Loved this hotel, Location Location Location. So many lovely bars and restaurants in the area. Hotel rooms are small but that is all you need as you are out all day. Bar is open 24/7 for those staying in the hotel. Staff were fantastic very informative and just lovely. When we return we will defo be staying at this hotel.

The hotel was close to the metro and train line. There were also restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a complimentary glass of wine in the early evening and a filter coffee or tea each morning. There is also a left luggage room available on your last day. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Super Lage, Bus Nr 26 hält quasi vor der Tür, Metro Nähe, Bahnhof Nähe, gute Lokale ringsum. Sehr schöne Lobby. Zimmer basic aber sehr sauber. Hatten eine Junior Suite mit zwei Zimmern. Ideal für 3 Personen. Bad und WC getrennt. Fahrrad Verleih in Hotel. Parkgarage Codanhus ist sehr nahe und hat einen guten und sicheren Eindruck gemacht. Uns fehlten ein paar Haken an der Wand für Jacken und auch in der Dusche für Handtücher für 3 Personen usw. Minibar im Zimmer wäre schön. Toll war, dass man die Fenster öffnen konnte.

I have stayed at the Savoy twice, very friendly place, one gets a couple glasses of wine free between 5 and 6 pm (or 6 to 7pm?, can't remember) which can lead to interesting conversations with the other guests. The rooms are comfortable, clean.

Reception staff were great! Unfortunately, the rest was rough. Our room (facing the courtyard) was so loud all through the night with birds, traffic, etc. Our room was musty and the street smelled like garbage, making our room unpleasant. The carpets are old and not clean (lots of hair from previous occupants). The Queen bed was just two twins pushed together that separated during the night. It was musty/muggy so we needed to keep the windows open which meant we had about twenty flies at a time. With no kind of fan or circulation in the bathroom, everything stayed moist and the shower soaked the whole open bathroom. Getting bagged breakfast in the AM was a plus

The Savoy was the very definition of Danish hygge! From the warm welcome at reception, to the lovely touch of wine hour for guests, everything was very cozy and comforting. The room was immaculately clean, overlooking the nearby rooftops. It is a short walk from the train station and very well situated for transit links to take you around the city. Wonderful place, 100% would recommend.

very friendly helpfull staff - the bathroom was clean and super nice towels Sheats and soap -well in the room there were old spots on the wall ( blood ?)beside the window and the floor and the shelves by the bed could have been better - we did not ask for ekstra cleaning - well we only had to sleep there it was a green hotel and not a lot off staff… so we think that they were very busy.

Dessverre en dårlig opplevelse. Gammelt og slitt. Kloakklukt fra badet. Vekslet mellom iskaldt og skoldende vann i dusjen. Veldig lytt, du kan høre naboens samtale, dører som smeller, folk som går, toalett og dusj fra andre rim. Vi skulle være to netter, men sjekket ut etter en natt. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ungdommer i resepsjonen.

Second time in room 606 in three month. Staycation because of the bathtub. Great with only one major minus. The bed is so soft that we slept very badly and we might not come back for our third staycation if we can find a room with bathtub elsewhere.

Good location, nice lobby and bar. Small and basic rooms and bathrooms. Thin walls….can be noisy. Poor breakfast options. it’s a coffee, an orange juice, a banana and a croissant delivered to your room in a paper bag or available to collect from reception. Eat elsewhere is my tip.

Ett trevligt hotell mitt i centrum, lite nedgånget och kallt inomhus. Lyhört men öronproppar finns. Trevlig personal och välfungerande tv o wifi. Har bott här tidigare men kan bli svårt i vinter med tanke på kylan.

Really wonderful staff and really quiet hotel never heard any noise wich is often a problem staying at hotels. Wifi was great and tv entertainment. Everything was very clean, I will definitely be staying again.

The room was nice, it was in a great location for us and our plans and reception was friendly and helpful. The room was a little tired, the springs on the bed were quite old and I’ve not stayed somewhere with a shower curtain in years but it was clean and comfortable. Could do with a few more sockets and better lighting for getting ready though! The main issue was the noise, we stayed in room 201 over the courtyard and throughout the night a really heavy door or gate slams shut every time someone comes back or goes out. It was awful, making you jump and waking you up repeatedly. Even earplugs (which were provided in the room funnily enough) couldn’t hide it. It was a nice enough hotel just maybe ask not to be next to that courtyard!

I really love the atmosphere at this hotel, the old charming details, and the new cozy bar and reception. The staff is very kind, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was tiny, and the bathroom is tiny, especially the shower. But we had a nice, quiet sleep, the bed was cozy, We will for sure be back.

It’s a well situated, clean and affordable hotel with superb staff. As reception is open 7-21 one should read all information (parking, checkin) before the trip - available on the website and in messages sent by the hotel (mailing was precise and delivered well in advance). Even though it’s in the Centre of the city, you should not be disturbed by traffic or noisy restaurant/bar guests. Having said that, walls are not that thick, so if you’re a light sleeper you might have to use earplugs (couple packages were provided). Room I picked turned out to be rather small, bathroom was also ‘compact’. Furniture had seen better days, and ironing facilities are available on the corridor, not too comfy, as hallway was narrow so ironing would block the passage and ironing board not a full size. Overall, fantastic staff, good breakfast options.

Terrible check in experience. A text a website to download an app them to register the app. To open the app and read the info to find it's a code for the gate and a digital key for your room. Over complex terrible UI. If not for lady at bar I'd still be standing in the rain without support. No staff available after 10. I left a basement bar and my phone refused to connect to network. No access till I could reboot. Stranded alone in rain after midnight. Unsafe unsatisfactory Breakfast is a scam. You have to write down what you want, take paper downstairs to a mailbox. No breakfast is available until after 8am. Useless if you have to work. Morning staff was unhelpful and just told me 7.30 was early and maybe I could eat at 7/11. Remember that app I had to download. Apparently it does nothing but open your room door. Poor experience which is unsafe. Do not book if you arrive late at night.

Jeg besøkte Savoy Hotel i forbindelse med jobb Mandag-Fredag. Et varmt og hyggelig førsteinntrykk i resepsjonen med kaffe- og vinbar og blide og positive resepsjonister. Det ventet alltid et hyggelig komplement når jeg gikk inn eller ut av hotellet. Super-praktisk frokost-løsning og all over gjennomført utførelse og fokus på mindre svinn og miljø. Perfekt beliggenhet, 2min gange til Metro og 15 min gange til sentrum. Fine vintage shopping-muligheter i området samt vegg i vegg med den populære restauranten Delphine. Jeg besøker ofte København og har bodd på flere ulike hoteller i byen, hvor jeg ofte føler at antall stjerner er misvisende - dette var IKKE tilfellet her. Alt i alt super-tilfreds med oppholdet, og vil anbefale alle å dra til Savoy Hotel om de besøker København. Tusen takk for meg, sees neste gang!

What a charming property close to the central station. Easy to get to the airport and anywhere in town. Great area very near Tivoli and the tourist buses. Very walkable to the harbor and the Royal areas. Great service at the hotel. I highly recommend adding on breakfast.

Loved this hotel, Location Location Location. So many lovely bars and restaurants in the area. Hotel rooms are small but that is all you need as you are out all day. Bar is open 24/7 for those staying in the hotel. Staff were fantastic very informative and just lovely. When we return we will defo be staying at this hotel.

The hotel was close to the metro and train line. There were also restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a complimentary glass of wine in the early evening and a filter coffee or tea each morning. There is also a left luggage room available on your last day. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The Savoy was the very definition of Danish hygge! From the warm welcome at reception, to the lovely touch of wine hour for guests, everything was very cozy and comforting. The room was immaculately clean, overlooking the nearby rooftops. It is a short walk from the train station and very well situated for transit links to take you around the city. Wonderful place, 100% would recommend.

Good location, nice lobby and bar. Small and basic rooms and bathrooms. Thin walls….can be noisy. Poor breakfast options. it’s a coffee, an orange juice, a banana and a croissant delivered to your room in a paper bag or available to collect from reception. Eat elsewhere is my tip.

Vi är väldigt nöja efter en natts boende på hotellet. Trevlig personal mötte oss. Fint rum och angränsande badrum. Ett trevligt inslag var att man bjöds på ett glas vin i baren på eftermiddagen samt kaffe på morgonen. Enda lite negativa var lite lyhört på rummet under tidig morgon. Störde oss dock inte speciellt.

Nice and cozy hotel where I have stayed a few times now. This time I did the check in in advance and chose a room, didnt know it was an extra 50dkk to do that. The staff were very helpful and left m a soda in my room since the reception was closed. Unfortunately the bed wasnt a ”king” but 2 single beds shoved together and since I was just one person they kept going apart in the middle of the night. Made it hard to sleep and a bit uncomfortable. Not very soundproof, I could hear the neighbors talk even though I was wearing earplugs(provided by the hotel. Some problems with the tv when I arrived but I called and it was solved. Very good neighborhood and friendly staff.
