Was verbesserungswürdig ist: das Personal sollte bitte beim Check-In von sich darauf hinweisen, dass es einen Wellnessbereich gibt. Dennoch: volle Punktzahl, da es trotz Buchung eines günstigeren Zimmers ein Zimmer zum Fluss gab und das Frühstück das Beste unserer Reise mit dem Rad nach Grado war.

Meget flott Hotell. 5min unna togstasjonen og busstasjon. Parkering i kjelleren og direkte ankomst ved heis! Meget bra frokost og hyggelige folk i resepsjonen. Byttet rom pga dårlig AC. Rommene var litt trange og gjennomsiktige dusjkabinett som er litt rart. Ellers alt bra. Vi bodde der i 3 netter.

Dejligt hotel - skøn beliggenhed. Skøn morgenmad, lækker fitnessafd. og nem parkering lige ved hotellet. Billigt ligeledes - betal afgiften på hotellet. Eneste ærgrelse er at vi kun var på gennemfart videre på ferie i Italien. Vi skulle have været blevet i byen en dag eller to. Den så virkelig hyggelig ud.

Dieses Hotel hat sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Ein großes Problem war für uns die fehlende Ruhe. Im ersten Zimmer waren wir direkt über einer sehr lauten Lüftung im Außenbereich, die rund um die Uhr in Betrieb war. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel waren wir auf der lauten Stadtseite. Bei offenem Fenster hörten wir bis nach Mitternacht oft laute und betrunkene Gäste von der Bar gegenüber. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hörten wir dann die sehr laute Klimaanlage, die bei Verschluss des Fensters automatisch ansprang. Erholsame Nächte sehen anders aus. Dieses technische Problem sollte für alle ruhesuchenden Gäste unbedingt behoben werden.

THEY DID NOT RUN THE AIR CONDITIONERS! WE HAD THE WORST DAY IN OUR LIFE AT THIS HOTEL. HAD TO USE WET TOWELS TO COOL OURSELVES. MY WIFE ALMOST ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM!

The hotel is very nice. My only issues were these: A/C barely worked if it worked at all & the access into the tub is really intended for a tall person. My room had a view of the river and was spectacular. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again, but just recognize that it might be very warm in your room.

Ich war zum ersten mal im voco, und ich muss gestehen ich war begeistert. Wirklich Außergewöhnlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein wunderschönes Hôtel das sich wirklich noch mit viel liebe und Professionalität um ihre Gäste kümmert. Am Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt, und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es sind so viele Kleinlichkeiten die denn Unterschied aus gemacht haben. Dieses Hôtel empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter!!!

Ich war zum ersten mal im voco, und ich muss gestehen ich war begeistert. Wirklich Außergewöhnlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein wunderschönes Hôtel das sich wirklich noch mit viel liebe und Professionalität um ihre Gäste kümmert. Am Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt, und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es sind so viele Kleinlichkeiten die denn Unterschied aus gemacht haben. Dieses Hôtel empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter!!!

Eneste ærgrelse er at vi kun var på gennemfart videre på ferie i Italien. Vi skulle have været blevet i byen en dag eller to. Den så virkelig hyggelig ud.

Sehr sauber, modern und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider war es zu heiss um die Sauna zu testen. Was verbesserungswürdig ist: das Personal sollte bitte beim Check-In von sich darauf hinweisen, dass es einen Wellnessbereich gibt. Dennoch: volle Punktzahl, da es trotz Buchung eines günstigeren Zimmers ein Zimmer zum Fluss gab und das Frühstück das Beste unserer Reise mit dem Rad nach Grado war.

Mega dårlig service at man ikke får at vide at man skal bestille bord til om aftenen i restauranten ved tjek ind, havde troet at man kunne få et bord, når man boer på hotellet, men dette var ikke muligt !!! Det var vi skuffet over

Fabulous centrally-located hotel that served us well as a family during a rail trip across mainland Europe. Great breakfast buffet too. Only snag was that we were given a wrong room on check in but this was immediately resolved.

Darling room but small great for a married couple maybe not too great for two single persons sharing Weird food situation They serve breakfast otherwise it’s soup until 6 PM. Not what you call full service Restaurant maybe there’s some lunch. Food is very local if you’re not used to eating heavy Potato laden greasy food it will be difficult. I walked into the little town to eat. But all the personnel, Restaurant hotel everybody was lovely
