Property is under renovation. Not very welcoming - dirty curtains covering construction area. Windows which face the street filled with boxes, etc and dirty windows. Side of bldg which is entrance, peeling paint. Lobby windows dirty Planters front and side - no flowers only weeds. White rock chock full with weeds. General manager was helpful but frustrated. Welcome was a sign at the front desk. Lobby bathroom not functional. TV did not work - maybe remote needed a battery? Desk in room but no chair. For $350.00 per nite (+tax) this was a disappointment,, for sure

The place was clean and reasonably priced and perfectly located for a jaunt around Hudson. However one of the lamps in my room wasn’t functional and there was no hair dryer. Small things but noticeable. The details are small but noticeable. But I would stay there again of traveling to Hudson

We only booked this place because I refuse to pay over $600 a night for 2-3 star hotel (the area is SO overpriced to accommodate the flux of New Yorkers). We left early as we couldn’t stand staying for 2nd night. In fairness, the room was clean and adequate (bathroom was quite nice), but lighting was awful and it didn’t help that I had to close the curtains as the room overlooked creepy empty building and it felt like someone could be staring at us. Also, there was an awful/musty smell in the room. Lobby was dirty and creepy and breakfast looked disgusting. So, no, would not stay again.
