Pros: Clean facility with a surprisingly large number of amenities despite the hotel size. They have a lot of small bathroom amenities free to take downstairs even face wash, which is rare at most hotels. There's men and women's onsen on first floor. There's also free booze at happy hour from 6-8pm. They also gladly kept our luggage for an extended period of time since we wanted one night away at Nagashima before coming back to Nagoya. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Free breakfast was good. Cons: A bit of a walk to Nagoya subway and Meitetsu bus stn. And an even further walk to get to Nagoya JR stn for shinkansen. About 10-15min walk.

わりと便利なところにあり、清潔なホテルでした。大浴場は、座席3つしかない狭いところでしたが、部屋のシャワーよりは全然いいです。

女性用の浴室に鍵が掛かっていて安心しました。 ウェルカムドリンクの種類が豊富で楽しかったです。

Everything is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Good breakfast for only $8 per person. The public bath is small but comfortable.

館内全てきれいで、宿泊してとても気持ちが安らぎました。 大浴場に鍵付きのロッカーがあったので、荷物の心配もありませんでした。 ランドリー室も男女別となっており、女性の宿泊者に大変おすすめです。

Staff: The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room: The room was a bit small, there is not even a decent size of table inside the room. Also, the location of the aircon can be better. Whichever way we position the aircon window, the air hits us either directly or imdirectly when air bounces on the wall or curtains. Toilet: Toilet is very very small. the water tap is shared by the shower and the bathroom sink. The water mixer is very unstable, water will either get hot or cold even after you fixed the position of the mixer. Laundromat: Although the hotel has a laundromat in the 2nd floor, the washing machine does not dispense detergent. You have to buy your own detergent at the reception. As all laundromats (except for in-room washing machines) that we have used all over Japan dispenses detergents, we didn't expect that it doesn't dispense deterget. The result is that our first 2 laundries (simultaneous) have no detergents. The washing machines also seem to be not well-maintained, as the lint bag on the other machine is almost full and the lint bag on the next machine is torn. for the dryer, i needed to dry for 2 hours and my sweat pants was still a bit wet. If you are looking to do laundry, this hotel may not be for you. Breakfast: breakfast comes with the booking, the spread of the menu is quite a variety. Surrondings: We didn't find a restaurant or eating place near the hotel. Also, we have to walk one block for the nearest convenience store.

脱衣場が狭いと思いました

朝食のビュッフェがとても素晴らしかった。 お風呂はとても小さく、脱衣所のロッカー、洗い場が空くのを待たなければならなかったのが残念。

大浴場が思っていたより小さかった

十分満足しましたが、お風呂場が若干、配管臭い感じでした。

館内全般において清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。

◎朝食メニューは豊富でとても良い。 ×私の滞在の部屋のみかどうか、トイレを使用の際、ウォシュレットの器具がアンモニア臭が染みついている、または排水の流れてくる水か、非常にアンモニア臭が不愉快。 ホテルに現状は伝えたが、満室で即座の対応は不可でした。 何十回と水を流すことで、アンモニア臭が気にならないレベルになったので、部屋の交換はせずに滞在。 〇ホテルスタッフの対応は丁寧である。

部屋が清潔で気分が良かったです。

駅から徒歩5〜6分と近くであり、ホテルの直ぐそばにはコンビニもあるので便利です。 室内も一点を除き清潔感があり良かったと思います。 デスクの下にゴミが落ちていたのが残念でした。

浴槽に髪の毛が落ちてだけどそれ以外は綺麗でした 駅からもほとんど地下を歩いて行きました

Good sized room as a Japanese Business Hotel, good breakfast, and good location-10-15 Min walk from Nagoya Stations. Great Value for Money.

Booked 2 double rooms for my family of 5; the room noted that it could hold 4 people. There was not enough bedding for even 3 people. When I asked for extra blankets for my son to sleep on, I was given 1 and told there were no more blankets in the entire hotel! The rooms are very small. Its location next to Nagoya station is the only positive.

Good hotel, clean and convenient. Near JR station, just walk about 8 minutes. Room enough to place for two 28" luggages. Staff are helpful, Breakfast also good.

基本上房間夠濶裝修幾新淨，加上一個小溫泉浴場，相對價錢是相當不錯 有人說職員英文唔得，唔係喎，幾好呀！ 要彈的就是浴場沒有浴巾供應，韓國姐姐沖完才發覺冇浴巾，入面又冇工作人員，差點要裸跑回房間！加上溫泉入面沒有時鐘，不知浸了多久！ 房間沒有USB插頭（我找了幾篇都找不到），我是從大阪過來名古屋玩一天的，沒有帶電源插頭， USB線是沒有用了！好在帶了流動電源，否則手機gg！這絕對接受不了！

チェックインの時に特に説明がなかったのですが、館内着をもって部屋に行かないと部屋には備え付けはなかったです。いろいろ貸していただけるのは助かりました。気になったのは、寝る時につけるフットライトがなく、逆に天井にちょうど目線の先に照度を調節するライトがあったため、つけて寝ようと思ったらけっこうまぶしくてこまりました。窓はマジックミラーとかではないため、カーテン開けてすぐ部屋の外のひとと目があったのもびっくりでした。食事は美味しかったです。フルーツがあるとよかったです。お風呂も大変よかったです。

広くてキレイで良いお部屋でした。 周りに駐車場がたくさんあって便利です。 名古屋駅周辺でご飯を食べて帰ってくるのも近くて良かったです。 仕事で充電が必要なものをたくさん持っていて、コンセントを差し込むタイプを2つしか持っていなかったので、USBポートがあったら良かったなぁ。

Rooms were spacious. Hotel is near two different convenience store chains and Meitetsu Nagoya train/bus station

Die Lage ist ok. Man geht etwa 10min zum Bahnhof. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alles ist sauber. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Man kann am TV auf dem Zimmer die Auslastung des öffentlichen Bades für Damen und Herren sowie den Frühstücksraum abfragen. Die Zimmerfenster sind nicht durchsichtig. Man kann also nicht selbst entscheiden, ob man rausgucken möchte. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind getrennte Geräte. Bei den Trocknern kann man 30min Zeiten per Münzeinwurf wählen. Allerdings kann man die Zeit nach dem Start nicht abbrechen, um die Zeit zu begrenzen.

他の人の口コミ通リ、朝食が美味しかった。部屋も浴室も清潔で気持ち良く滞在出来ました。 スタッフに道を聞いた所、道順を印刷していただき親切な応対に感謝です。友達にもお勧めしたいホテルです。

事前にメッセージで大きいサイズのパジャマをお願いしていたが、準備されていなかった。フロントに電話したら、取りに来るように言われてサービスが低いレベルだと感じました。

施設が新しく、スタッフの皆さんにも快く対応して頂き、とても満足しています。

De todo un poco :( lamentable el apoyo del staff ante solicitudes simples como almohadas extra o limpieza en el cuarto…encontramos basura abajo de la cama y decidimos no quedarnos en el hotel. Nunca nos había pasado en una estadía en Japón :(

ホテルの駐車料金の問い合わせについて、何度も調べた結果を熱心に教えて下さり、ホテルマンの鏡だと思いました。

部屋も綺麗、大浴場も綺麗、朝食は品数豊富で満足できるホテルでした。ただ、チェックイン時の無愛想な若い女性スタッフの対応が残念でした。きっと、アルバイトなんだろうなぁ…他のスタッフが皆さん素晴らしいので、余計に目立ちました。

Easy walk to Nagoya Station. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Fabulous, varied, breakfast buffet. Will stay again. Great city!

When entering the address on google maps it directed me to a completely different building, so I had to go into expedia and use the coordinates in order to find it, so that was a bit annoying. But overall enjoyed my stay; staff were lovely, room was clean and a decent size. Free breakfast was also provided, and you're offered a free happy hour drink each night. Would definitely stay here again

駅近で便利。 歩いてすぐの笹島交差点まで行けば地下道で名古屋駅まで直結も雨の日は便利

名古屋駅から徒歩７分くらいの立地で便利かつとっても快適‼️ マラソン当日は朝食も６時スタートにしてくれてましたが、時間の都合上利用できず残念。おにぎり漬物だけでOKだから持ち帰り的にしてもらえたら最高でしたが、無理は言いません。そのサービスなくてもとっても快適にぐっすり眠れたので最高の滞在でした。荷物も快く預かっていただきありがとございました。

A quiet spot right in the city centre. It’s convenient especially if you are going to take highway buses to different spots.

Very courteous staff, clean room, and delicious breakfast. Only drawback is the 15-minute walk to Nagoya Station on uneven pavement.

The hotel is a bit far from JR and subway station. It took around 10 min walk.

Clean and comfortable, we have got everything we need (slippers, toothbrushes, facial cleanser, make up remover, cream etc) free drinks and breakfast offered with good quality, nice staff, happy stay! (It would be great if free parking could be offered)

it was a great stay for our family. The breakfast has many options and the public bath is very well-maintained. Will choose again in the future.

Une réception qui parle difficilement anglais, une ventilation très bruyante dans les salle de bain et un petit déjeuner bien pour les asiatiques mais si vous voulez juste du pain ou viennoiseries vous allez les chercher !!! Par contre machine a laver très bon marché et efficace, clim efficace, situation agréable ni trop près ni trop loin de la gare et environnement fréquenté.

10/10! Clean! Love the daily happy hour where you get free booze, beer, etc., and other drinks! Love the hot bath facility! You can pay 200-500 yens per day per person for breakfast. It's good, but the menu monotonous.

酒店的早餐豐富好味，尤其係好多蔬菜種類，每天都吃飽飽才出發。酒店注重環保，如果不用清潔執拾客房就送你兩樽水。我們入住雙床房，空間充足，十分舒適。

朝食バイキングのバラエティがあって良かった。
