The staff here was so amazing! We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. This hotel was perfect! The air conditioning worked really well, and we were able to control it from our own room, which is always a plus for older women. It’s location is right in the center city, close to everything. With clean rooms and quiet quarters, what more could you want? Bravo! We loved it.

Da passt wirklich alles! Ausgesprochen nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Gutes Essen sowohl am Abend wie zum Frühstück! Parkanleitung des Hotels unbedingt beachten - sonst sehr schwierig. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung.

Beautiful hotel and good price, centre of everything & parking was fantastic across the road in their sister hotel Killarney Park Hotel, in which we enjoyed a beautiful meal and drinks there also. Breakfast in Pollys downstairs was very nice. All the staff were super nice. We definatily be coming back here again.

The national park was directly across the street as well as the horse and buggy rides. The location was so convenient and very walkable and safe at night . Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Everyone was so helpful. It is a very eco friendly hotel with a water filling station on the main level Coffee in our room was great. Room was very clean and quiet with an opening window. Bathroom was spacious and shower hot with lots of water. Bed very comfortable. The people made it even more pleasurable. The reception desk helped with booking a spa service at the plaza hotel next door and it was one of the best massages and facials we’ve ever had. They had a lovely hydrotherapy pool which we enjoyed. Many restaurants nearby We had drinks and apps at the hotel bar and it was delicious. We did the Ring of Kerry from here and it was so convenient to have a home to come back to. Left around 9am and with many stops along the way we were back around 6 pm. Highly recommend The Ross hotel

Please be aware that some hotel rooms may face the church’s cemetery. The staff and quality of hotel was superb! The hotel is within walking distance of the main shops and sightseeing. I felt comfortable walking later in the evening and parking was easily accessed (2 - 3 blocks away).

Overall a nice place but I would look at other places, lots to choose from in the area for the same price. Had to park at there sister hotel and got rained on while checking in. Difficult to get bags into the hotel. Location was very good and staff was friendly. Biggest problem was we had NO HOT WATER the day we were leaving. They said the boiler needed to be reset? We didn’t leave until 11:00 so why didn’t they have that figured out before then. Didn’t offer any kind of concession for the inconvenience which I felt was inappropriate.

The Ross is a small hotel right in town. The rooms are a little dated, but well maintained. Room 205 overlooks a cemetery, which may be an issue for some. The included breakfast is sit down with some delicious hot options (I.e. omelets, Irish Breakfast, etc). The bar around the corner, Paddy Sheehan’s had awesome live musical performances. There’s also a large/nicer gift shop nearby, Christy’s. The hotel itself has a bar downstairs, Polly’s. They had a decent selection of top shelf alcohol, but limited food options.

I cannot say enough good things about The Ross Hotel. This review probably sounds like AI because I can’t stop raving, but we genuinely loved everything about it! We showed up very early and were greeted warmly by Ciara who checked us in and gave us options for our day in Killarney while we waited for our room to be ready. The whole hotel is SO cute and every member of staff that we encountered throughout our 4 nights was so nice and went above and beyond. They helped us book our day trips and gave suggestions on what to do/not do. Our room was ready early and our luggage was waiting for us when we went up. The window looked out over the church next door and was a stunning view. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfy, and the decor was cute! We did not add the breakfast originally but opted for it one morning after hearing great things from other travelers and were blown away. The choices, quality, and value for money were amazing. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was a major highlight of our 2.5 week Ireland trip and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Ross Hotel is lovely and in a great location in Killarney! Great breakfast with a great staff. The front desk was wonderful in helping us navigate our day. The room was nice and comfortable. The only criticism I have is the shower is small and square. I would definitely stay here again!

The Ross was amazing from start to finish! It was stylishly decorated and conveniently located downtown near the best restaurants and pubs. The breakfast was amazing and they even prepared us a to-go breakfast with scones and fruit since we had to be off early. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Killarney.

I cannot say enough good things about The Ross Hotel. This review probably sounds like AI because I can’t stop raving, but we genuinely loved everything about it! We showed up very early and were greeted warmly by Ciara who checked us in and gave us options for our day in Killarney while we waited for our room to be ready. The whole hotel is SO cute and every member of staff that we encountered throughout our 4 nights was so nice and went above and beyond. They helped us book our day trips and gave suggestions on what to do/not do. Our room was ready early and our luggage was waiting for us when we went up. The window looked out over the church next door and was a stunning view. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfy, and the decor was cute! We did not add the breakfast originally but opted for it one morning after hearing great things from other travelers and were blown away. The choices, quality, and value for money were amazing. Overall a nice place but I would look at other places, lots to choose from in the area for the same price. Had to park at there sister hotel and got rained on while checking in. Difficult to get bags into the hotel. Location was very good and staff was friendly. Biggest problem was we had NO HOT WATER the day we were leaving. They said the boiler needed to be reset? We didn’t leave until 11:00 so why didn’t they have that figured out before then. Didn’t offer any kind of concession for the inconvenience which I felt was inappropriate.

Great boutique hotel. Highly recommend it. Be advised, however, that it’s a long walk from the hotel to the entrance of Killarney National Park. We wished we had rented a bike in town earlier in the day and ridden to the park.

The breakfast was amazing and they even prepared us a to-go breakfast with scones and fruit since we had to be off early. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Killarney.

We loved staying at The Ross! It is located in the perfect spot, easy to walk the town and see all the shops, restaurants and pubs. The beds are extremely comfortable, we slept like babies. Will definitely return!

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. The food is outstanding and all the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We were there for four days and didn’t want to leave. I particularly wish to thank Mauve, who made our breakfast each morning feel like we were with family. Thank you everyone.

The Ross is a small hotel right in town. The rooms are a little dated, but well maintained. Room 205 overlooks a cemetery, which may be an issue for some. The included breakfast is sit down with some delicious hot options (I.e. omelets, Irish Breakfast, etc). The bar around the corner, Paddy Sheehan’s had awesome live musical performances. There’s also a large/nicer gift shop nearby, Christy’s. The hotel itself has a bar downstairs, Polly’s. They had a decent selection of top shelf alcohol, but limited food options.

Beautiful hotel and good price, centre of everything & parking was fantastic across the road in their sister hotel Killarney Park Hotel, in which we enjoyed a beautiful meal and drinks there also. Breakfast in Pollys downstairs was very nice. All the staff were super nice. We definatily be coming back here again.
