En fantastisk plats i centrum av staden, men en nackdel var att man var tvungen att köra genom smala vägar för att komma till parkeringen som var full. Men de har ett annat garage 3-5 minuter bort och det finns ingen kylskåp på rummet.

Zentral gelegenes schönes modernes Hotel in historischem Gebäude. Gute Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel, gegen angemessene Gebühr (13,00 Euro). Schöne ruhige Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein ,offenes Badezimmer schwierig zum Umziehen ,es muss in der Duschkabine erfolgen ansonsten mitten im Raum. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, der Gast über uns kam um Mitternacht und hat eine Std lang Lärm gemacht (Schlaf war unterbrochen!!) und das an 4 Nächten !!! Es gibt kostenpflichtige Parkplätze allerdings sehr unorganisiert die Zuteilung ,sodass viel Ärger unter den Parkplatz Mietern entstand. Die Rezeption war damit überfordert, Hauptsache es werden so viele Plätze verkauft wie möglich ,wo die parken ist egal. Es gibt in der Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar) kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Sez-Straße Waren damit sehr zufrieden ! Sehr schade fürs Hotel ,weil es sehr zentral und eigentlich modern ist.

Hotel Palais is in a good location - parking was a little bit of a science project to find, but not far from the hotel. I booked a single, so my room was small, but it was comfortable and everything worked to my satisfaction. The bar in the lobby was super - what I enjoyed the most.

The hotel is right at the heart of the city Villach. It has a special charm as the building is historic, but all facilities and rooms are brought up to standard and met our expectations. At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. We thought it is nice that the church bell started at 8:30am and not earlier :-). It didn't bother us. Parking is available but might cost extra. The parking spaces are tight and getting into the hotel parking lot requires some driving skills. Another highlight is the breakfast. It was included in our room rate. It is excellent and uniquely served on a wooden structure that is placed on the table to save space. The next day we walked through the town and got a lot of souvenir shopping done. You can find everything within walking distance in the pedestrian walking zone. Another reason why we had a great time in Villach. We would definitely stay there next time again.

Une nuit de passage, notre chambre était standard mais attention pas de clime donc chaude ce qui n’était pas affiché sur la description. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre et votre chambre donne comme la nôtre sur le parking je vous laisse imaginer les ennuis ! Parking : il faut réserver d’avance donc si vous arrivez comme nous un lundi il faut pousser vos valises sur les pavés de la rue piétonne et entrer par la porte derrière ce qui n’était pas évident à trouver car pas de panneau ! Lavabo au coin de la chambre Bon petit déjeuner, jolie déco

Stayed here as a stop over between Vienna and Croatia, would recommend. Very cute, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great food and good bar. Big breakfast spread in the morning for no extra cost. Great location in the middle of town, everything walkable or bikeable. Only downside for us was no A/C in the room, but it was cool at night so we were able to leave the window open.

Lækkert hotel, pænt og rent. Ok morgenmad. Charmerende. Meget centralt. Parkering er ikke gratis men koster 31 € ellers skal man holde i p-hus 5-6 min fra hotellet, det koster 7,5€. Det var svært at finde op til hotellet, kun Google Maps kunne finde vej helt op til bagindgangen

Lækkert hotel, dejlige værelser. Desværre begrænset antal P-pladser, så måtte parkere på offentlig vej, hvilket ikke føltes betryggende, når man har bilen fyldt med bagage.

An diesem Hotel gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Superfreundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer, alles blitzsauber. Das frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und es gibt einen riesigen Fahrradraum, in dem man auch Ebikes laden kann.

Gut gelegen, mitten in der Innenstadt. Leider habe ich die kleinste jr. Suite zugeteilt bekommen. Diese ist meines Erachtens eher ein premium Zimmer als eine Suite. Das Frühstück war früher Mega, hat jetzt aber sehr nachgelassen und ist nur mehr “Basic”. Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Tolles Zimmer und tolles Frühstück! Den Parkplatz im Innenhof haben wir etwas suchen müssen, aber mit der exakten Straße+Nummer von der Rezeption war das dann auch kein Problem! Gute zentrale Lage.

Arrival to hotel and informed that they couldn\'t find the booking. Apparently the booking was there all along. Hot water was shut off without warning and no notification or apology. Rude and unhelpful receptionist staff. Despite your own mistake in not locating the booking that existed all along, to tell our upset customer "I\'m having a bad week as well" is completely unacceptable.

We stayed only 1 night in this very nice and comfortable Hotel. Our experience it was really positive. Good quality of the breakfast, nice and comfortable room and the last but not the least all the staff is really kind and helpful. I would recommend definitely this place.

The hotel is right at the heart of the city Villach. It has a special charm as the building is historic, but all facilities and rooms are brought up to standard and met our expectations. At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. We thought it is nice that the church bell started at 8:30am and not earlier :-). It didn't bother us. Parking is available but might cost extra. The parking spaces are tight and getting into the hotel parking lot requires some driving skills. Another highlight is the breakfast. It was included in our room rate. It is excellent and uniquely served on a wooden structure that is placed on the table to save space. The next day we walked through the town and got a lot of souvenir shopping done. It is located in the middle of a shopping street. Google map directed us to the back of the hotel. Friendly service. They prepared us 3 bags of breakfast at 6am as we needed to check out early. Great stopover between cities. Beatiful church and buildings. Convenience stores are just round the corner. Strongly recommended to stay here if you are in Villach.

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro . Ottima anche la colazione sia dolce che salata . Parcheggio disponibile in hotel a pagamento. Per essere un 4 stelle manca il frigobar e la dotazione da bagno si limita allo shampoo e bagnoschiuma. (Camera superior). Comunque consigliato!

An diesem Hotel gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Superfreundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer, alles blitzsauber. Das frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und es gibt einen riesigen Fahrradraum, in dem man auch Ebikes laden kann.

Den einzigen Minus würde ich fürs Frühstück geben. Auf der Homepage steht es: „Ein frisch zubereitetes Eiergericht nach Wahl in unserer Charles Küche, der "Juice of the Day" & weitere individuelle Leckereien warten auf Sie.“ Leider war es unmöglich die Eier für uns frisch vorzubereiten, Säfte gab es auch nur vom Karton (niedrige Qualität). Die Kellnerin hat es so begründet, dass die Info auf der Homepage veraltet sei. Allerdings habe ich doch ein weiches Ei frisch zubereitet bekommen, weil das weiche Ei vom Buffet kalt und das weiße vom Ei flüssig war… Alle Produkte waren von keiner hohen Qualität, Kuchen schmeckte nach Aromen und waren vom Tag vorher, Haferbrei war kalt… (die Bewertung betrifft nur das vegetarische Angebot des Frühstücks)
