusu olarak değerlendirdiğimiz bir koku algıladık ve küçük açılabilir pencereyi etkilenmemizi en aza indirgemek için hep açık bıraktık. Halıların değiştirilmesi veya ciddi bir temizlikten geçmeleri gerekiyor. Çalışanlar ilgili, yardımsever ve güler yüzlü davrandılar teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir de saç kurutma makinası üzerindeki plastik elimize yapışır gibi oldu, bu cihaz da epey eskiydi. Konum , lobi , oda genişlikleri son derece iyiydi.

2 of us but only 1 gown & 1 pairs of slippers were provided. Dirty cups were left in the room without ever being cleaned, 3 days! Linen trolley left in front of our room most of the stay! Restaurant staff refused to let us sit in the boot seats and breakfast table we wish to sit on! Restaurant was half empty! Breakfast for last day were not packed for early morning departure as requested (very poor service) A friendly smile was hard to find with service staff!

Room looked bland and unexceptional on entering but actually it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very good and the pillows divine. Bathroom dated but functional. Great view of the water and the canoeists/swimmers.

Excellent location and a modern hotel. Some rooms under renovation, but not much of a noise issue. Bedrooms have been redesigned apparently, and now there are no cupboards or drawers not pack away your clothes, no shelving at all, so you just dump. All your gear on the seating and hence a very messy , untidy room. The carpet on our floor apparently is new, but it has large beige ' blotches' everywhere and I actually thought it was sawdust from the carpentry work being done:))))!!!! A strange design indeed:))) Executive lounge is very good, nice applies and breakfast , and good selection of wine and beer available till 9.30 pm which is a really nice touch. Overall a very good place to stay for a few days in Copenhagen:))

First morning I some to a gurgling toilet and a bowl full of someone else's "waste." Staff cleaned it promptly but every morning it gurgled again although it just made the water drain slowly or sometimes water came up through the sink drain. However, for the price, I should have plumbing that works.

Unexpectedly poor service for a 5-star hotel. I booked a 7-nights stay at the hotel and requested through email prior for early check as I had a child with me. I was told they will try their best. On the day of check-in, we arrived at about 9am and was told to come back at 11am as they have put my request for early check-in as priority. We arrived back at the hotel to learn that the room was not ready, and waited till 4pm (regular check-in time). While I can understand early check-in is granted on a case-to-case basis, it is not right to claim to be put on priority but we ended up sitting in the lobby for 5 hours. So many ended up checking in earlier than us. And instead of following up on my request while I sat at the lobby, I had to continuously rejoin the queue to ask for updates. That aside, on our last night stay, our towels were taken away and replaced with just one. Called housekeeping but no one picked up, so we went to the lobby to make the request. The towels never came.

My mother fell and slipped in the bathtub and hit her head on the bathroom floor. There anti slip in the tub had been so worn out that the bathtub was very slippery. There was no handle bar you could hold on to when stepping outside the tub making this especially difficult for senior citizens. My mother had bump the size of a baseball. When she first fell and screamed from the bathroom, I called the receptionist to help me call for a doctor. NO ONE was answering the phone for 10mins straight. After assisting my mom, I had to walk down and call the attention of the front desk. The people at the front desk said they don't have a private doctor on call and explained to me that Denmark is a socialist country so calling a doctor would be very difficult to do. When I asked for ice, there was no effort or assistance, they merely said there is an ice machine in every floor. My mother is fine but what happened if it was a real emergency. The hotel manager the next day was the only one very helpful to us and suggested we move to a different floor with a shower rather than a bath tub.

Chambre très spacieuse avec une grande fenêtre. Literie confortable. Hotel bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied des Jardins Tivoli. Distance palais des congrès et aéroport raisonnable. Je recommande cet hôtel, où j'aurai plaisir de revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Copenhague.
