So glad we chose Hotel SP34 for our quick stop in Copenhagen! Location was perfect, walking distance from Central Station and Metro as well as all the top tourist destinations. Super cute, vibrant neighborhood. Room was quiet and we appreciated the blackout curtains, especially visiting in late-June when it hardly gets dark. Loved all the perks the hotel offered including the complimentary happy hour and night cap drinks, the workout facility, the bikes, and the social atmosphere. Staff was very accommodating - offered glasses of milk for my toddler and provided a comfortable crib for our use. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! Would definitely stay here again hands down!

Vi fik et stort og rummeligt værelse og et dejligt stort badeværelse. Gratis vin kl. 17 og night cap kl. 22. Morgenmaden sprang vi over pga. prisen, men gratis kaffe i receptionsområdet var en god service. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til dette hotel.

Its a great location. The public areas are sociable. Some of the staff are friendly. But room so small i hit my head and shoulder on the wall lamp every time i get out of bed at night; walls very dirty; and despite asking at reception I struggle to get them to clean the room before 5pm several days. On Friday i had to ask at 6pm for the room to be cleaned even though it had been empty since12.30. The only reason i was there so late was because the safe has malfunctioned three times and i was there getting it fixed.. I have had to ask for fresh towels as they forgot to replace them. The room key has failed. I have been waiting for a week for the in room fitness kit they offer, asking every day (i dont think they have any although they offer it). I tried the gym but it is very dark and gloomy. I have about 6 inches width of hanging space in the room and no space to put suitcases. Today i went to reception at 2pm to ask if they could have the room cleaned before 3pm as i wished to shower and rest after that (I had been out of the room since 9am providing plenty of time for cleaning). She said she would call housekeeping and make sure it was finished by 3pm. At 3pm i was still waiting in the room for cleaning unable to start my shower, and then the cleaners finally arrived, leaving me very little time to shower and change before heading out again, then my 3 friends checked in same rate and all of them have much larger rooms with much more hanging space. Very disappointing.

God placering, kunne gå til alt vi havde besluttet at se. Elsker deres gratis vin fra 17-18. Hotellet er dog lidt slidt og vi måtte klage over lugt gene på gangen mellem elevator C og vores værelse. Det lugtede af gammel karklud eller noget der var jordslået, dog ikke på selve værelset. Mindre fitnessrum. Dejlige senge, puder og dyner. Morgenmad lækker og 90 % økologisk.

The property was wonderful. Kind staff & lots of perk included with your stay!! We really enjoyed the breakfast & happy hour included with our accommodation. We also rented bikes from the hotel during our stay. The property is a little older but well maintained. It is a smaller boutique hotel which we like & also had a nice social in the lobby.

The hotel is in a great area and the staff are very welcoming - my 2 gripes are the state of the room and the cleanliness. There were hairs and dust everywhere and the bedspread as well as the curtains and walls had seen better days.

Hotel is very trendy downstairs but the rooms could do with a refresh. I like how the TV was easy to connect to and the breakfast was great but we did have to move from our first room (room 502) as the road noise was so loud we barely slept. Our second room on the 4th floor was much better but did have an eggy smell from the bathroom drains. The rooms could generally be cleaned a little better and it’s a shame that you have to ask for things like conditioner, dressing gowns etc rather than them being provided already in the room. It was in a great location, but for the money and considering everywhere in central Copenhagen is easy to get to, I think we should’ve picked somewhere else as there’s a lot of other great options.

The staff is friendly and helpful for keeping my luggage in the hotel. The small double room is compact but not too small, very stylish with the design furniture and lightings. My room is facing the garden where they keep the dumpsters, which is weird to me. and I can hear staff from the restaurant or the hotel cleaning up, dragging the garbage bin in the middle of night which is very noisy. Cleanliness is average. The room is over all clean, but the floor feels a bit sticky. also found a small spider on my bed. The bathroom is okay, but the shower is weirdly designed by using a shower curtain that is obviously too short to divide the wet and dry area. However it's not doing the work, water will go all over the place after a shower...

Some things about the hotel are excellent (location is A plus, staff are lovely, the free wine hour was appreciated and the common areas are lovely) but the rooms leave a lot to be desired - especially at this extremely high price point. Our two rooms were down a small shabby corridor, extremely hot as in the roof (there is no air con), stark and not very comfortably furnished with a tiny showerroom. The amenities in the bedroom were like a 2 star hotel - the bed linen and towels were very low quality, the hair dryer was dreadful (one of those you have to hold a button down on) and coffee/tea were via a kettle rather than a coffee machine as you'd expect when paying close to £500 a night. We were actually upgraded by the hotel to these rooms too,

Really disappointed. Our room was so hot (no AC) and above a bar so we had to keep the windows open the entire stay and cigarette smoke and loud music all night long. We woke up to cigarette smoke wafting into the room every morning. Just intolerable.

Overall we had a nice stay. But the pressure in the shower was non existing and it was almost impossible to flush any of the toilets. Our room was facing the courtyard and lots of noise from the restaurants when they were cleaning up at night. No air conditioning but the windows opened. Nice location though and friendly staff. Wine hour on the house every night at 5 pm a nice touch. A bit over priced.

Good location! “Wine hour” was great. Nice rooms but way to hot in the rooms. Also horrible showerpressure. Very very noisy during evenings, which we don’t mind, but since the room was to hot we had to have the window open and then the noise was quite bad

No air confitioning in the rooms! Only Dyson to help cool the room. Very Hot during summer. Rooms will be painted, they have marks on the walls and overall attire of the rooms is not 4star hotel.

I stayed at your hotel from September 24 to 27, booked through Hotels.com with the reservation number 72065425988975 . When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that due to an internal mistake, the room I booked was not available on September 24. I was asked to share a room with my companion, and I was told that a refund would be issued to my credit card. However, up to this moment, I still have not received any refund notification from my credit card provider.

We had the best stay, no complaints at all. Staff were all very helpful and approachable and the room was nicely presented. The breakfast had great healthy options. There was also the free ‘wine hour’ which was something we looked forward to each night- they had non alcoholic wine which was perfect for us. Would love to stay again!

I stayed here for two nights, and the location is really cute and central. The design is nice, but showing wear and tear: scratches in the walls and furniture, a broken bag stand, one showerhead clogged up and splashing water all over, the other one moldy. On its own this wouldn’t have been the end of the world, but along with a pretty inconsistent service experience, leaves an overall poor impression. Arriving at 7pm, I got checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and it took the friendly receptionist a while running around to find another. Next morning stressed housekeeping staff woke me up at 9.30 am to make up my room. The real joker however was that I booked a superior double room, which consisted of two twin beds not mounted together so that they’d separate if you laid in the middle. When I addressed this at reception, I was told sternly and quite unfriendly, that this was ‘perfectly normal’’ and ‘how it is everywhere’. As a fellow Dane and someone who spends a ton of times in hotels, it certainly isn’t to me. Her demeanor suggested that I was a bit of an idiot for wanting a king size or queen bed, and should just have read the fine print. I do realize that the website says double or twin, but why put a single traveler in a twin bed, and why not just move me to another room? Overall, I would spend my money elsewhere.

The initial of this female staff member at the front desk is Miss I.M. A person with such snobbish and arrogant attitude should not be in client-facing service fields. Bellissimo hotel con grande attenzione al design in ottima posizione centrale. Peccato per i forti rumori della raccolta rifiuti e vetri che provengono dalla strada prima delle 6 del mattino, proprio sotto le finestre. Tappi e finestre chiuse non sono stati sufficienti . Forse meglio chiedere una camera interna.

Lovely clean hotel and staff were plentiful and very helpful throughout. They even had a free wine hour in the evening (not sure if that is every night) for guests to partake in. Perfect for the short long weekend stay and within close walking distance from both the train station and things you would want to see in the city.

Liegt wunderbar im Stadtzentrum. Man kann alles Wesentliche zu Fuß erreichen. Das Viertel ist ruhig und trotzdem hipp. Unser Zimmer war hell und groß. Das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche riesig!! Der Wein aufs Haus zw 17 und 18 Uhr verbindet Menschen aus aller Welt, eine tolle Idee! Frühstück immer gleich und anderswo gibt es sicher noch mehr Auswahl. Trotzdem völlig ausreichend und alles frisch. TOP!

SP34 was an excellent hotel to stay in for our Copenhagen trip. Though not in the center of Copenhagen, it was very close to train stations and still very walkable to many of the areas. Being close to the train stations made it easy to get to the airport and the Louisiana Museum. Lots of good restaurants, coffee ,etc all around the area. We stayed in 2 rooms; the top floor room (twin) was nice (quiet too as it faced the courtyard) but a bit compact. Due to a running toilet (lol) we got moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel. This was also a twin room with a courtyard view, but it was considerably roomier! The hotel staff was really nice for our entire stay, especially helping us figure out their Metro, subway and larger train system. Breakfast was great and loved the evening complementary wine. Great place, would stay there again for sure.

Great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to main attractions. Metro stop nearby. Clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Nice wine happy hour. Room was clean and comfortable. Only one elevator so sometimes a wait. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Morgenmaden var ikke værd prisen. Tre slags pølser, lidt ost og brød, kolde hårdkogte æg for +200 kr pr kuvert er meget dyrt. Jeg har boet meget billigere i København for bedre. Sæt prisen lidt ned, eller op jer en smule. Dog havde vi en fantastisk tur, og personalet var meget behagelige.

Spiste en kveld på hotellets restaurante. Maten var fantastisk - terningkast 6 :-) God kvalitet for pengene. Frokosten var også meget bra - eneste som manglet var bacon.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is very serviceminded. The only thing I missed was a minibar in the room, where one might keep waterbottles, medicine etc. chilled, especially during very hot summerdays.
